Good museum! Better not to visit it on a hot day
Great museum. Many famous paintings by great masters. Unfortunately it was a hot day, they don’t have enough AC’s, so it’s not easy to enjoy.

Caserta royal palace. Why you should visit it .
We are currently staying in Caserta for 2 months so we are taking our time to visit . We went to the palace twice : one time to visit the gardens and another one, to visite the castle itself. cost : 15 euros per person for the castle and the gardens. The gardens: We went their on a very hot day and it was refreshing. It is well kept. Of course, you can't walk on the grass for obvious reasons, if you do you will be whistled at by the surveillance guy. We chose to walk all the way up to the waterfalls but you can rent a electric bycicle or take a shuttle. We chose to walk uphill and then we went on the right, in the english garden. (We even walked barefeet their, an amazing feeling. ) It smelled so good outside ! (3 hours walk, slow paced and we didn't see everything. You really need to take your time, it's extremely relaxing) the Castle: the architecture is magnificent especially the entrance , the big hallway. The rooms are beautiful, there are not many furnitures. What you'll see the most is the architecture, the embellishment, lots of paintings... You don't get to see how people lived in this time or what dresses they wore. You don't get the feeling of the life from before. (which i would love to see )It took us about 2 hours to visit and it was enough for me. I would say that you'd need a whole day to visit the gardens and the palace. Bring food and drinks and eat in the gardens, rest under the trees . The garden is big enough not to be seen by a gard ;)

Book Directly - No Additional Value and Voucher Withheld Till Last Minute
Tickets are available cheaper and immediately online in advance directly from museum ticket agent. This supplier withhold the Voucher despite advance payment until before the admission date making it inconvenient. Refunds not allowed. Chaotic on-site handling of online tickets (Tiqets.com) - May as well but cheaper on site.
Site itself is good, and much less strenuous to get around than the reviews generally say - good paths and only a 15 min walk from one end to the other (if you don’t stop). So an easy stroll of 1-2hrs with sightseeing. HOWEVER the entrance experience is shambolic. We had online tickets with Tiqets (who are normally good). But their QR code needs to be converted to a voucher/barcoded physical ticket for the gate. The admission staff at the site had no clue about this - first we were turned away from the online tickets counter and told to go to the back of the normal (unbooked) queue: then on objecting, we were vaguely waved at the gate, where we were then sent back to the counters. After a lot of arguing someone eventually led us to the Group Bookings counter which was the only one where someone knew what to do with the Tiqets QR code. And then only one of the 2 tickets worked at the gate, so one of us had to jump the fence.

    Very nice visit!
We went here to check out the church and the cloister. Was really nice to see all the artwork, tilework and history this place has had. The gardens were also really nice.

    Bourbon Royal Palace
The Palace sits at the entrance of the harbour with commanding views over the ocean and mount versuvius . Since my last visit in 1980s it has been considerably restored. All the apartments now have descriptions in English .At the moment the Queens charming balcony garden is being completed with tinkling fountains and her outside garden is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee with the sound of Opera the Queen enjoyed. Queen Maria Carolina was sister to the tragic Marie Antoinette of France. I would certainly recommend a visit . The sumptuous state staircase ,the baroque royal theatre and extravagant throne are the highlights .

    A must see
We only had one full day in Rome so didn't want to spend hours waiting at all the sites - A family member suggested this place and I'm so glad. Not costly and no line up. My mom and I had a fun time spending over 2 hours walking around - so much to see. So worth the money - we are so glad we choose this place. A must see for anyone visiting Rome and don't want to spend hours in line.

    Don’t use Weekend in Italy
I requested to purchase a full ticket to Monreale Cathedral. This includes all areas to visit including the roof & terraces. I paid €13 to Weekend in Italy & received 2 tickets for general admission valued @ €12. When I queried the inaccuracies of the tickets , on 2 occasions, ,I was told all would be fine. Of course it wasn’t. At the entrance, I had to pay for the extra. Now, I have emailed Weekend in Italy , which the receipt & of course, have heard nothing !! Will never use this company again. Arrogant & appalling customer service. Total disappointment. My advice, is buy your ticket at the cathedral & go early.

    Not actual tickets
This is not actual tickets. You are paying for the tour operator to source the tickets, and they wait until 2 days before to buy them for you. If they are not available they will cancel your purchase. By that time all tickets for the days of our visit were sold out.

