Overview
With a history rich in the world’s three major religions, Toledo is a must-see. Choose a morning, afternoon, or full-day tour to suit your schedule. With entrance fees included, you can spend your time exploring the city’s many UNESCO World Heritage Sites instead of waiting in ticket lines. You’ll ensure the most informative experience possible touring with a guide. Upgrade to include lunch and a sightseeing tour in Madrid.
What to Expect
Your tour begins in central Madrid, where you’ll board an air-conditioned coach. In Toledo, see the church of Santo Tomé, home to El Greco’s famous painting The Burial of Count Orgaz, explore the Museo del Greco, and enter Santa Maria la Blanca Synagogue.

The morning tour visits Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes or the Convent of Santo Domingo El Antiguo (depending on the month), while the afternoon tour takes you to the Mosque of Christ of the Light (Mezquita del Cristo De La Luz).

The full-day tour adds a trip to the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of Toledo, a 13th-century landmark considered one of Spain’s finest examples of Gothic architecture.

Upgrade options include lunch and a Madrid sightseeing tour that includes the Royal Palace (Palacio Real), the Prado Museum (Museo del Prado), and Gran Via.

All tours conclude with drop-off at your original departure point.

Very knowledgeable guide. Doing this day trip to Toledo without having the historic background is a waste of time.

The trip was well done from a logistics standpoint. All aspects of the trip were well thought out and everything ran very smooth and on time. All the way down to restroom stops at appropriate times.

Boring

We were highly disapointed by the boring tour guide . Such a shame since Toledo is beautiful - take the train and then find a local tour guide like most tourists.

I happened to read the other reviews AFTER I had already bought tickets and didn't know what to think. Some reviewers really did not like this tour, others raved. We thought it went well and were glad we made the trip to Toledo. And we...More

Worst experience ever ... never try it

We had worse experience ever booking with Julia’s. Since they are a huge company they really don’t care about your individual situation. We had intimated in advance that my parents were senior citizens and we booked a tour to Toledo. We had no clue it...More

We met at the tour offices, but there are 2 locations. The buses are located in a garage nearby and they lead you onto the bus from the offices. I think you should have gotten a confirmation with tickets attached by email... More
