Melissa was one of the best tour guides I ever had. She is very knowledgeable, funny and kind. We learned so much about Seville through her. She took the time to explain all the details and answered all our questions. The tour was in Spanish but she also does it in English. We had a great time. Thank you Melissa!!

Today we went on the Seville monumental tour and we were lucky to have Melissa as our guide. A fantastic guide providing tons of information and details. With a lot of humour as well. And also important: in really excellent English. It turned out to be the best guided tour ever. Visitours seem to be very well organised as well, so picking up extra people in the middle of the tour went smoothly. This tour is absolute value for your money. My advice: try to figure out when Melissa can be your guide!

Great tour. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable. She clearly had multiple degrees on the subject matter and was able to give detailed information. She was able to answer every question we had and was very personable. Really recommend!

My wife and I pleasantly booked via the hop on hop off bus that we had tickets for two days to see the city and what it had to offer, decided to visit the Cathedral with a privately guided tour. We where lucky to have "landed" on Alicia, who professionally guided the six of us in all on an English detailed one and half full hour tour of the Cathedral, its history and developments that took place over the centuries to date. The location is surely a must see that you cannot miss whole in Seville. Having Alicia as your guide will ensure you will smoothly enjoy it even more. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the tour. We were lucky that we were a small group so didn’t really need the blue tooth ear pieces, although they were useful if we wanted to drift off a little to take a photo. Melissa was so enthusiastic, informative and engaging. She made the tour lots of fun and clearly loves what she does!

The tour started 1/2 hour too late without any explanation from their side. Apart from that the tour was very average... Not much to say about the tour itself.
Now the alcazar was marvelous. Sevilla is a wonderful city that I wouldn’t doubt to visit again.

This was my third visit to the Alcazar and Cathedral. Since I previously visited without a guide, then with the audio guide, I thought visiting with a paid for guide would enhance the experience (since it costs double the audio guide). However, our guide (Lola) was very difficult to hear (another guest brought this up and the only solution was to give her a different audio set but the issue was the all the audio sets were muffled). From what I did hear I did not gain any new knowledge, I actually found the audio guide to be more informative. And the quick visit to the alcazar did not allow time for you to visit the whole gardens, simply to breeze through the palaces, thus missing the beauty of the site.
