The directions on how to get to the boat could be better but Isabel was able to find us and guide us to where we needed to be. We were given a welcome drink and tapas which was delicious, great range of drinks and last minute birthday celebration from the crew when they found out. It is a great activity to spend four hours in the sea, bathe, enjoy with loved ones. The boat is beautiful, the staff is attentive and has the necessary qualifications to provide good service, there are plenty of fun things for the bathroom (floats, paddle boards). The walk is planned in a perfect way to enjoy the sea and the beauty of the bay of Palma. As points to consider, we were extremely lucky to be only six people in the front of the boat, if the majority of the 12 passengers did so it would be uncomfortable due to the size of the ship. On the other hand, only the first drink has no cost, the following ones including water are charged at restaurant price, perhaps this should be indicated in the offer to be prepared. Many thanks to the kind crew.

I was supposed to board the cruise at 10:30, but as I found out in a conversation with the captain that there is a Croatian hostess on the cruise that departs 15 minutes before (and I am also from Croatia), they allowed me to transfer to that boat and many thanks to the team for that!
The cruise looks truly luxurious and large, with several decks and a large interior and was very comfortable. For the staff - only words of praise! My beautiful Croatian host Linda did everything to make my stay perfect. Captain Simon too - a very nice man! It was very nice to chat and make friends with the crew. Since I was a solo traveller, the crew was happy to jump in and take pictures and videos of me on board whenever I asked. The food was very tasty and there was more than enough.
The only complaint is that for that price I expected more sailing and less stopping at the place to swim. By my estimation, we stopped for a swim in one place for more than 2 hours, and sailing in both directions took a little more than an hour. We have also returned 20 min before it was supposed to be, so cruise didn't take 4 hours in total.

We had a great time on this beautiful catamaran with an extremely kind crew. We were scheduled for a 10am departure, but due to the parking in Palma being unforgiving, we missed our time slot. We called and they were very understanding and were able to quickly shuffle us into the next time slot at 10:30. We are extremely grateful for the entire crew and would highly recommend booking this trip.

I booked 6x places (5x Adults and our 11 year old daughter) on an afternoons sailing (4 hours).
Before we arrived we were contacted by the company to provide the required details, very professional and courteous.
We struggled to get onto the dock and signage was a little scarce, but were a little early and were later met at the gate by a crew member.
The Catamaran was everything we hoped it would be, crewed by a friendly and professional skipper and super cool hostess. Everything was explained to us, including the optional drinks packages. We were joined by 3x other (lovely) guests and we set sail, welcome
Drinks and Tapas in hand (Yummy).
The plan, to sail out of the harbour (approx 50 mins) and anchor up in a popular bay. Plenty of time to sit on deck and top up the Tan/enjoy the trip.
The journey out did not disappoint and the bay was beautiful.
Out came an assortment of masks/snorkels/inflatables and Sup. So the next 2 hours incorporated plenty of family fun, swimming, snorkelling and a very well presented meal (Meat balls being particularly popular)!
Sadly our time had come to an end, so we packed up our trunks and made the return journey back to the dock. Plenty of time to relax and enjoy ourselves on deck.
In short we all loved the trip, the staff were super friendly and polite. The drinks packages we ok, but for a larger party added to the total cost of the experience rather, but with this in mind, was still value for money.
Would recommend this trip.

Our catamaran adventure in Mallorca was an absolute dream, all thanks to the exceptional crew, Francesca and Jaime. Francesca (a crew member) was at the entrance of the harbour to take us to the catamaran, where Jamie (the captain) and "Captain America" (the owner of the vessel, funny and attentive) received us with a glass of cava for the 6 of us and explained a few rules before sailing.
Francesca and Jaime were not only accommodating and patient but also thoughtful in anticipating our needs. Their genuine care and professionalism made us feel pampered throughout the entire journey. It felt like we were treated to a "spa" for the mind.
The catamaran itself was a stunner, and the food served was simply perfect – not too much, not too little, and very tasty (especially the dessert - fruit salad). Anchoring near Ses Illetes beach was pure bliss, especially with the fins, goggles, paddling boards, and a pool float at our disposal. Plus, the onboard music was on point, setting the perfect vibe for every moment.
This experience is so very recommended. Thanks for the memories!

Well, what can I say other than this was amazing! The meeting point was very easy to find and from the get go the crew were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and some nibbles. Then we were given a safety briefing before setting off. Once we were on the move, we were free to move around the boat as we pleased. The boat its self contained everything you could possibly need including a toilet, blankets if you got cold and plenty of equipment and toys to use in the water. We loved being able to sit on the top of the catamaran and just watch the world go by. Despite the weather not being the warmest or driest, we still had the option of getting in the water. It was great fun! You were then able to warm up by enjoying a warm shower, hot drink and the most amazing home-made lunch with tapas. You were also able to order any additional drinks you may want for a very reasonable price.
We've already said we can't wait to return just to do this trip again!

We had booked the cruise but were 20 minutes late due to an accident. They waited for us and we sailed with fairly rough seas. On board, Hanbo immediately offered us canapés and drinks. The hostess whose name I do not remember was very kind and always very careful to make all guests feel good. The commander was very good at handling navigation. We reached a sheltered bay where we swam. We had lots of tapas and delicious meatballs. The catamaran, a 43 foot comfortable for the 12 people on board (including crew) is a boat not easy to pilot when the sea is rough enough and the navigation is motorized. They were very well and also the mooring on the return, made difficult by the lack of wind, was executed perfectly. Bravi, a beautiful experience

After a little hiccup with timing, this was smooth sailing with easy and pleasant communication with Thorsten. All the hosts were super-friendly, nice people who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My teenager and I very much enjoyed the afternoon excursion.
The weather varied a lot during our early spring outing. Definitely recommend wearing layers that you can easily add or remove.
The freshly cooked, homemade food was a lovely and welcome surprise!

Lovely day out on the aqua waters!! Tapas was delicious and stewardess Francesca and captain were amazing! Francesca went over and beyond checking on me and being attentive when I fell on the catamaran; captain also checked in on me a couple times. Water was cold for us Floridians, however the entire group was in the water enjoying all the boat toys. Fun day at sea!! (we were 3 total groups on the catamaran - total of 11 of us and everyone was so friendly!

This was the perfect trip for us. We were visiting for the day as part of a two-week cruise so the 4 hour timing fitted in perfectly. The communication from Sail Palma from start to finish was excellent. The option to reserve the trip and pay later was a great selling point as it gave us time to search the best way to to get to the marina from the cruise ship and invade our plans changed at all.
The staff involved were exceptional. The crew on board kept us informed at all times. The tapas prepared was delicious, varied and substantial and there was even something to cater for our fussy teens. There was plenty of space for the 12 people on the catamaran and being able to have around two hours to swim, snorkel and paddle board ( or sunbathe and chill) was great.
We all agreed that it was our favourite day of the holiday and I cannot recommend this trip highly enough.
The staff involved were exceptional. The crew on board kept us informed at all times. The tapas prepared was delicious, varied and substantial and there was even something to cater for our fussy teens. There was plenty of space for the 12 people on the catamaran and being able to have around two hours to swim, snorkel and paddle board ( or sunbathe and chill) was great.

It didn’t feel crowded to me, and I was a solo guest alongside a party of ten. We all sat together in the rear of the boat for introductions and the excursion & safety information before we launched. Once we set sail, some stayed at the rear and some joined me at the front of the boat. We all gathered again in the rear for lunch when we anchored. This is a shaded area, where we could all sit around the table for a family-style meal. We sat close, like a family, but it was not uncomfortable in any respect.
