We will buy in the market the ingredients of your paella, where you will enjoy the market stall. You will see the bustle of neighbors buying in their market and you will familiarize with the products to use in the paella.
We will explain you the history of the district while we are walking to the workshop local and the transformation that has supposed the gentrification for a decade in the district.
Once we arrive at the school, we will welcome you with a delicious potato omelette and Serrano ham that we will accompany with sangria and soft drinks.
It is time to start cooking. We will put on our aprons and get to work. It is the time to eat paella. Included: tomato salad, wine, dessert, mistela (valencian sweet drink) and coffee.
