We had an amazing experience learning how to cook Paella Valenciana (you can also choose Vegetarian Paella or Arroz del Senyoret) in this fantastic class. It started with delicious appetizers that really set the tone for the day, followed by a great selection of wines for tasting, perfectly paired with the meal. The group was super fun and lively, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had such a great time learning and cooking together, and the balance of learning and laughter made it truly memorable. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, making it easy to follow the chef’s instructions, and the location, right in the heart of Valencia’s old town, was perfect—an ideal spot to spend the day. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience in a charming space, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to dive into Spanish cuisine!

We had an amazing time at the Paella workshop in Valencia! The whole experience was incredibly welcoming, and the explanations from the chef, Dani, were clear and easy to follow. Emma, our host, made sure everything ran smoothly and created a warm, friendly atmosphere. We attended the workshop with our two children and chose to make the seafood paella. It was an enjoyable and interactive activity for the whole family. Throughout the session, we were treated to delicious wines and snacks, which added to the experience. The meeting point was easy to find, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The guided tour of the local market was a great touch and added authenticity to the experience. The workshop ended on a high note, with everyone coming together to enjoy the paella we made. Overall, it was a fantastic and well-organized workshop that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia!

We took part in the paella cooking workshop as a group of 10 people and prepared 4 paellas (2 seafood and 2 traditional paellas). The hosts Emma and Daniel were very friendly and explained everything to us in detail. It was great fun preparing the paellas and then eating them together. What an amazing experience this was! Emma and Danni were so friendly and full of information about Valencia, paellas and much more. We had a lovely time cooking our own paella and with the help of Danni it turned out delicious 🩷 our 8 year old absolutely enjoyed the experience as well and we all felt very welcome. Starter gazpacho was delicious as well! And I loved the dessert too! Don't hesitate to book Paella cooking class with Emma! You won't regret it!

We enjoyed a late afternoon session with Emma and Dani and one additional couple. Emma was a wonderful host who shared the history of Valencia and it's cuisine. She kept us entertained during the entire experience and shared her local favorites for food, drink, and adventure. Dani was a great teacher. He professionally explained the overall process of cooking paella and then provided specific tips for our individual paella. It was a great way to spend a Monday evening in Valencia.

Really enjoyed the tour. The walking around the historic center in the evening when cooler was nice and Sharin was a great host. The highlight is the wine tasting and local food. Enjoyed the local wines and food. The rest of the group also was very sociable and enjoyed meeting new people. Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed learning how to cook an authentic paella from a professional chef. The whole experience was of the highest quality - the location was in a bespoke modern and cooking school with a private kitchen and dining area. A wide range of preprandial drinks and tapas were provided - throughout the evening we sampled four different local wines. The setting for our meal was superb in a private dinning room. Emma was an excellent hostess and Danny a brilliant cook. Both were friendly and full of local information about cookery and wine.

Signed up for Paella cooking class as keen learn some local tricks from Valencian chef. In this case Danny. Started the day with Emma who was prompt and welcoming. Walked through town to Market Central to have some ingredients to pick ul. Emma also enlightened the group on local points of interest along the way and in the market. Michelin Star chef owns restaurant in market, sails, eels, rabbit, horse meat to name a few. We picked up some swordfish and headed back to kitchen to commence cooking class. This class started with a beautiful Cava and nibbles. Emma kept a steady supply of local treats and wine flowing throughout the cook. Thanks Emma. Danny was our chef and we were hands on. Danny talked us through the different techniques and Paella secrets. It was great that we were able to complete the cooking ourselves with tuition from Danny. Excellent class with great information from both Emma and Danny. Would recommend combining the cooking class with walking tour. Favoutite experience in Valencia, highly recommend. Paella turned out great and was enjoyed by participants, also was given a local desert and late harvest wine. Option to choose Paella, we went with seafood.

We attended a paella cooking class and it was an amazing experience! Daniel was an excellent paella teacher, helping us with the process, guiding us in creating some truly delicious paella, and we had a really good time. I would absolutely do it again and highly recommend it to both visitors and locals in Valencia.

This was an incredible evening! We had a large group and made two regular paellas and one vegetarian one. It was really interesting to learn about the rich history of Paella and its origins! The chef was incredible and went out of his way to make sure we were all having a great time and of course, making the most perfect paellas. Thank you for such a fun evening!

One of the best nights I’ve had in València. Such a wonderful idea to have fun with friends and make new ones. I’ve eaten quite a few paellas in the past and I would say that, finally cooking one, ours was the best! (Daniel the chef/teacher did help a lot! - he was a fantastic host, warm and attentive, with a number of great tips and information about paella, and he always kept an eye on everything if we got distracted popping for a glass of wine!) Would highly recommend!

I celebrated my birthday with this Paella cooking class and it was the best! We were a group of 12 and Daniel helped us cook both the classic paella and a veggie paella. He made everything so much fun and went the extra mile to make sure everyone’s paella turned out great. Then we sat down to enjoy it with wines and snacks in the beautiful venue. We had the most amazing time with Emma, Tuathla and Danny. It started with a really knowledgable and fun trip to the market. They both had really good insight into the culture and history of Valencia and really made us feel at ease from the very beginning. We picked up ingredients for our seafood paella and went to an excellent location to prepare it a few streets away in the centre. Chef Dani was attentive and informative from the outset. He guided us to successfully make an excellent paella. Throughout this experience, the girls were providing us with alcoholic drinks snacks and water - by the B end of the experience, we had tried local cured meats, gazpacho, nuts and olives and various different wines, all which the girls were very knowledgeable about. They made our sit down meal feel like a very special occasion and we couldn’t recommend this experience enough. This is an experience not to be missed if you are in Valencia!
