Tallinn is a must.
Solo
Tallinn is a must do!!! The buildings and town are well preserved and there is so much history here. The tour guide gave a nice general overview of the historical sights and provided a good frame for exploring on one's own. Since you will have a few hours on your own, make note of what you would like to visit as you are on the guided part of the tour. (Or, before you visit). The information center which is easy to find has an excellent map in various languages. Pick one up. Note, WCs were not open at the time of my tour, but McDonald's has one. There are many places to eat and drink. I found the service very friendly and the prices ok. Also note that the weather might be a bit unpredictable and different from the forecast. (Prepare yourself for the ferry ride as it is more of a party boat with bars, karaoke, small restaurant, and a fairly good duty free liquor and chocolate store. There are several areas where you can get away and have coffee and a snack. Also note that your hotel pickup may be a taxi which is fine, just be on the look out that it may not be a van or car service. And note that your guide meets you in Tallinn when you land.)

I’m so glad I started my day in Tallinn with this tour. My guide Julia was friendly, charming and knowledgeable. The information she gave me meant I understood what I was looking at rather than seeing just a beautiful old city.

Tallinn is very interesting City.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but here English was not.
And she has a problem express here knowledge.

Great tour !
Everything about this tour was well done! From pick up at our hotel to return trip on the ferry! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, loved the walk around the old town - very beautiful. Lots of walking at a slow pace & some stairs - glad I wore sneakers! I highly recommend this tour!

A Great day trip

Fantastic day trip from Helsinki, Finland to Tallinn Estonia. The ferry cruise was relaxed and the guided tour provided by Alisa was also very enjoyable providing interesting insights not only on Tallinn but every day life in Estonia.

This is a great walking tour. Some parts were a bit steep but views are worth the climb. Really appreciated Julia and the care getting us to the ferry.
