Itinerary
Begin at Campo San Luca, and make your way to the Canal Grande. Hop on a gondola shared with up to five people. Your gondolier takes you on a 30-minute ride across different parts of central Venice, from the Canal Grande to minor canals that pass by St. Mark’s Square and under the Rialto Bridge.

Meander beneath bridges and along quiet, peaceful stretches while taking in waterside views.

Pass alleys, side streets, and passageways not visible from streets or water taxis. Relax while you take part in one of Venice’s original pastimes.

The tour finishes at Bacino Orseolo behind St. Mark’s Square.

Overview
Sometimes, a classic tour is better than an original one. Take a classic guided gondola ride from the Grand Canal under the Rialto Bridge to St. Mark’s Square and see some of Venice’s most popular sights from its most iconic boat. You’ll also pass smaller canals and passageways not visible from the city’s narrows streets. The 30-minute ride is a great introduction to Venice for travelers short on time.
Highlights
  • Take a guided gondola ride through Venice's Grand Canal
  • See the city and its waterways from a unique perspective
  • Get a quick intro to the city; ideal for day-trippers or travelers short on time
  • See the Grand Canal, St. Mark’s Square, and the Rialto Bridge

Mediocre experience

Started 15 mins after scheduled time. Ride lasted 20 mins with 5 more mins waiting to get off Gondola. The rower was talking on the phone 90% of the time using his Apple EarPods. It felt rushed. Others who didn’t book in advance paid 80EUR...More

Low budget option - don't expect white glove service

It's a nice, low budget, option to ride through the canals of Venice. Understand, however, that the people in the office and the operators are trying to get through as many people as possible. Being at the front of the queue, after being led through...More

Lovely float through Venice canals

Did require Google maps to find the travel agent but once we had everything was straightforward. You do have to walk from there to the gondola, and then there was a bit of a queue but the 30 minutes only started once we were on...More

Good value for money

Most cost effective way to book a shared gondola ride. You still get the full experience for a fraction of the cost you have to pay in Venice itself. Our gondolier was very entertaining. The ticket office was very helpful and had lots of other...More

They direct you to a travel agency near the Gondolas (about a 5 minute walk past) to get tickets and meet up. It’s very easy to find and I used my Apple Maps to find it walking in Venice.
