Really enjoyed Staff very friendly and welcoming Cruise itself was informative but not boring Nice weather really helped too It was a great way to see the cit from a. different view

Great information by a good guide. Canal views were great. Perfect introduction to Amsterdam. Should be the first thing you do on first trip to Amsterdam.

the crew were very friendly and took time to answer questions of all onboard. Even though the crew were young they showed kindness to all and their oral historic presentation added to the trip. having optional availability to purchase cocktails was a great option

The boat left promptly and was super comfortable. The cushions were soft and the bar had quite a selection of drinks!! The skipper and guide (who was also the bar tender 😅) were fun, funny and knowledgeable. They were also able to answer questions. Such a beautiful cruise to do with the most stunning scenery, I highly recommend. Lasts just an hour!

Great way to see Amsterdam. Leida was our tour guide and her energy was awesome. She loves Amsterdam and that came through on our tour. The tour is only one hour so I would recommend doing multiple tours on different days from different pickup locations. That way you can see more of the canals.

We were caught in traffic due tona vehicle collision on our way to the appointment for our cruise. I lwft messages on the app and they rebooked me on my behalf. Great work. We enjoyed our live guided cruuse tremendously.

Sat near driver thinking he would be doing the talking. He did not. His radio interrupted almost the entire time. So you could not hear the bar host saying anything.

We had a brilliant time on our canal cruise. The flagship staff were great and kept the drinks flowing. Very informative and such a comfortable boat. If you don't want the big crowded boats and a perfect canal trip then look no further. We pre paid on line and wasn't a problem.

We wanted to see Amsterdam by an open boat with a live person telling us about the city. We chose Flagship because of the reviews and photos of the comfy seats and totally open top. We got that and more. The captain and server were friendly, knowledgeable and made us comfortable on our journey through the canals. There was lots of options for tasty cocktails, beer, wine and mocktails too. We’d definitely recommend taking this canal cruise.

We took this tour because it was right across the street from the Museum. The captain and his lady mate was absolutely excellent and the whole time kept us engaged. Highly recommend.
