The food was good and we had plenty of space on the rooftop and plenty of time to get photos. It was just dark and I couldn’t get a good photo. - AndyP19980 contributionsPure JoySeeing the Eiffel Tower lit up was one of my all time holiday highlights . As such I recommend you go for the late dinner cruise even if this means eating very late. Thought the cruise itself was excellent. Really enjoyed the salad and the tiramisu. The lasagna was piping hot, filling and tasted hot. Didn’t think the cost of the bottle of wine was excessive. Thought service was cheerful and efficient. Clearly seeing the Eiffel Tower at the start and glittering at the end were memorable moments but there was sufficient to see for the whole of the trip to keep you interested. They asked if we can use the same cutlery across starter and main. Please note all drinks are chargeable, coke is €7. The only inclusive drinks is water. The views are great at 9:30PM with the lights on the Eiffel tower and other buildings. Great mood with Paris Olympic Games with the surroundings people happy and opening ceremony material still there. The food was good enough. We experienced a Silly moment when the dîner room electricity went down... The end of the cruise in the dark was a funny expérience (maybe not for the crew). We were shown to our table with no instructions as to what to do next, when we enquired a man grunted begrudgingly and pointed to a QR code for the menu. We then had to ask for our drinks order to be taken, then ask where they were as it taken ages and others who ordered after were being served much quicker. It was like a sweat box inside but every time we moved upstairs we were asked to return to our seats inside. Not a fan of being given back our dirty starter cutlery to use for the main! The only bad part was that the directions to the doc required going into a dark tunnel to get to the water. Buyer BEWARE DO NOT GO INTO THE TUNNEL! Go to the stop light and cross at the bike path. They just throw your plate on the table and expect you to hand them your dirty dishes. Plus we got a cracked dish. 9 euros for a Coke! Tables are ridiculously small and chairs have no support. Very expensive for just okay; booked the “VIP” experience to sit next to the window but they try to cram as many tables in as humanely possible so you are a feet or two between couples and instead of sitting across from your partner you sit to the side of them. Not very romantic! The food was fine nothing out of this world; you get two opinions of an appetizer, two opinions for diner, and whatever they want to give you for dessert. The wait staff were nice even though their English is limited. You get one bottle of champagne and ALL other drinks are payed for. The best part of the cruise is the live music and going by the Eiffel Tower for some great photos.
Overall I wouldn’t spend $350+ to do this cruise again.

I booked this activity for a Saturday evening for my husband and myself. I was thinking since it was our last night in Paris, that we would go out in style and do something romantic. Well, it did not meet our expectations at all! There was no signage outside the boat to know that we were at the right location and getting on the right dinner cruise. Each of the dinner tables are crammed in to fit as many parties as possible, so the seats were quite close. My husband was highly dissatisfied with his meal as he chose a salmon dish that appeared to be undercooked and wasn’t even salmon! The DJ set was nonexistent however, there was live entertainment. The singer was pretty good. We purchased drinks to go along with our meal, they were not very good at all. So to deal with that we decided to buy a bottle of champagne. The cost of the bottle on the servers phone was very different from the final price that he pulled up on the receipt. The server was quite slow to come and check in on our needs. However, he was very prompt when bringing out the bill to us. I basically paid over $300 to get good shots of the Eiffel tower. I didn’t even mention the broken toilet and urinal. So, sad to say, I’m not recommending this cruise.

We are sorry to hear that the experience wasn't what you've expected.
We are quite astonished by your review.
Our clients are normally satisfied by our offer.
As per the menu provided, our products are filled with flavours and always fresh. The salmon dish is a starter like a carpacio which is not designed to be cooked at all.
Concerning the beverages provided on board, you dispose of a digital menu and you may see the prices on it throughout the cruise. In case you seemed an error has been made on the receipt, you just have to let our server know and he will rectify it.
I am sorry you have left the boat with this deception and I hope we'll have the chance to receive you for a new experience so you change your opinion.

We were very excited for this tour as our first night in Paris but unfortunately myself and my partner were quite disappointed.
Firstly we were gutted that we were unable to see the main sights of Paris as the rivers had risen so the boat had to travel away from central Paris. We understand that this was not the boat tour companies fault, but we had paid extra for window seats to then see not really worthy sights. We spoke to the tour company whether the water would lessen while we were in Paris but we were there for a long weekend so unfortunately didn’t have much additional availability, but were assured the service would remain the same so we decided to continue.
Upon arriving, we were told we would leave promptly at 8:30pm but there was a huge queue still to get on the boat and the boat did not move until at least an hour later, but I guess there was not so much a rush due to the amended route.
We showed our tickets and were escorted to a table which had people already seated. We were told to wait and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes until being seated towards the back of the boat feeling a little shoved out the way.
I asked for us to be moved forwards as I could see empty seats, and was told he would check. I also asked to order drinks at that point and was told ‘my colleague is coming.’
Eventually we were told we could move, but the table was wonky so we had to be moved again which was a little unsettling that a few things hadn’t gone quite right yet and we were still drinkless. I asked for us to order drinks again and told again ‘my colleague is coming.’
About 20 minutes later, someone finally came to order our drinks, a beer and a bottle of wine. The beer came about 10 minutes later, wine no where to be seen.
The starter arrived, and was eaten and we reminded a staff member of our wine. Another 15 minutes had passed and again we reminded staff that we had ordered a bottle of wine. Finally my drink arrived, after 1.5 hours of being sat on the boat.
Myself and my partner were feeling a little frustrated, but tried to enjoy the rest of the evening, and thankfully the rest of the evening wasn’t as disappointing, the food was good (other than the scallops, unfortunately wasn’t what I was expecting at all) and music was great too.
However, the former series of events left a bitter taste in our mouth and we did not value this at being £90 pp.
I have since contacted the company about this, and have only been offered a discounted visit at a later date but unfortunately we will not be doing this particular tour again.

