After a pickup from Zurich Sihlquai Bus Terminal or the airport, you’ll travel by coach through the countryside and villages of north Switzerland. Gaze out of the window to see vineyards stretching alongside the German border, as you listen to your guide’s commentary about the region.
Stop for photos by the centuries-old Laufen Castle perched dramatically on a rocky cliff and then arrive at the nearby Rhine Falls for an hour of free time. Pose for pictures against the backdrop of crashing water from the viewing platforms, and, if you visit during the summer, you can even pay a little extra to cruise to the middle of the falls for unbeatable views.
Head back to Zurich at the agreed time, passing the Munot fortress in Schaffhausen on the way. You’ll finish with a drop-off at Zurich Airport or back at the bus terminal in the early afternoon.
