The whole trip was very comfortable and enjoyable would highly recommend joining. About 40 people were in our trip and the journey to and back was smooth. The pick up point was accurately mentioned in the itinerary and the coach is clean and of high quality. We stopped by a restaurant to have a quick 30 min breakfast (included) with coffee and a big piece of bread. Then we headed to caminito del ray with language specific tour guides (english/french/german/spanish) who were very friendly and explained the checkpoints in detail. The hiking distance is 7km in total, about 4-5km was the actual caminito del ray's narrow walkways. It's a fun experience and the views are impressive but if you are afraid of heights you might want to think twice! There are sufficient toilet breaks throughout the whole trip but there are no toilets during hike. After visiting the caminito del ray, we visited the nearby village Ardales where we had free time (1hr) to grab food and drinks. Then finally we headed back to the starting point at around 3pm, which was perfect as this won't take up your whole day!

Our guide was Antonio and our driver was Juan, they were both really nice and approachable. Juan is an excellent and skilled driver who mastered the narrow roads and sharp turns along the way.

Would definitely recommend this trip to everyone, it's worth every penny and can imagine it would be a hassle to get there on your own.

I was looking for a Caminito del Rey tour that provided transportation to Caminito and one that did not take 10-11 hours. This one fit the bill perfectly. There really is 2 parts to this tour.

The first part is provided by the booking company and the entire tour took about 6.5 hours and we got back by 3:30PM which was great. I could not endure a 10-11 hour tour as many times those tours put in fillers that are just a waste of time.

The pickup was on time and after about an hour drive, we stopped at a restaurant at Ardales where we had a simple breakfast. Tea or coffee was provided with a large bread where you could put various toppings. Then you could use the toilet here as the toilet at the starting point is small and gets busy. Our guide was efficient and clearly explained time requirements, what to do, best place for toilets, etc

We are then turned over to a guide not related to the tour. This person took us on the Caminito del Rey hike. Unfortunately our guide talked a lot. At one point he talked for 15 minutes in one location and at least 4 different groups walked by. I gave up and left this group and had an enjoyable walk on my own in peace.

The Caminito was amazing and definitely worth doing. It was a very nice experience and got you outdoor without over stressing your physicality as the walk was quite easy and the sights very amazing.

At the end of the Caminito hike, we are again turned over to the original bus tour guide. We went back to Ardales where we had breakfast earlier. You were given an hour of free time to walk around the white village or grab a late lunch at the restaurant. This was a nice break after walking 7.5 KM and to end the day with a beer, some food, and use the toilets again. Then we got on the bus for the 45 minute ride back to Malaga.

If you want to be on a tour that focuses on the Caminito without additional fluff that gets you back to Malaga by mid afternoon while limiting time spent on a bus to 2 hours instead of 6 hours, then take this tour. We enjoyed most aspects of it particularly the Caminito, the efficient transport, 2 breaks and short rides.

Do not trust this tour company they do not explain exactly where to wait and what bus to take and the tour guide never responded to my messages even though I sent 3 messages. Very very disappointed I planned this tour a week ago. I wish I had gone on my own since today is my last day here 🥲🥲🥲

The bus never picked us up. The tour operator said the bus got mixed up but we still missed our tour. We received a refund but we lost several hours of our vacation waiting for a bus that never arrived.

Fantastic experience , stunning views and a great trip all round at the Caminoto del Rey. Slight down side was being dragged to a Wine shop on way home but it wasn't unpleasant.

Thank you very much for choosing our experience. What we really do at the end of the excursion is give them an aperitif in a winery where they give you two glasses of wine, a Bermut and something to eat since at the end of the CAMINITO you usually end up with thirst and some hunger. All the best
