I bought tickets online for my wife and me to visit Ikono on 22nd May. On 22nd April, I received an email saying the venue was closed for a private event on 22nd May and to select an alternative date. I replied saying we had no other date and to please refund our tickets. I had a reply the same day asking for the ticket number and last 4 digits of the purchase card in order to issue the refund, which I provided the next day. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing and no refund has been effected. I have followed up on 28th April and again on 2nd May and have had no reply at all. An absolutely shocking disregard for customer care or customer experience, not to mention charging fees for a service that is not going to be provided.

We spent almost one hour there. The rooms are nice and so but the experience is far from what is described as “sensorial etc”. Just some decorated rooms with interactive stuff for good pics.

This "museum" is very expensive compared to what it offers. They are improvisations of some empty spaces...very badly made: light bulbs, some textiles hanging from the ceiling. Nothing to do with the name of the museum...it's not about the senses.. It's not worth wasting your time and money visiting this stupid place. Really bad and very expensive, not even 3 Euros worth it...
