Alhambra Tour
Granada day trip including Alhambra

Spare yourself the hassle of organizing transport and tickets on a stress-free day trip to Granada from Seville. As well as convenient round-trip transportation from your Seville hotel, this day trip includes skip-the-line entry to the Alhambra, which sells out months in advance, along with a guided tour. Upgrade to include a walking tour of the Albaicin quarter, a must-see area of Granada.

What to Expect

Your tour begins with pickup from your Seville hotel, where you’ll board an air-conditioned minivan destined for Granada. During the journey through Andalucia’s countryside, receive an overview of Granada’s history from your guide.

On arrival at the Alhambra, you’ll bypass long lines outside of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and head straight inside for a guided tour. Marvel at highlights such as the Alcazaba, Nasrid Palace, Generalife Gardens, and Palace of Charles V, and listen to commentary crucial to understanding the landmark’s history.

Following the tour, travel to the center of Granada to purchase lunch (own expense). If you’ve upgraded to include the Albaicin walking tour, spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the UNESCO-listed district.

This guided tour concludes with drop-off back at your Seville hotel.

Tour is nice but unnecessary

The Alhambra is beautiful and so is Granada, but I would recommend making a solo day trip of it and saving some money. The guide gives some basic info on the bus and walks you through a lot of interesting things in Granada, and in...More

Your tour company should tell you. Some coaches leave from the central coach station, others pick up at hotels and ask those not staying at a hotel to go to one for the pickup, but check with your operator.
