Great bud your and an even better boat tour. The boat is more like a ferry boat with a too dark, bar, and restaurant as well as rest rooms. It would be helpful if your website listed more information on the bus route stops. We misse stop 1 and waited for 20 minutes at stop 2 but could have walked to the next stop if we knew where it was

This is a nice way to see the highlights of Helsinki. Great open market near the boat dock as well. If you have the time, I recommend it.

Great way to see a lot in a short time. You can taylor it to spend more time where you want to and their staff is very friendly.

Staff of City Tour Red buses in Helsinki is very friendly and what is most important they follow their timetable. So it's really very easy to hop off and you don't have to wait very long till another bus is coming.

This is the best way to go sightseeing when you have little time in town as it helps to have an overview of the city and to hop off by the top attractions.

Once again a nice bus tour (October 19th) around Helsinki with stop near the Sea Life & Borgbacken amusement park. A friendly bus host at the (start) stop on Senate square.

We were particularly pleased that we had included the boat option. Even though the weather was not to our liking we made the most of our Viator tour and enjoyed the experience of seeing the sights of Helsinki from the bus and boat.

Good way to see the city before deciding what to explore in detail. Also good for a cold or rainy day activity. You can start the tour on any stops on the way. Tickets can be bought on the bus. We were offered a discount on this particular day early October.

We came from Tallin, but with Star company (not Viking or Silja line), and arrived at Hernesaari Cruise terminal.which is far away from closer hop-on hop-off bus stop. The whole journey takes an hour and a half, and last bus departs from senator square at 16:00, which is really soon and not adviced in advertisment. Not a good option, in my experience. And really expensive: 30€ pp.

First of all, note that there are two separate companies operating hop-on-hop-off buses in Helsinki. They are City Sightseeing and City Tours. City Sightseeing is the one we took, which is connected to the Helsinki Card. It has 18 stops; the other has 22. They pretty much cover the same areas. The problem with the bus we took (which was covered by the Helsinki Card was that the driver offered very little information in addition to what was in the recorded audio.

We got on the bus at Senate Square. We wandered around until we got to the back side of the bus route. Then we got off the bus and we saw what we thought was Helsinki was all about. We then walked back to Senate Square from there that was very interesting

Helsinki is a lovely city with lots to offer. We made a stop on our cruise and were limited in time so we decided to do the hop on hop off so we could pick and choose our points of interest. It was a great decision. We made full use of the headsets and enjoyed the narration through the city. The maps were easy to use and pick up points were well marked. Would definitely do this again. Suggest researching the city before you leave so you know what you most want to see.

Minimum information about architecture of the city, prominent people like Sibelious or Mannergaim. Instead ~ 20% of the trip is dedicated to pretty odd comments about Russian spies,defectors acting there during the cold war - at least that's how it's presented. Not worth 30 euro at all.

We have been on many of these hop on hop off bus tours and sadly this was one of the worst. There really was very little of interest to see and as far as we were concerned it acted more like a transfer service for cruise ships, l am sorry to say. That is just our personal opinion. We felt the need to jump ship, no pun intended and just decided to do our own thing and wander around by ourselves. The tour was padded out by mentions of a designer who clothed someone from some American drama and a poor version of Harrods with a clock that was a common meeting place for people!

I was not very impressed with this tour. I purchased a hop on hop off ticket with a harbour tour included. We boarded the buss, which was clean and as comfortable as any other tour bus of the same sort I've been on in other countries, and went three stops to the harbour, we were given the usual plug in ear pieces and I used them for the first three stops, while the commentary was a little bitty and scratchy at least there was some information imparted over the journey. We alighted at the harbour and made our way to the boat to join that tour, that story is for another review, When we got back we had time to look around the market and grab a bite before the last bus would arrive at about 16:10. The bus arrived on time and we boarded looking forward to doing the rest of the tour. Well from then on it was just a bus ride, there was no commentary and the bus just seemed to hurtle around the route the bus driver wasn't the least interested he just wanted to get back to base and finish. Really we would have been better off to just purchase a public transport day pass. Very disappointing,
