A day to remember in Mallorca.
This was an excellent tour of Valldemosa and Soller. These two, villages are a must to see if you're visiting Mallorca. Our guide Catelina and driver Fernando were a super team. Catelina was very informative in her commentary about the island, pointing out the geography, local produce, industries and food specialities of Mallorca. We also discovered some most interesting facts about the island. A great day out and well worth the money.

Juan was brilliant! I have a nut allergy & im vegan. I hadn’t expected to actually be able to eat much in the tour but wanted to experience it with my friends. Juan was so kind and made sure I still had plenty of things I could eat. He’s great fun and very knowledgeable so we went to some amazing places that you wouldn’t find without a guide and found some great food.

Well organised but not worth the long journey
The coach was very well organised and comfortable, and the guide was very nice and professional. However personally, I think the amount of stops and time it takes to get to the caves is not worth the experience (I was in Port d'Alcudia and it took around 1hr 40 mins each way). The classical concert was very short and you get herded through the caves with so many people. You then have free time but I didn't find much to do unless you want to purchase pearl jewellery from the nearby shop. If you are closer then perhaps it would be more worth your time. Not a reflection on the tour company themselves, but the experience wasn't worth it for me.

      Disorganised, busy but beautiful.
Disorganised. Rushed and crowded. "Queue" to get onto the boats at the end was a shambles with no organisation and pushing in. Very beautiful, but it needs more time to enjoy with about 2/3 as many people. Concert was fun, a lot of selfish people trying to take photos even after being to not to several times spoiled listening a bit. High season... I hope it doesn't get worse as this is a unique attraction that deserves better marks th an I can give it here.

We booked through Kathy in BelleVue area. We went on speed boat with company called My sea experience. Kathy has been here for 40 years she has kids of her own and very experienced in what she does she was information and made the whole experience less stressful. The bus arrived on time and was very comfortable bus. Thank you again Kathy for helping us decide what to do.

The trip was advertised by the agents as an interesting trip which I cannot say it wasnt. However on arrival your were stood waiting in a big que, the coach trip was lenghly as picking other passengers up.on the way. The representative spoke so many langues you had passed most things by the time she got to English, and this went on form 90% of the journey ? I think most people zoned out in the end. On arrival yu were told there were so many steps, which in purchasing no one mentioned steps steep declines or inclines so for thise with disabilities this trip is a definate challenge and I would say not one to be taken, i suffer osteoarthritis and it challenged me immensley so be advised before booking for this. The caves themselves were a wonder of the world but felt once in you ushered through the walks ways way too quickly and the members of staff not very welcoming or helpful. Once you reach the autiorium dont expect to get on a boat dissapointing, you are ushersd up more steps to seating for the classical concert performed by an orchestra in one boat with lights which was also dissapointing as lasted 5-10 minutes. As soon as that is finished people rush forward to get on the boats which there are only three and the rest of you walk the bridge up a steep climb to exit. For me a totally dissapointing experience. So please ask when booking of you have physical needs how this will challenge you ! Ticked off thr bucket list but a dissapointing one!

Amazing day tour! Highly recommended too.
We were picked up on schedule and welcomed by the lovely Dori. After collecting the remaining people we were off on the tour! The Majorcan mountains are stunning! And those mountain roads expertly negotiated by the driver. The boat trip to the Port of Soeller was perfect- just the right amount of time to stop for lunch and a bit of sightseeing. Then onto the tram for a trip to Soeller through the lemon and orange groves. Dori was the perfect tour guide providing information and insight with fun interjected too! From Soeller we took the train towards Palma then picking up the coach to travel back to the hotel. I would highly recommend this tour to see the highlights of Northern Mallorca! Very easy to book on line with good communication. Big thank you to Dori 🥳 and the driver too!

      Great day in Mallorca
This tour is much better than you would think based on its description. Bus - boat -tram - train - bus… I thought we would just sit on different transportation options, but still that was the best way to visit Soller. But, it’s wonderful, well organized, you have free time to visit the beach or village. Angela, our guide was nice, precise and applied “foolproof “ methods for the people to remember the meeting places and times. As we had many stops and transports to miss, I loved that she repeated every meeting details at least 3 times, in 4 languages. The boat trip is “jumpy”, take nausea blockers with you if your stomach is sensitive. Use the “contact tour operator “ button to add your hotel name a d they will pick you up. Otherwise they won’t contact you and you have to go to central Palma. We loved the whole day, thank you!

Where to start. Cloudy day so the sunrise was mostly hidden which wasn’t their fault but even if it was visible you see it more on the beach whilst you’re waiting for the boat than you do on the boat. It took an hour to get to the dolphin location and the journey was boring the sea was rough and the boat felt like a poor version of a ferry. Nothing special about it at all. Most people were asleep as they were so tired. Seeing the dolphins was good but you’re far from them and don’t see that many. You get to spot them for about 45 mins. The breakfast was awful!!! Some bread rolls, ham and packaged croissants that was all. The trip did not feel special at all especially for the price. Very disappointed and feel the whole excursion is a bit of a money making scam. The boat is so big and industrial not special at all.

