Overview
With a history rich in the world’s three major religions, Toledo is a must-see. Choose a morning, afternoon, or full-day tour to suit your schedule. With entrance fees included, you can spend your time exploring the city’s many UNESCO World Heritage Sites instead of waiting in ticket lines. You’ll ensure the most informative experience possible touring with a guide. Upgrade to include lunch and a sightseeing tour in Madrid.
What to Expect
Your tour begins in central Madrid, where you’ll board an air-conditioned coach. In Toledo, see the church of Santo Tomé, home to El Greco’s famous painting The Burial of Count Orgaz, explore the Museo del Greco, and enter Santa Maria la Blanca Synagogue.

The morning tour visits Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes or the Convent of Santo Domingo El Antiguo (depending on the month), while the afternoon tour takes you to the Mosque of Christ of the Light (Mezquita del Cristo De La Luz).

The full-day tour adds a trip to the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of Toledo, a 13th-century landmark considered one of Spain’s finest examples of Gothic architecture.

Upgrade options include lunch and a Madrid sightseeing tour that includes the Royal Palace (Palacio Real), the Prado Museum (Museo del Prado), and Gran Via.

All tours conclude with drop-off at your original departure point.

An excellent tour (1/2 day) of Toledo's historic area

Included w/ the voucher for 1/2 day tour was this "important information" - "Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those w/ walking disabilities or using a wheelchair". Truer words have not been spoken. The city is lovely, the guide was excellent,...More
