An amazing day and thoroughly recommend this family business. They invite you to their home for a very up close with the dogs experience. I regret not taking more photos but was so in awe, I forgot! It was for my daughter's birthday and a present she'll never forget. On the sled I was on, the lead dog was so in control and kept checking if we were okay.

No words can describe the magical experience we had! Aksana and Antti were extremely welcoming. They have such a lovely home next to a beautiful frozen lake. The huskies were also just as friendly and we felt at ease with them. It is very obvious how much love and care they get from Aksana and Antti. That was very important to us when we decided to book a husky experience with them. We didn’t expect this but they also helped us capture a memorable video of us while we were riding on the sleigh. After our ride, we were invited to mix and interact with the huskies which was a very nice touch to the whole experience. This followed by some warming up over a fire place with some yummy cookies and glögi. Very thankful as well for the return trip from our hotel to their home. It helped a lot especially when we are not familiar with the roads. Highly recommend this experience to anyone!

What a once in a lifetime experience! Antti was such a wonderful host - providing us with warm team and biscuits and lots of great chats around the camp fire. The huskies are so beautiful and so friendly, you can tell the family really care about them. The ride - 10km around the frozen lake was so so much fun and picturesque. 10/10 recommend!

The highlight of our trip !! Absolutely fantastic experience ..DO NOT MISS ! You will have many options for sledding in Lalpland but NOTHING can beat this experience ! It’s not just the sledding , the mind blowingly beautiful and serene landscape , the friendliest husky puppies, the toasty fire near the lake , the heartwarming ginger tea and cookies but Aksana and Antti who make the experience so super special . Aksana was so patient with the million calls I made after the booking and helped us out with everything we asked for . Antti came and collected us from our resort in a comfortable car. With the first friendly hello, we knew we were in great hands for the day . Their place was about a 30 mts drive away and we got down to a wonderful view of the lake and a bunch of super excited huskies waiting for us . After a short lesson on how to manage the sleds , we were off with a surprisingly well behaved bunch each of huskies onto the most beautiful frozen lake for an experience of a lifetime !!

We did the 10km sled ride. The huskies are very friendly and excited to be going for a run. It was so peaceful just being with the dogs on the lake. They just wanted to run and seemed to enjoy it as much as I did. The area is beautiful. Aksana and Anti were warm and welcoming and sitting by the fire drinking tea, eating cookies and just chattingafterward was lovely.

We decided to contact Aksana and her husband before going to Rovaniemi and it was the best thing we could possibly do! They were extremely kind and we did three activities with them, Husky tour was absolutely amazing! The dogs were really beautiful and healthy, the landscape so incredible and they were the best hosts! If you go to Rovaniemi it is a must to reach them! Regards, Javier & Laura

Very pleasent and professional organizers! They even provided us with rubber boots since it rain during the day. Pick up was very punctual. 20 husky live with them and are all very human friendly and it was so great walking with them. They also told us a lot about the Huskys which was nice to hear. We recommend this so much!

I very rarely make recommendations. This time I felt I needed to make an exception. I participated in a yoga retreat in Northern Lappland organised by Aksana. The Yoga Nature retreat was all that you could ask for after a though Corona spring. Combining long walks in the wild Lappland, well instructed yoga sessions, delicious food and great company. We took a 10 km dog sled ride. It was just amazing! We were picked up on time from the downtown in Rovaniemi. The dog sled route took place both in the forest and across the lake. The landscapes were beautiful. The dogs - beautiful Siberian huskies - were very friendly, loving and disciplined. We had a lot of time to cuddle them after the ride and to get to know them closer. After the ride we had a delicious lappish snack (pancakes and tea) in Aksana's house. The atmosphere there was very authentic and comfortable. Aksana and her husband- the owners of the husky farm and the guides - were very friendly and caring. They made sure we had a great time. I definitely recommend this adventure! It's worth every penny!!!

Great journey with Antti and Aksana! Only best impressions. We took “Be a musher” trip and enjoyed great time with huskies. Small group allows you to feel the attention of hosts towards you. Kiitos!

Today we visited Aksana and Antti’s gorgeous home and spent time with them and their Huskies. They took us on a sled ride and my husband and I got to drive. I must admit I was quite nervous at first but Aksana and Antti were so kind in making sure we understood how to handle the sled and Huskies. They also would stop every so often to check on us which I appreciated! They even let my oldest son take a turn at the end of the ride. When we arrived back at their home we were invited to see the dogs in their kennel and spend a little time petting them and loving on them. The dogs were so friendly and loved having my children pet them. You can tell that they are well taken care of and considered a part of Aksana and Antti’s family. We were then welcomed inside to have a hot beverage, pancakes, and gingerbread cookies (which my kids ate all of-sorry :/) with the hosts. It was such a lovely time asking questions and getting to know the culture of their family-I really felt as though I was a family member. It was such a great day and I’m sure it is a memory none of my family will ever forget.

We were collected from our hotel at 9am and had a short drive to Aksani and Antti's house. We talked and met the huskies, before a long and thoroughly enjoyable sled ride with the huskies. We were given clear instructions on how to control the sleds and dogs, before being allowed to 'mush' by ourselves. Aksana and Antti were always close by and kept a close eye on us for safety. My son was even allowed to join me to drive the dogs. Only our family of four was there. We then had time to play with the dogs and learn all about them, before enjoying a warm drink and pancakes. The dogs were so happy and well looked after. It never felt commercial or business like. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and have unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this activity.

The four of us (my mum-in-law, dad-in-law, husband and I) went for the * Be a musher! 25 km safari in pure nature package. Antti picked us up from our hotel and was so hospitable and friendly from the very start. He drove us back to his and Aksana's home and introduced us to their doggies. The dogs looked intimidating at the start however was very friendly and excited once we went to pat and hug them. The dogs are looked after very well and we could tell they full of energy and eager to start running! This package allowed us to have an authentic experience of riding our own dog sled each, 4 dogs on each sled. We went for a trial run around their frozen lake and once we got a hang of the sled, brakes and manoeuvres, they took us into the forest. Aksana and Antti were always close by to guide us through the harder parts of the forest. The dogs were so smart and just knew which path to run on. We stopped for a small bonfire, sausages and hot tea as it was very cold. We then journeyed back to their home through the forest and Antti sent us back to our hotel. It was overall a surreal experience and we were honestly full of happiness at the end of it. We were so glad we got to meet Aksana and Antti and their fun dogs! All the best Aksana and Antti!
