About
This tour is the best walking tour that you can ever have in Florence. It is a great introduction to the city for both first-timers as well as returners. It covers the main attractions of the city and also the hidden gems that are well and truly "off the beaten track" and gives you facts you wouldn't know or notice walking around by yourself. While you'll be led through the city you will be even accompanied through three centuries full of thrilling stories about the Medici family who influenced Florence’s history; little by little the Renaissance will become alive in front of you. You will not be involved in a boring, neutral lecture, but in a pleasant stroll through the center of Florence, in a friendly and easy-going atmosphere. This tour, except the small commission for TripAdvisor, is based on donations. This means that if you like the tour you can leave a tip (some people give 10€, some people give 50€, you choose the price) to reward the guide.

Wonderful tour of Firenze with Manuel
Aug 2021
My husband and I spent a wonderful moment with our guide Manuel and didn't see the 2 hours passed.
We have been so captivated by Manuel's stories, now we see Firenze with even more admiration and understanding.
This tour is AMAZING : 6* !!

I would like to thank Manuel for clarifying this nonetheless important point on the suffering endured by carriage horses, which we absolutely must boycott and not encourage !! I really appreciated that you mentionned it so please continue to do so ;-)

Super interesting and authentic
Aug 2021 • Solo
I really enjoyed the tour! It is full of crazy anecdotes about renaissance/middle-Ages Florence. The guide has great story-telling skills, and they really made an effort to provide informations that you wouldn't find by yourself elsewhere. The guide was obviously passionated about the city and its History, which of course makes the tour more interesting.
I recommend this activity that feels very authentic and will make you learn a lot about Florence.
