Yes, visiting Trummelbachfalles was super neat. It took us longer than we expected. We had planned on visiting the Jungfraujoc and the Trummelbachfalles on the same day, and that turned out to be a mistake. We were under the impression that we could visit both places because the voucher that we purchased online stated that the hours of operation for the Jungfraujoc was from 10:00 - 8:00, but that was incorrect. We later learned that the last train one can take to come down from the mountain is at around 4:00. I wish GetYourGuide people would have provided us with that information as the tickets were pretty pricey and we were not able to get our money back. My advice to anyone who is planning on visiting the Jungfraujoc is to not plan too many activities and purchase your tickets at the site.

We did the Lauterbrunnen bike ride with George. He and the team could not have been more accommodating; we had prebooked the Jungfrau top of Europe tour which would have required that we leave our bikes in Lauterbrunnen to be able to enjoy it in the afternoon. George and the company let us do this. George got my wife gluten free bread and made sure we got on the train to Jungfrau on time. We had so much fun at lunch and in the caves/mountains. Thanks for a great day!!!

We had a great bike tour with George!! He is an awesome and knowledgeable guide. We loved the time we spent with him and the bike tour through the valley. The e-bikes were easy to use even if the trail had a couple challenging spots. The Swiss picnic was fabulous and the scenery cant be beat. I would highly recommend this tour and George as your guide! You wont be sorry.

This tour was a fantastic experience. Amazing view at the waterfalls and over the valley. The guide George was a very nice person with a lot of experience and knowledge about the city Interlaken, the place Lauterbrunnen and other nearby places and activities. Also the included picnic was delicious. It is worth the money!

My wife and I and two friends traveled to Interlaken, Switzerland for a long weekend this May. While there we tried a bit of everything that the Swiss Alps have to offer. We hiked at the top of a mountain peak, we rode scooters down part of a mountain, explored caves, and took a long hike around one of the lakes. Of all the amazing things to do and see in this area, we all agreed that the Flying Wheels electric bike tour was by far the best way to take in the striking beauty of the Alps.

Our tour began in Interlaken at the Flying Wheels store. The staff at Flying Wheels are extremely helpful both in helping set up the tour that best fits your group or individual needs, and also in helping you adjust to the e-bike. They even offered to watch our dog while we went on a five hour tour!

The e-bike is perfect for all "adventure" levels. You can turn off the electric assist, which means you are muscling your way up the hill as if on a normal mountain bike. Or, as I'm sure most weekend travelers will appreciate, you can turn the electric assist on, making it much easier to climb hills regardless of your level of physical fitness. Turned on to the highest level, it felt as though the bike was doing most of the work for me.

Our group was led by the nicest guide, who led the way out of Interlaken and into the Lauterbrunnen Valley. She was very patient with our group as we stopped to take countless photos of the trails, waterfalls, and surrounding mountain peaks. Our guide also told us about points of interest along the way, including historically important sites, where to watch the cliffs for base-jumpers, and interesting facts about local living.

We rode up to the Trammelbach Falls and took our time marveling at the power of the glacial waters that had carved out paths in the rock over millenia. From there we made our way to a picnic area, where we enjoyed a lunch that consisted of all locally produced foods.

The Lauterbrunnen Valley is not the only tour Flying Wheels has to offer. This happened to be the best fit for our schedule and capacity (ie. not too strenuous). They offer countless other tours taking you to other parts of the Interlaken area.

We cannot recommend a tour with Flying Wheels enough. When we return to Interlaken, we will definitely be booking another tour with them.

We were in Interlaken early and saw this excursion advertised on Trip Advisor. Luckily, Flying Horse graciously allowed a last minute booking. The tour was off the beaten path, allowing us to enjoy some of the most breathtaking sites in Interlaken that we might have missed left to our own devices. Peter, our guide, was a wealth of information as well as an entertaining host at our picnic lunch in the countryside. One of the best attractions I have ever booked. However, the bicycling can be tricky and demanding at times. I would not recommend this trip for young children or adults with physical limitations. If you are moderately fit, the electric bikes make this a doable activity. One of the highlights of our Swiss trip!

Four of us took the 7 hour tour to Murren with George and it was amazing. We cruised past beautiful mountains, quaint villages and huge waterfalls. Everyone should try an electric bike, you will want one!

I highly recommend this trip - and the 6 hr version specifically. I was debating whether to do the 3hr trip, but the 6hr trip is worth the extra expense, because you get to see the incredible Trummelbach falls, and the views around Lauterbrunnen must be seen up close to be believed. Harry was an excellent guide, very personable and happy to be showing us the sights. I requested a saddle bag to put my stuff in because I didn't have a backpack, and they were nice enough to accommodate me with one. We had a great picnic lunch, and later a treat of brownies on the way back. The ebikes are not as powerful as others I have been on, so you still do get a bit of a workout, but I wasn't tired at the end of the 6 hours because the pedaling is light work. It's very do-able for people of almost all fitness levels. This is absolutely the best way to see the valley and I would go again without hesitation! Thanks for a lovely day, Flying Wheels!

Highly recommend the 6 hour bike tour - our guide was amazing! We were able to visit much of the Lauterbrunnen Valley, waterfalls, and stop for a beautiful Swiss picnic with an amazing view. Our guide was patient with us stopping to take pictures along the way and was great company throughout the day. The e-bikes made the trip extremely enjoyable - with an easier ride, you can focus on the beauty of Interlaken!

my partner and I have always been a road/mountain biker and initially was hesitant about renting e-bikes. however we have come to love this tour because with them we were able to truly enjoy all the sights and scenaries this tour takes us to! coming from North America where we are also very close to nature, I must say " this is so different!!!" the scenes of Switzerland will blow you away when u are on this tour! our guide was good with explaining diff spots we stopped at and we did not feel rushed even when our group of 8 were taking time at diff spots to get off our bikes and snap photos or admire the beauty of nature.
this is truly an effortless way to enjoy way more sides of Interlaken and one does not need to be skilful at biking at all! the picnic was a simple yet thoughtful set up for us to rest, mingle and chat while interacting with nature.

the condition of the electric bikes were good too

hands down the best way to spend my day and well worth this 6 hours !!!
