      Worst Experience!
This was terrible. Unhygienic and the chocolate was awful. No choice just dark chocolate. We had to tell the instructor to get off his phone to go to the next step whole class waiting. Was unfortunate as we were really excited to have a good experience, was simply awful.

      Wonderful time!
We had an excellent instructor in Ike! He showed us and helped us in the process of making chocolate. As fun as this experience was, and I DO RECOMMEND this tour, for me it is much easier and less messy to buy the local chocolate from the shops...you can't go wrong! LOL

      Amazing
Kelly was absolutely amazing! We were lucky enough to have exclusive session where we we taught everything from the history or chocolate through to how to make amazing pralines and mendiants. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

Excellent few hours making chocolate in Brugge. Really clean. Great equipment. Easy to follow process. Couldn’t believe the quality of the chocolates we made through the process. Amazing hot chocolate whilst the chocolate was finishing off in the fridges.

The Belgian Chocolate Workshop in Bruges was ok but didn't meet our expectations. Tom tried his best but I was really expecting an expert in chocolate making and Tom seemed like a student who had just been told how to run the workshop. I was expecting some history about chocolate making and this was only given after prompting and I don't think he really knew if what he was saying was true. I have done a chocolate workshop in Edinburgh and the one in Edinburgh was much better. The person running that was much more knowledgeable about the history of chocolate and the whole set up was more professional. However, as I say Tom tried his best.

If you love chocolate, do not miss this workshop. Though the location is a bit away from the center of Brussels, it is well worth it. The workshop master is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. So much chocolate to go around! Very fun and educational!

So much chocolate! Educational, engaging and a very nice experience. The space was light and accommodating. Our chocolatier from Belgium (Nuude) led us through the process and helped fix our “mistakes”.

We had so much fun as a family learning to make Belgium chocolates. Jennifer was a great instructor and was so patient with all of us. And most of all the entire family had a great time. It was easy to find after getting dropped off from our cruise ship to the City Centre. A fun activity that took about 2 hrs and left plenty of time to explore to rest of beautiful Bruges before getting back in a cruise ship.

This was a very informative, hands-on experience. I really did learn a lot, and feel that I could do a decent job of making my own filled chocolates (pralines), which really do involve some science and technique. Super interesting. It was a little crowded, with 16 people and 1 chocolatier.

We found this to be a good experience. Tom took us thru the process of making pralines with Gamache fillings (you could have various nuts and raisins if desired). Tom expla8ned things clearly and checked in with each group repeatedly to make sure everything was on track. We managed to make nich chocolates and enjoyed the process.
    Nice afternoon activity

Wonderful class and a lot of fun! It is a bit pricey per person but was a good family friendly activity. We all had plenty of chocolate to take home. Instructor was fun and helpful.
