Very entertaining and informative guide. Kept us engaged and we had full overview of the city and a good walk. Had amusing stories but also a good history of the town.

Really enjoyed our guided walk with Anna... shared her knowledge in a friendly and enthusiastic way. Girona an amazing place, with so many narrow streets and hidden gems, we definitely needed a guide to help us explore!

Excellent Tour. The guide (the one with purple hair :)) was lovely. She was able to answer all the questions that the group made. I was so surprised when she said that she watched 10 times GoT The tour is not so intense (walk wise) so, do not hesitate and attend! It is an excellent way to know the other side of the series.

Had a great tour of Girona with our tour guide Anna. Very informative, love the history of this area and city. Our group was only 5 people so much nicer than a group of 30.

We had a few days in Barcelona and decided to explore outside the city. Girona has a long layered history of defending itself from its neighbors. Old Roman ruins to modern times of tv show Game of Thrones location shooting sites. We took the high speed train Renfe from Barcelona to Girona. I believe a quick 35-40 minute ride. Booked our tickets online approximately 68 euros round trip two adults. My husband and I had no idea what to expect and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Our tour guide was a native Gironian with pride and love for her city. The whole inner city is layer upon layer of history and beauty. Anna explained this layered history with ease and before we knew it our three hour tour had come to an end.....she even advised us places to eat after the tour and other things to explore if we had the time. A lovely experience; highly recommended.

Anna took us through historic Girona offering up interesting stories and facts. She gave us tips about the area and recommendations for Girona pastries and restaurants. Anna was a delight!

Just finished our tour with Mike, the tour was excellent. He was knowledgeable and had excellent social and communication skills! A really nice guy who was even willing to wait a while for a couple of no shows! Highly recommend!

Miguel is very knowledgeable about Girona (it's his hometown) and hundreds of years of its history. The pace was nice and Miguel explained things as we went and allowed for a few questions along the way. We did sign up for an English tour, but were put on an English/Spanish tour. I think this was a last minute change due to a shortage of guides. This was pretty difficult for Miguel, explaining everything twice. It also was not ideal for the participants as we all had to stand around for 1/2 of the time while the teaching was done in two languages. This was a 3 hour tour, so my feet were ready for a rest by the end. I would recommend a toilet stop before you start as there is no opportunities during the tour. This is a fascinating city and this tour hits many of the important historical spots.

Mike, our guide was wonderful and very passionate in telling the stories of these villages. He treated everyone like they were VIPs and went out of his way to accommodate everyone’s questions. He is bilingual and gave the tour in Spanish and English without missing a beat. The tour was amazing. From the beach to the castles it was wonderful. I highly recommend it and would take it again!
