Overview
Madrid hosts many significant landmarks, but ticking them all off when traveling the sprawling metropolis by foot can be a challenge. Hop on board a bicycle and tour the city by two wheels, still getting an intimate experience of popular attractions, such as Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, while also covering greater distance than by walking. Pause regularly to learn more about the city’s heritage from your guide.
What to Expect

Meet your guide at a central Madrid location, strap on your helmet, and mount your bicycle. When booking, decide whether you prefer a classic city bike or one with electric assistance. When ready, set off, following your guide at a leisurely pace to landmarks, such as the Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol. Pause to hear your guide’s insights into these notable locations and snap pictures of these historical highlights.

Halfway through the tour, stop for a short rest and take the opportunity to pose any questions you have for your guide. Then, continue on your journey, before concluding at your original departure point.

Nico was great!!

By far one of the best bike tours we’ve done. Our guide, Nico, was both informative and friendly and we had a nice small group of 7. (I’m told 12 is the most they put in a group). Great value for money!!

Fabulous freewheeling bike fun in spectacular city

We LOVED our 3 hours cycling on comfy, easy-to-ride bikes led by the very capable and knowledgeable guide. Plenty of pauses in shade to talk about what we were seeing and get tips about enjoying time in this stunning city.

The city cycle tour is not hilly, but there are just gradual inclines here and there. No problem for a casual biker.
