Angela who led this tour was very good and we did enjoy it. She was well informed and communicated well. It is an excellent service provided for free in good faith. Our only disappointment was to see some people on the tour not tipping the lady at the end - she deserved it and whilst it a free tour it was sad to see some people not reward her even with just a thank you. This tour was exceptional. I did this one immediately after a general Florence tour, and the amount of additional information that I learned was fantastic. It was more intimate, darker, and very entertaining. Learning about some of Florence's darkest secrets kept the group engaged and participating often. Francesca was incredible, and she was so good at her job. She is an Italian literature graduate, and her passion for teaching was very evident in the quality of her tour. Thank you Francesca!
