It was wonderful team work of Zoe and Darius making every step of my tour starting from planning, trouble shooting and culminated in wonderful trip of my life .I came with zero knowledge of Helsinki and Finland,left as an expert in Finnish culture and Helsinki.They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even helping with handling my luggage storage needs . They customized it for my needs and fitting my shedule.I am looking forward to working with them again soon❤️

I had 2 guides for two separate tours in Helsinki and they were both great. My day excursion to Tallin was also great. The tour operator kept me updated with info and pickup times, etc via texting on Whattsapp. Our guide in Tallin was also knowledgeable, we just ran short on time due to his willingness to share many suggestions and continued discussion on suggestions 🙂. I broke away from the group to grab lunch at a place he recommended and enjoyed being able to sit and people watch a little bit. This also left me a few minutes for some shopping.

The tour was designed to cover major highlights in four days. The 3 guides who provided structured commentary were excellent. Helsinski Tours arranged everything. They were in contact before my trip and during my time in Helsinki. It was a very pleasant trip.

I began working with Zoe in February to arrange a 4 night stay in Helsinki including hotel, airport transfers, and a tour each day. Zoe always contacted me within a day of my writing her as we worked together to arrange our plans. Our Helsinki visit was flawless. Easy airport transfers, and the tours with individual guides were great. Two tours were just for my wife and me, while two other tours had 2 other people along. No problems. All the guides were full of information, and several even spent more time with us than was allotted. We felt we really got to know the city, and it was far less confusing than trying to find our own way around since street signs in Swedish and Finnish are complicated to read. We had a wonderful visit and I highly recommend Helsinki Tours. It's a reputable company.

Me, my mom and dad went to this tour. My dad left his jacket in the Allas sea pool and went back after an hour and it was still there. Then he forgot his cellphone in the taxi and the taxi driver personally drove the car back to the hotel to return it. People in Finland is very honest and it’s safe here. We rode the tram, ferry, bus and subway/train everywhere with the transportation pass that the tour gave us. It was a very fun trip indeed. I highly recommend it but research where you want to go first because there’s a lot of free time in your hands. Finland people are very punctual. Try to be on time if you go on this tour but they will come back for you if you were late so don’t worry. Lastly, I won’t recommend riding the train. There’s homeless and mentally ill people in the train but the others are nice and safe. Enjoy!

I thought this was a very average tour. It was well run and the guy was nice. But it seemed like he couldn’t fill 4 hours. We spent almost an hour in the library. Which is a pretty standard library. And he explained an ATM which I think everyone knows. It was just kinda nothing. Although like I said, the organization was great.

Terrific tour, the guide Harry was knowledgeable and interesting, he quickly understood what interested me and tailored his narrative accordingly. Saw most of the important Helsinki attractions and learned a lot about Helsinki and Finnish culture and life. Traveled around by foot and tram.

Really nice way to get a glimpse of Helsinki in a few hours! Evi, our guide, surprised us by speaking Spanish, si that was an unexpected plus!

What a fantastic tour. Darius was wonderful he took us to the most beautiful spots in Poorvo Old Town. We had plenty of time to enjoy this gorgeous village and drink in its character.

There were some very unfortunate circumstances at first. We had to cancel out two activities. But very calm and understanding, she managed a snowmobile tour for us and also provided a complimentary excursion. Always there when we needed and keeping up to date with her customers is what made us feel good. I can’t thank enough for the experience we were able to witness. Thank you Zoe.

The Tallinn day-long excursion was worth every moment, from the hotel shuttle to and from the ferry, to the excellent guide service in Tallinn. The communication with Zoe at Helsinki Tour was superb and ensured that the entire experience was excellent! Unfortunately - for them - two others had to cancel at the last minute, so it was a solo tour with the guide, Julia, who was very informative and made the history come alive. I highly recommend the trip to anyone interested in Tallinn and Estonia's history and modern day culture.
