    Exceeded expectations
Ship was amazing for a only 2hrs ish trip, full of activities and food options, exceeded my expectations. Tallinn is a lovely city and definitely worth a visit even if for a day trip, it's not that big.

    Excellent experience
We thank Delia for the informative tour. The pick up and drop off service was also efficient. It could be nicer if we could stay for a couple more hours as we didn’t have enough time for a full meal to experience the nice atmosphere.

    Wonderful experience of Scandinavia.
It was an amazing trip. Everything was well organised by Jee travels. Everything including the guide and especially the food was good. They took care to arrange Indian food at most places. The hotels where we were put in were of 4 or 5 star where possible.

Great day trip to Old Town Tallinn
Well organized tour from beginning to end. Courteous and efficient pickup at hotel by private taxi to Ferry Terminal where checkin with Eckero Line was easy to obtain boarding passes, cabin key and dinner ticket. Had a nice breakfast in Bistro on board and relaxed a bit in cabin during 2+ hour Ferry trip. Tour guide was waiting for us at Tallinn terminal and provided 3 hour walking tour of Old Town - Alice was wonderful in giving history and insights of Tallinn and Estonia. We had several hours free time to have a nice lunch and continue exploring Old Town before taking transport back to Ferry Terminal. Buffet dinner was quite ample and enjoyable. Spent quiet time in our cabin. We visited on a Saturday and crowds were substantial so line up early for boarding and meals.

Easy to travel though check in needs some work
Took this from Helsinki to Tallinn. Ship OK though not a lot of place to sit. Even with confirmed tickets you need to check in (not obvious). We took the upgrade for the return so a "business" type class with food and drinks. Worth every cent for the "dinner" and a place to sit and enjoy it.

Pick-up from Hotel on time and easy to port. The cruise ship was huge and smooth and offered live music, and plenty of food and drinks for 2.5 ride each way. Roman was our guide for 2.5 hours. He had a quirky personality and a stronger accent, but gave a very thorough tour. I'm glad I read some Tallin history before I came to follow him better. It was harder for non-native English speakers. It would have been nice to sit down and have some history at one point. Glad I wore thicker soles for cobblestone streets. Did have 2 hours to explore on own and have some food and drink after tour, which was enjoyable. 14 hour day from end to end, but well worth the day trip. It had been more than 30 years since I lasted visited Tallin and it was delightful to see all the restoration and history to explore!

A good trip, was expecting a group but it was just me. Picked up at hotel and dropped off at the port to embark on ferry to Tallinn where I was by Julianna my guide for the day. Julianna was brilliant as a guide, taking around the old town, sharing details of the history of the place and some of the interesting buildings. I had some free time at the end to explore on my own which was helped by some pointers from Julianna. Overall a good trip and Talinn old town was worth the 2.3 hr ferry trip. At the end of the day was dropped off at the port for the journey back to Helsinki. A side note, the ferry was comfortable with food and beverages available but advise is to board early to get best seats for journey

The cruise is ok, very crowded and it takes some time to get on and off the ship. The city your us good, or guide was very informative and kind. The tour takes about 2.5 hours and there's quite a lot of walking, sand you get to see the most important buildings if the city, with some extra time on your own to have lunch and explore some more

Tallinn is a must do!!! The buildings and town are well preserved and there is so much history here. The tour guide gave a nice general overview of the historical sights and provided a good frame for exploring on one's own. Since you will have a few hours on your own, make note of what you would like to visit as you are on the guided part of the tour. (Or, before you visit). The information center which is easy to find has an excellent map in various languages. Pick one up. Note, WCs were not open at the time of my tour, but McDonald's has one. There are many places to eat and drink. I found the service very friendly and the prices ok. Also note that the weather might be a bit unpredictable and different from the forecast. (Prepare yourself for the ferry ride as it is more of a party boat with bars, karaoke, small restaurant, and a fairly good duty free liquor and chocolate store. There are several areas where you can get away and have coffee and a snack. Also note that your hotel pickup may be a taxi which is fine, just be on the look out that it may not be a van or car service. And note that your guide meets you in Tallinn when you land.)

I’m big about getting what I pay for….. the 3 hour walking tour was more like 2, we were shown places and told to come back and look later. Maybe because it was raining? Guide was knowledgeable, and could answer some questions, but seemed allergic to the group. When I moved in closer to hear (not creepy close) she backed up. Overall, it was a good trip. Ended up following a pith tour around for more info.

