We booked a last minute ( on the day!) for a red, white and cava wine tasting and our requirements were met with such ease and outstanding customer service within an hour of requesting to book.
From the traditional cobbled street leading to a very warm shopfront ‘cave appearance’ of the destination from the warm greeting of Misty and team straight away there was no doubt this is by far the most intimiate, informative value for money on quality wines from hundreds to chose from in BCN.
The food was equally delicious as the wine. Warm friendly and an amazing night in BCN. I’m

What an amazing afternoon this was, I organised the ultimate wine tasting experience for my best friend’s hen party and we can't thank Sofia and Jose enough for making it an afternoon to remember. The wine and food was amazing, Sofia and Jose were such passionate hosts and did everything to perfection. I would highly recommend this Bodega to anyone who wants a glass of beautiful wine or wants to experience a wine tasting afternoon.

We did the Ultimate wine tasting with Jose, the owner. He is passionate about wine and really enjoyed listening to him talk about Spanish wine while we tasted. The wines were fabulous. While he was willing to present wines from around the world we were there to taste the best of what Spain has to offer and were not disappointed.

What a great experience this was, the Bodega has such character, the wines were superb and Jose was a passionate host. I was so impressed that I asked Jose to send me a case of Spanish wines and set him a budget. I am half way through the case and all have been great.
Also shout out to Misty who hs been so helpful in setting this up and then dealing with my follow up communications :)

The gold wine experience was amazing! We had a platter of tapas waiting for us upon arrival, and got to taste so much delicious wine, cava, and vermouth. Can't speak highly enough about how good the wines we sampled are. The staff is very knowledgeable about wine and the winemakers. They answered all of our questions and seemed to love talking about wine (as do we!). Such an awesome experience! Highly recommend!

Wow, what an experience. Jose, who is 3rd generation of this family owned bodega, is super knowledgeable about spanish wines. We did the gold package and it was an amazing experience. Different wines. Different growers. Different conditions to grow the grapes. An educational experience as well as drinking great wines.

I had a wine tasting of Spanish wines at Bodega Maestrazgo on a Friday evening and it was absolutely amazing. Jose and Misty were both very welcoming and spared no expense to make me feel comfortable and made sure I got the most out of the tasting. Jose guided me through the tasting; he is clearly very knowledgeable about wine in general and Spanish wine in particular and, moreover very passionate about it.
Overall it was a truly great experience and would not hesitate to recommend it.

I can’t begin to describe how much of a great time my friends and I had at the wine tasting experience. The location and setting was perfect, the wines were juicy and plentiful, the food was proper Spanish nibbles and Finton who led the whole experience just couldn’t be topped. Absolutely lovely bloke, had a fountain of knowledge and was patient with our steady pace and chatting amongst ourselves. I cant recommend this place enough! Thank you so much guys!

A group of 10 from the UK headed to Barcelona for a stag do, however this wasn't your normal stag do, we were visiting Michelin restaurants and wine tasting.
We booked the wine tasting a few weeks prior to arriving, the communication was very easy (Misty isn't Spanish so understands that you should reply to emails within a day is good practice) and we knew what to expect on arrival.
The information throughout the session was extremely useful, it was as long and as detailed as you wanted, it kept the pace of the day as fast or as slow as you wanted it to run, we spent most of our time chatting in between the different wines.
The food selection was excellent and they even prepared a special plate for one member of our group who was vegetarian (grilled artichokes with rep pepper sauce) - the platters included Spanish meats and cheeses which were very well received after a few glasses.
The wine itself was great, we tried Vermut first, then whites and finished with some brilliant reds, a few members of our group actually ended up buying wine afterwards which was testament to the quality!
Overall I couldn't recommend this place any higher for a group looking to spend a few hours in a really authentic wine bar drinking and eating brilliant food & wine.
It would be equally suitable for couples and smaller groups but I would just double check there aren't any large parties, our group was well behaved but knowing what groups of stags/hens/parties can be like - this may ruin your experience if you are sat next to a load of yobs, the bar itself is relatively small.