Good value for what you get
You get what you pay for. If you don’t want to be with a crowd then pay 5x as much and take a private tour. We found the bus to be very comfortable with good air conditioning. The only time it felt too crowded was the first train we took. That was a little rough but otherwise the trip, for the price, was great. Would suggest to anyone

      City break
Myself and my wife had a fantastic time being shown around the food and history of Palma. Really glad we did it early in our stay, as there were so many amazing places we can go back to. Joan was our guide and he was fantastic, take the tour, you won’t regret it.

SAVE MONEY AND TIME. See it on your own, the tour is not worth it.
While the caves were beautiful, it was so crowded. At the end of the concert, where the usher spent the entire time telling people very audibly to put away their cameras, we waited for 30 minutes to go on a 1.5 minute boat ride which was not worth it at all as it went through a place that you could normally see. Also, a significant portion of the trip was spent on the bus picking up and dropping off passengers. If they got rid of half the people on the tour , I would have given it a lot higher of a rating as far less time would be wasted. The views of the island from the bus are great, but not something warranting spending money on this tour to see. The tour guide was very nice, but the bus speakers did not enable us to hear her clearly.

      Great day on the sea
Fantastic experience. Crew was super friendly and service was great. Boat was nice and spacious. We were fortunate where we had about 40 passengers. The boat hold nearly 140. Lunch was a full spread and very good. Cash bar was reasonable. We had perfect conditions on the water. Crystal blue waters with some fish but not a ton. We brought our own snorkel masks which worked out grea for us. They do offer them for an extra charge. My 14 yo son and I had a great time.

      A Good day Out
We were impressed by this trip. Its the first trip I have been on where have not stop somewhere has tried to flog us something. We got picked by a driver who took us to meet the coach. Our guide was Dori ( I think). She was great and I was impressed how she switched between English and German with such ease. It was not a script as she chatted with many pf the passengers fluently in both langages. After we picked up everybody up (well done to driver for squeezing the coach through all those parked cars) we head up the mountains and again the driver was impressive with getting the coach around some very tight bends! All I can I was glad it was him not me!! There where some good views but it was a bit cloudy on Sunday so perhaps not the best. We stopped at a small cafe for a toilet break and a chance to take in some more stunning (on a less cloudy day). We then headed on to the port at Sa Colbra, where we had enough time to strech our legs, take in the sights of nice little port before taking the boat to Port Sollar. My only comment it would have been nice to have some thigs pointed out as we went along. At Port Sollar we had enough time for a bite to eat or a sit on the beach or even a little shopping before catch the tram to Sollar. It was a nice (and longer than expected) ride through the towns before arriving at Sollar. Again we had enough time to have a look around Sollar before taking the historic train through the mountains to near Palma, where we bored the coach back to our hotels. I hope everybody like thought it was a good day out. The whole trip was made better by our guide Dori's proffesionalism. She was the right mix of leader/ guide and friend that could want. She was clear & imformative with out beeing bosy and a credit to her employer. Two more sets of people I want to thanks the first is No frills Excersusions ( who let us amend our booking at the last minute, due a sudden belt of illness) and the reception at the Hotel El Mal Pas who helped my parter sort this sudden amendment especially as English wasn't really her second langauge. The last thing I will say if my parents where younger and in Mallorca I would send them on this trip as they would of loved it.

      Palma bus tour
Our first time using this company. Our pick-up point was very close to our hotel. Pick-up was on time, and the driver and guide were pleasant and helpful. We were given a map with markings already on and some additional points of landmarks and places to eat. We did purchase tickets for the cathedral on the coach, which was handy. Puck up was on time and back at a tamely manner. I would recommend the service, and I would use it again.

We went out for the day on the catamaran. What a brilliant day it was and well worth the money. We went around the bay and had 2 swimming stops which were well received as the weather was hot hot hot 🔥. We didn't have high hopes for the included lunch but were pleasantly surprised with chicken, tuna, pasta salad, bread cheese and melon. All was fresh and tasty and plenty left for seconds if you wanted. Drinks included were limited but we had the sangria so can't complain 😂. An hour stop at formentor was a bonus as well. And entertainment from the captain on the way back was the best thing ever. We had such a good day and I would highly recommend this. We booked this trip in the resort using no frills trips which I would also recommend

    Wonderful excursions guaranteed.
Clean boat. End of visit on a magnificent beach worthy of Reunion Island. Don't expect a great paella. But knowing that we eat on the boat is very good.