Thank you for having chosen our company for your dinner cruise on the Seine river.
We are extremely sorry for the situation caused essentially by the floods which unfortunately are completely beyond of our control.
The day of your arrival we have been the victims of a sudden rise of the river's level and for security reasons we weren't able to proceed our cruise into the heart of Paris. However, please acknowledge that many other companies have even cancelled their services or assured the dinner service at the dock due to this exceptional situation.
With the Diamant Bleu we were however able to sail for almost 2 hours, even if the direction of the cruise was opposite to the usual one.
Our entire crew has tried to make an effort.
Concerning the delay in the service, as the crew on board had to reassure and explain the situation to each and every single client on board, they have might been a little bit overwhelmed.
We apologize for this and we assure you that this does not reflect at all our service which is completely qualified and usually involve high standards.
You may see it for yourself by reading the several reviews left by our previous customers.
This is the main reason for which we have provided you a discount for your next booking as a commercial gesture. We would like you to come on board again and enjoy the usual high quality experience which we normally provide, now that the level of the river is back to normal.

My wife and I booked the Seine River tour for 12/14/2023 to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, paying €110.00 per person. We are from Brazil and traveled to France and this would be our first trip. We made a point of booking a tour that would pass by the Eiffel Tower, as it is my wife's dream. Our nightmare started upon boarding. When we entered, no one told us that that night the tour would not pass by the Eiffel Tower, we only found out about this at the end of the tour when we realized that the boat was already docking for disembarkation and we called the waiter who told us that due to the high level of the tide, the boat would not pass the Eiffel Tower. The same waiter asked us whether they had notified us upon boarding and we replied that no, we were aware at that time. The waiter tried to speak to the boat manager who offered us 2 glasses of champagne to compensate for our frustration, of course we refused. The service during the tour was not good, we were always the last to be served, getting to the point of having to call the waiter to be served after the tables next to us had already finished their dish. Summary, I don't recommend it to anyone and always ask at the entrance if the boat will pass by the Eiffel Tower, don't fall for this scam!

Average dinner cruise. We paid extra for the window seat and the tables and chairs are packed so tight, literally the chair is touching the table behind you, it was difficult to get in and out of the seat. Extremely overpriced drinks & so many people on board it was hard to get service. Food was decent but nothing spectacular. My biggest issue with the cruise is the lighting inside. Bright purple lights made it difficult to see out, also the windows were streaky. You can go up to the top deck but they don’t tell you. The view of the Eiffel tower up there is very beautiful & that saved the experience, along with the great live music.

I really don't reccomended this cruise to anyone. I paid $200 for 2 people for nothing Salim the server name he compeletly forgot to bring our food no food at all. Bad service bad chairs the only think we enjoyed it was Effiel tower view and for that you don't need to pay $200 it's fpr free you can see it from city. I don't reccomended this cruise. If you want to waist your money you can go.

The French music was great but only 2 songs were played American songs were played mostly, the singers were amazing! The food was okay and the service was great although very disorganized I had my appetizer first and my husband got it after 15 minutes. I would recommend when the waiters offer tea and coffee at the end of the dinner, they should remind customers that is not included for free.

THIEVS !! 6 afternoon by far on our Paris trip! The tabletter service(waiters) were rund, and their work was not smoothly at all!! A lady next to our table qas forced to go and bring some break to our table and some other tables because when they share The bread they forgotten that some tables did not have any and some had too many!! Anyway at the end of the night we got to pay our drinks and our waiter asked for 40€ for two glasses of prosecco, we paid the prise and then went in again on their menu only to see that the most expensive drink was 14€, and I am still wondering how?why?what? Had to talk with 3 different people to sort it out and get 12€ in cash in return. It is such a shame cause the food was really really tasty but nothing more than that, they really need to work on the rest, we'll done again to the kitchen stuff big respect!

This will definitely help us improve different points of our activity.
However we do not find it legitimate to be treated as thieves when we are also aware that you have generally appreciated the experience on board and sent your respect to our chef and his team.
This does not reflect the quality of our service neither of the experience provided on board.
Concerning the amount for the Prosecco, this was due to a technical issue and the waiter didn't notice the problem at the beginning. However, after discussing with the crew the refund of the difference wasn't a problem and our teams were there to assist you as they do with all of our customers.
It was definitely a missunderstanding and as you already told us it is a shame to focus on this point while the experience on board has been satisfying.

Our dinner cruise was at 20:30pm which gave us a magical view of Paris by night including the Eiffel Tower. The menu was perfect, food delicious and easily adapted to our gluten free requirements. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us with everything. Meal service was perfectly arranged so that we were able to go up on the top deck at 10pm to view the Eiffel Tower and take photos and videos. We had a lovely singer who did a compilation of songs both in French and English. Would recommend this Cruise to everyone looking for a magical experience in Paris.

For men, are smart shorts and a collar shirt acceptable? Or are most men wearing pants? It is extremely hot this week and I’m afraid I will be too warm. Is the boat Air conditioned? Thank you

In spite of the advertised dress code, many men were wearing smart shorts and it was not an issue. The dining room is air-conditioned and by the time we went topside, the breeze felt good.
