About
See world-famous sights like the Rock Church and Uspenski Cathedral, plus hidden gems such as the Chapel of Silence, on this private walking tour of Helsinki. The Finnish language can be daunting to non-speakers, so avoid the hassle of deciphering street signs by leaving navigation to your guide. A choice of morning or afternoon departure adds flexibility, while a private guide means plenty of personal attention.

I did the free walking tour and it was great! The guide was actually from Helsinki itself and could tell us a lot about the culture and also the history. We met I think at 12pm at the big dome on the left platform. The guide hat an elch hat. Would recommend :)

Our group of 8 had Matti for our guide for our walking tour of Helsinki. He did a great job taking us around to all of the "must sees" in Helsinki and telling us about Helsinki's history. Especially enjoyed seeing the train station as its architect was the father of the architect who designed our St. Louis Arch! Our only suggestion was that he make sure everyone in the group could hear what he was saying. Matti was quite personable and interesting!

This was a fantastic experience. There were just 2 of us and the price for three hours was so reasonable. Maria, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and animated. She really made the city come alive and you could tell she is passionate about where she lives. I will definitely choose this company again if I ever find myself in Helsinki in the future. Thank you!

Maria is an excellent and knowledgeable guide Who knows Helsinki well. She gave us a great introduction to the city that was not the cheapest though was one of the best city tours I have been on. She was able to build the tour round what we wanted to see and added in some must see stuff too. The walking and talking was great and the historical information combined with Maria’s insights into current life in Helsinki made this a memorable tour. Thank you Maria.

We - the grandparents - had a challenge because our grandkids are 6 to 15 years old. Emil did a remarkable job engaging all kids including running backwards to motivate the 6 year old plus finding a suitable children focused shelter when raining. In addition Emil made sure he covered all major sights and readily discussed in depth the politics and history of Finland. Great job Emil!

My friends and I were in Helsinki only for a day, and we decided to take a walking tour, which was the best decision ever! Our guide was Emil, and he was great! He gave us a lot of information about the town, about its history, it wouldn't be the same if we were just walking around. I recommend this tour to everyone! Especially if you have only few hours in Helsinki! Kiitos!

This was one of the best parts of our trip. It really helped to learn about the culture and history of how Helsinki (and Finland) came to be as well as helped orientate us to the city's layout. Very much worth it, and our tour guide from Chile was great.