I’m so glad I started my day in Tallinn with this tour. My guide Julia was friendly, charming and knowledgeable. The information she gave me meant I understood what I was looking at rather than seeing just a beautiful old city.

Amazing day! Really great communcation and service all around. We were trasferred from our hotel to the ferry, our informative guide was waiting for us in Tallinn as we disembarked the ferry. A very good guided tour and then heaps of free time before another transfer back to the ferry. A real surprise and relief was our transfer back to our hotel on our arrival in Helsinki! Just a comment...the ferry is huge, lots of people, so be prepared to wait and be pushed around as you embark and disembark the ferry!

I wanted to book a trip to Tallinn with my family on 7th May and booked by mistake 7th April. I noticed my mistake on 7th May morning waiting for the taxi. The company refused to refund me even partly for the 375€ paid, while I did not receive any mail reminder at that time like they did with my new booking 24h prior to my new trip. I do not recommend such company which shows no Customer empathy, while they do quite a hefty margin on the trip and the guided visit.

Dear Guest We are sad to read this review . You booked the trip for 7th April , 2023. We had informed you on 6th April regarding the pick up time at which the driver would meet you at your hotel reception. Our driver reached your hotel on 7th April in the morning and waited for you in the reception. After waiting , he checked in the reception and they couldn’t find you . We tried contacting you via phone and email ( viator / TripAdvisor chat platform) and didn’t receive any response . We had the cruise booked . Driver and guide for the trip were reserved . Your trip was on Good Friday. We hope you understand that when reservations are made , we reserve the guides and drivers exclusively for your tour and the guides and drivers cannot take any other reservations during the same time . When a “no show” happens , a guide’s opportunity to take another tour is already lost and the tickets reserved cannot be refunded anymore . Hence , we have the 24 hours prior cancellation policy clearly mentioned in the tour details . You called us after one month asking for refund which is completely understandable. You requested us to take a hit for your small mistake . We execute our tours with utmost care and dedication. We receive changes and cancellation requests quite frequently due to change of plans . All change requests / cancellations are free of charge provided they are made 24 hours prior to trip start time . We understand that you had to lose money because of your very small mistake . We hope you understand that all arrangements made for you cannot be reverted after one month of the trip date . All sectors in tourism industry including airlines and cruise companies operate on similar guidelines where no refunds are generated for “NO SHOW” Thank you for understanding .

If you have a day to spare in Helsinki then taking a day trip to Tallinn is the perfect way to visit this beautiful city. The trip to Estonia takes about 2 hours, same for return, so if you go fairly early in the morning and are prepared to return after dusk, it perfectly fills a day. Doing it on this guided tour saved us planning, added a pre-arranged trip and return by a minibus from the ferry terminal to the Old Town and, most importantly, a very knowledgeable and accommodating local guide (Ms. Sobolewska). You are given some time on your own too before the minibus collects you from the Old Town to get you back to the ferry terminal. And it did not add much to the overall cost of the day trip arranged on your own. Well thought through and executed.

Getting to ship worked well. I asked the driver how to get back to hotel afterwards. He said that a car would pick us up. I knew that wasn't true as the printed instructions were quite clear that we were on our own on the return. I told him that wasn't true and he was clueless, but then told me how to get back on the tram. I was quite puzzled at this misinformation.

The ship was full of people, but seats were available.

The tour was well paced and enjoyed the visit to both upper and lower towns. Tour guide was congenial and informed. The time we had on our own was quite adequate and allowed for leisurely enjoyment.

I was glad that we had a ride from town to the ship, but that was the only mishap and a big one. The driver dropped us off at the wrong place. There were lots of traffic and we were quickly dropped off. As I got off and looked around, I could see that this was not where we disembarked on our arrival. After we all looked around and realized the correct pier was across the road, the driver had left. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the correct area and we were getting close to the 6:00 time for the closure of the doors. We started to run, fearful that the ferry would leave. We just made it. You can imagine the stress we felt. I was quite appalled at this huge mistake and upset.

Dear Guest We are glad to know that you had a great time in Tallinn. We are sorry to hear your experience regarding getting back to port from Tallinn old town . Unfortunately, during that day there was a festival going on in Tallinn , hence the driver was delayed . We have already taken required action with the driver and would try our best to prevent such situations in the future . We would like to apologize once again for this unavoidable circumstance.
