We went on the snow mobile tour for roughly 6 hours with Leo and it has been one of the most wonderful and exceptional experience for me. Leo went beyond his duties to make the trip like this. From the bottom of my heart: Thank you, Leo!!! Access Lappland: this guy deserve a raise 🥰😄

It was a fun and beautyfull driving with Joe, our Guide. He gave us all necesary staff to stay the warmest possible during the ride abd he was always caring if we needed to stop or something. Nice trip!

We booked an Aurora Borealis hunt with Access Lapland, intending to use snowmobiles. Unfortunately, we were informed that the snowmobiles were not operational due to the cold weather, and the tour couldn't proceed as planned. Seeking alternatives, we discussed options at the office and were offered a car tour for that night instead. We also inquired about rescheduling the snowmobile tour for the following day, and initially, we were offered it at a 50% discount due to the inconvenience. However, when we sought clarification on the discount, we were informed that it was not applicable, and instead, we would have to pay an additional €37 per person. This reversal left us feeling confused and dissatisfied. Despite this setback, we opted for the car tour that evening. Unfortunately, the tour proved lackluster, with minimal engagement from the guide and no sightings of the Aurora Borealis. We felt it was not worth the expense, especially considering we could have had a similar experience at a lower cost by bus. After leaving the Access Lapland office, we discovered that other snowmobiling tour companies were still operating that night, raising questions about the quality of Access Lapland's equipment or operations. Despite the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning snowmobiles, Access Lapland did not offer any compensation or alternative solutions. The inconsistency in the discount offered added to our frustration. When we contacted the office the next morning to discuss the snowmobile tour, we expressed our willingness to proceed if we could avail the initially offered 50% discount. However, this request was denied, prompting us to cancel the tour due to our disappointing experience the previous evening and the inconsistency in Access Lapland's offers. Overall, our experience with Access Lapland fell short of expectations, both in terms of service and value for money. We caution others to be wary when considering booking with this company, as our experience was marred by inconvenience and dissatisfaction without any meaningful resolution or compensation offered.

We did the 6h snowmobile tour and had lunch at Ice Hotel with Leo and it was great!!! Leo taught us first how to drive the snowmobile and then we were driving in the forest and it was great!! He showed us wonderful places and answered all our questions about lapland life and nature. We could even see some special birds!! Lunch at the Ice Hotel was very tasty (pasta with salmon and Reindeer burger) and we could visit the hotel, magic made with ice!! Leo also helped us with some shopping and bookings we needed and meeting him was the best, so Finnish!!! We hope to see you again some day!! Isa and Juan.

We have come all the way from India to do all kind of outdoor adventure and came across these guys The best part about our experience was our Guide ( Leo) , he was helpful , kind and kept checking on us , made our snowmobile experience memorable Thank you Leo And the staff at this place was also very kind and helpful, Highly recommend to go with this company for any snow-adventure

We participated in ice-karting and snowmobiling with Access Lapland. These were the best activities, we had so much fun! The staff were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to ensure the best experience for us. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back next time we're in Rovaniemi. I would thoroughly recommend both these activities and feel that any activities offered by this company would be well organised and fun. I'd give them 11 out of 10!!

We did both the ice karting and snowmobiling safari and both of these activities were so fun. The staff were really great, they were helpful, caring, and professional. The activities were well planned and really, really FUN. Would highly recommend. If you are travelling to Rovaneimi, then these two activities are a must.

This was a lot of fun, we had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and helpful and everyone was high-spirited. I would recommend this activity to others and will definitely be back next time I'm in Rovaniemi.

The ice karting activity was an incredibly fun and exciting experience and though we were new to it and experienced bumps along the way (crashing into the snow at turns etc.), the helpful assistants were always quick to aid us and ensure our safety. Despite the freezing cold conditions, we were able to remain warm with the attire that Access Lapland has provided which helped us enjoy the experience even better. During the snowmobile tour, our guide Leo was very kind and helpful. He made numerous stops to ensure we were comfortable and to give us time to take pictures with the beautiful scenery. We truly enjoyed this experience and we recommend all to participate in Access Lapland’s programs. We would like to thank Joe, Leo and the ice karting team for making our trip to Rovaniemi an even more memorable one!

We visited both the snow karted and safari snowmobiling in the same day .. fantastic experience with my 13 year boy .. really friendly staff .. value for money ..made it all worth while ..Would certainly recommend and when we revisit and definitely going to have another go. Thanks again

We prebooked this activity for the evening of New Years Eve. A day before the due day, the agency wrote us to cancel the activity arguing bad conditions to drive the snowmobiles through the frozen lakes. They offered to reschedule the ice karting activity earlier or reimburse our payment. We were eager to maintain the booked time and just do the ice karting but they weren't. We talked to other people through our journey and no one had any problem with snowmobile driving conditions. Not even us that were able to do it with another agency. In my opinion, the truth is they offered an activity and regretted it later, probably because they did not have a high demand, so they decided to cancel instead. I feel this is an UNTRUSTY and UNPROFESSIONAL agency that I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone as they give me no certainty. I have experienced they would cancel according to their needs and not their service to their clients.

Great tour company with lovely guide Dylan (driver) and a local finish guy (for the snow mobiling/ice fishing). The snow mobiling is easy to get the hang of and very enjoyable. It does get cold so wrap up warm. I get cold easily so I wore my coat under the overalls they provided. The ice fishing was great fun and something different to do. Finished off with Ice Karting which I thoroughly enjoyed. Dylan created an open fire which warmed us up nicely after. We ate lovely BBQ sausages which were so tasty but bring food if very hungry.

We came with a Kishrey Teufa group of all ages and everyone enjoyed like kids. The guides are amazing take care for fun and explanations. I would definitely come back!