Take your chances with the line.
Skip the line tickets were not available for our visit. When we got there, midmorning, there were only six people in line.

Absolutely worth the visit for history and the view!
It’s important to note that even in the heaviest tourist months you don’t need an expensive or “Skip the line”ticket. Get there when it opens at 9AM and buy a $13.20 ticket then get ready to climb some stairs. It's a beautiful fortress and when you understand that in 1277 a 800 meter fortified corridor or tunnel was built to connect Vatican City to the Fort in case a pope ever needed it, the fortress becomes amazing ( only Pope Clement VII in 1527 ever used it). Also the top has a fantastic view of Rome!

    Must see while in Murano
Short but interesting museum about the history of glass making in Murano. Very interesting covering the science and different artistic styles and techniques over many centuries. The microscopic portraits made of glass are particularly impressive! The most interesting thing to do in Murano outside of shopping

Tickets were confirmed months ago then we were notified 2 days prior to the date that the museum was sold out. We missed seeing the museum due to nothing else being available. Totally unacceptable.

as indicated online, the confirmation comes from the local supplier, who provides the official voucher to access the museum. If access is not possible, a full refund is made, as happened in your case. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the number of visitors is not infinite

This is not purchasing actual tickets. You are paying for the tour operator to source them for you. They wait until 2 days before to try to buy the tickets. If they are not available they cancel on you. We paid for the tickets 5 weeks before the requested date, and by the time they finally tried to purchase them they were all sold out.

good morning, as we explained to you, the booking you made does not include a specific time but can be confirmed at any time of the day. Unfortunately this detail is never read and the customer expects to receive the ticket at the requested time. For this reason, in order not to create inconvenience to the customer's agenda, we prefer to fully refund the amount paid when the only available time is not the one requested.

Definitely worth the skip the line ticket . Passed many people waiting and our group went directly inside. I suggest splurging for the audio as well. The tickets must be picked up across the alley from the museum entrance and people are there to give you your pre-purchased entrance ticket then go to the group entry line.

As an orgasnised traveller, I booked and paid for this tour several weeks in advance. 5 days before the tour date I was contacted by the operator saying that because my preferred time was very popular they were not able to secure tickets and they cancelled my booking. I was extremely upset with the service being so unprofessional. I was organised and booked in advance as I know summer is busy. They were not organised and left it to the last minute to actually secure my tickets and so I have now missed out. I have tried booking tickets through other channels but of course now it is too late as it is a weekend during peak season. Definitely NOT a tour provider to be trusted with your holiday experience.

good morning we are sorry for the inconvenience but, as you can see from other visitor comments, when we confirm the DATE (guaranteed on the site) but the earliest available time (as per the conditions of sale) people are often not satisfied. For this we have refunded leaving the possibility to buy tickets on the spot

We booked this after finding out that the Viking tour was sold out. We realized the day before the tour that we needed to change time. When you call the number on the ticket you get a message in Italian. We are American. I booked this tour for 4 people we all lost our money because even though their site says they are available 24/7 they are NOT.

Our tickets were cancelled the day before!!!!! Tickets were sold out at the museum and all other tour groups. We missed seeing David because of them, we lost far more than our money relying on this group. When you travel 4000 miles, we expect to get what you pay for!

Highly recommend to buy a ticket to skip the line- because if you go on your own & want to wait on hugeee long lines thats exactly what willl happen. I know it says 15 min to see micheal but i was able to see the whole museum and the statue for over an hour back and forth. So worth taking your time to see all the pieces and observing the statue at all angles its truly a sigh to see.

The ad says it’s 9am which is why I booked it. I booked another tour at 3:30pm. When I booked, the email I got says it was pending. After several days, got notification saying it is confirmed. I assumed it will be in the morning at least. But it turns out the time set for us is 4pm. Apparently we can’t be at two places at the same time. So we just wasted all the money paid for this as there is no refund for cancellation.

We had a great time at the museum! There were many pieces of amazing art we were able to see including Michelangelo's David! Exchanging the vouchers for museum tickets was a little confusing as there was several people exchanging tickets outside the museum depending on who you booked with. I recommend getting there early so you can get the tickets, but otherwise we had a great time at the museum!

Great tour and a fast entrance. You enter the gallery, turn a corner and there he is in all his magnificence at the end of the gallery. Breathtakingly beautiful and a work f genius.

There are lots of other incomplete works by Michelangelo and it’s worth a visit to the other floors,

It wasn’t too crowded.
