I knew I wanted to take a boat trip to see the cliffs from the water. There are many different companies here in Lagos so I dove down the rabbit hole of reviews. I kept coming back to Blue Fleet so I figured I would buy my ticket and my travel buddy did the same. 52€ for the half day cruise included a safe and extremely competent Captain and staff, a 3 course lunch with beverages, the gorgeous cliffs and caves, and new friends! We were even graced by the dolphins swimming inland. It was a beautiful way to spend the late morning/afternoon. I highly recommended this company! There are several tour opportunities to choose from too with different price points that are all very reasonable.

We loved this tour! It was four hours of relaxation and gorgeous views. we toured for about two hours and then stopped for lunch which was delicious..grilled chicken, cheese appetizer plate, dessert was a perfect Portuguese custard tart and a small glass of porte. we also enjoyed wine with lunch. After lunch there was time for swimming. I'm not a fan of cold water but went in and gave it a try. The only mishap was an iPhone in another persons pocket that went overboard and sadly it was dead after that. Tip: take your phone out of your pocket prior to jumping in the water.
After swimming we headed back. Our guide talked about the different points of interest + the types of fish that swam in the area.
This tour is such a deal. For just over 50 euros you get a four hour tour, a complete lunch with wine and dessert. I highly recommend it and when we get back to the Algarve we are going again.

This was the best choice of everything we did in Portugal and Spain combined. The crew so kind helpful speedy service spoke all languages and Caesar was our captain and very informative as well. The sights 10/10 the lunch 10/10 crew 10/10
Lunch was fantastic 4 courses drinks unlimited alcohol and non. Price 10/10 with only 35 euro when booked through Portugal getaways. Not sure if you have to book your trip through Portugal getaways to get that price but for 15 euro more off that site still worth it!

There are many tour companies in Lagos trying to get your business and I don’t know how I fell up this one but I am so glad I did!
Booked online before I arrived in Lagos. Communication was very fast and helpful. Very professionally run once you are there as well. We had a big catamaran that was half full - three different spots to hang out. (I’m sure it will be way more crowded in the coming summer months). Super comfy and accommodating. The host of the tour made sure we all heard the details of the tour. Lunch and snacks and drinks were absolutely fine for a cruise of this type. (They took care to ask about any special food requests prior so make sure to mention if you are vegan or vegetarian a few days prior to your excursion) .
This is not for someone who wants a detailed historical tour but more about spending 4 hours of pure bliss on the ocean, in my opinion.
The only thing I would have wanted was maybe a few more substantial facts about the topography, animals (sea, air, land) and the surrounding flora and fauna.

Our guide was very informative and friendly and the boat was reasonably spacious. Do consider whether you need this trip over their shorter 2 hr trip. We toured the coast for just over an hour in a larger boat that could not get the same level of access to the coves and caves as the smaller boats around us. Then we stopped for lunch and a swim for the best part of 2 hrs. The lunch is a bit of pot luck - I had two scrawny pieces of chicken wing while my kids had lovely large chicken breasts. As always in these parts the water is on the cold side and there was no beach to swim to so after a brief swim we spent most of the 2hrs on board engaged in small talk with our fellow passengers - which was fine as they were cool.

The crew were really friendly and made the whole trip really enjoyable. We had Inga and Cesar. The food was also really good-starters, wine/beer, grilled chicken with salad and a fruit desert. It happened to be a cloudier day (no one wanted to swim) and they agreed to let me use the paddle board even though it wasn’t part of the trip. Beautiful scenery. Also they don’t pack the boat full. It’s just the right amount of people to be able to move around still and have your own space.

We checked in at the Train station (2 min walk from the marina) and once our party were all together we headed to the boat.
A great cruise out, with the very knowledgeable guide pointing out points of interest on the way.
After about 1 1/2 hours we dropped anchor for a very pleasant lunch and a few drinks and swam in the sea.
We then headed back and finally docked up. The whole trip lasted about 4 hours and was a great way to spend an afternoon

It was really a very good boad trip Yesterday 😍so amazing. I am a wheelchair user, and everything went so good , both coming on the boat and to be on the boat.
Very amazing staff, told lot og stories, and we Saw lot og dolphins , my family were swimming in the sea. Very good food and Wine .
I really want others to take this trip.

We did two tours with Blue Fleet, this one and another shorter one to look at dolphins. Both were very good. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. You get a good view of the amazing coastline and get quite close to the dolphins. The food and drinks were fine. The dolphin trip also has the added element of travelling across the waves at high speed. Would recommend you pick the least windy day as possible.
