Three Countries in One Day: France, Andorra and Spain from Barcelona
From US$148.33
Visit Andorra, France, and Spain in a single day on a tour from Barcelona that takes in historic architecture, gorgeous mountain landscapes, and three distinctive cultures. If your time is limited, choosing a guided tour ensures you’ll see more than you would on your own, from breakfast in France to lunch in a traditional Andorran restaurant (own expense), with a series of fascinating sightseeing stops throughout the day.
What to Expect
Meet a guide in central Barcelona, then travel to the Spanish village of Baga, where you’ll have views of the rocky peaks in Cadi-Moixero National Park. Tour the village’s square and medieval church, then cross the border into France for a classic French breakfast of croissants and café au lait in the walled city of Mont-Louis.

Visit the UNESCO-listed 17th-century citadel and set out across the Pyrenees to the country of Andorra, where you’ll see Romanesque churches and stone houses in the old quarter of Andorra la Vella, Andorra's capital. After lunch in an Andorran restaurant (own expense), shop for wine and souvenirs in tax-free shops, hike mountain trails, or tour the Romanesque church of St. Miquel d’Engolasters.

Begin the return to Barcelona in late afternoon, pausing for a drink in Coll de Nargo along the way and finishing the day at a central location in Barcelona.

It was a very long ride in a relatively small coach with cramped seats. Most stops seemed rushed, and in Andorra, we did not even have enough time to finish our meal before we had to literally run to catch the coach for our ride...More

Too long on the bus

We had looked forward to this trip but felt that it was a lot of time spent driving in the bus. The 3 stops were interesting and the time spent at each site was sufficient. However, it was definitely not worth the 11 hours that...More

Went on tour and was a great experience. Loaded up early AM at the office, it was still dark outside, but this is a 12+ hour day so be expecting this. Went right away to the bus which was approx 24 people - every seat...More

What a way to spend a day out of Barcelona. This tour provides a great opportunity to experience the countryside of both Spain and France as it transitions from rolling hills of vineyards to the majestic Pyranees. We stopped in the quaint medieval town of...More

We did not need a visa when traveling from the US last year. I'm not sure if the requirements have changed.
