Taking this exceptional tour opened up Helsinki to me in a way that I do not believe would have happened otherwise. It was friendly, fun, informative, insightful, and intimate. And, learning the tram system was simply the icing on the cake. Touring with Emek felt like hanging out with a friend, who just so happens to possess a WEALTH of local knowledge. Along the way we talked/listened/learned about Finnish history, architecture, politics, education, incarceration, socialization and more. We visited beautiful neighborhoods outside of the city center that I would have never thought to see. As one who has been fortunate to visit many cities, in various countries, and who is a big proponent of “city tours,” I must say Emek’s tour was one of the very best I have experienced. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Tram Tour of Helsinki.

Very informative and interesting tour around the sites of Helsinki. Emek, the tour guide was excellent and was happy to answer all of our questions. Three hours went fast. Made good use of the trams to get around the city. Would fully recommend this for anyone who wants to find out about Helsinki, it’s history, buildings and cultures.

If you would like to know a lot about Helsinki with a perfect guide in 3 hours, take this tour. We are traveling a lot and have taken already many tours in different cities, but this one was really splendid! Main reason was our guide Emek who is very friendly, talkative and knew to answer any question we had not only about Helsinki, its history, life, but as well about Finns, language and culture. Nice surprise for us was the library of Helsinki. At the end of the tour we felt like leaving a new friend from Helsinki.

That was the perfect tram tour! Emek was so friendly and nice, he told us a lot about districts, houses, places we were in. He also answered our questions and gave us useful tips. I highly recommend this experience, it's really enjoyable!

Emek was an outstanding tour guide and it was a very enjoyable experience. I genuinely wanted to take him on all the rest of our adventures so we could continue learning through the rest of our trip. The tour was organized, insightful and inspiring. I highly recommend this be a part of your Helsinki experience!
