As our first time in Paris it was a great experience. The staff were amazing and the views were great. The food were great as well

We loved this experience, everything was so easy and there is so much to look at. Wonderful museum and we learned a lot! Lots of cafes to choose from, lacking in ladies toilets though which was a bit disappointing as queues in every one.

Totally disappointed, description states "experience the sites illuminated along the Seine" with beautiful lights in the evening. My first clue should have been in the instructions to meet at 6:45 pm to board the boat. I inquired "why be here do early, it isn't going to be dark until later?" I was told that was the later cruise...Really so pissed. I call that "bait and switch". No illuminated lights!!!!! When we ordered from the menu, we were informed that the item would cost $8.00 / person more and charged $8.00/person for water because the only drink offered was the one 4 oz of champagne each. I gave the salad one☆.

Unsure if paying extra for skip the line (Eiffel Tower) was worth it. There was basically no-one there when we joined the tour at 11am. Tour guide was helpful in advising where we were to go & as well as the Seine cruise & bus tour. Better signage for the cruise would be nice as we missed the cruise by 2 mons & had to wait 30 mins for the next one. What REALLY annoyed us was that the bus tour took 45 mins longer than advised, they didn't allow us to alight from the bus even though we drove directly past our hotel at the other end of the city, and we missed our dinner reservation. I suggest, even for the first time visitor, do the hop on hop off bus instead & don't use this business.

Manuela our guide was fantastic! She was very nice and knowledgeable. The ride was great and comfortable. And it was just amazing seeing Giverny and Versailles. My only complaints were we could’ve left Giverny a tad bit earlier for more time at Versailles. And lunch wasn’t great. No one in my group ate most of the first course and the rest of lunch was just okay.

We booked a lunch time cruise with champagne option. The day before we were contacted to say due to the Olympics our cruise couldn’t go ahead at lunch, but we were given the option of two times later that day for dinner. We opted for the 6:45pm. We were seated at the front of the boat with window view, spectacular!! The food and drink were wonderful. The staff very attentive. The lady singer was an added bonus and made the ambiance even more lovely. Highly recommend this cruise. A perfect birthday treat!

Horrible customer service! I booked a Seine River tour, however my son fell very sick and they refused to refund my money. Unfortunately, we lost $170. There are other more humane service providers than Paris City Vision.

Perfect night. Staff was excellent and friendly. Food was decent. Not crowded because I think they intentionally limited attendance. Easy to find and everything ran like clockwork. Captain spun the boat twice so that all seats could get a good view of the statue of liberty. Paid a little extra to get the front table (only two) and it was worth it. Some reviews mentioned not being able to order a second drink. We had no issues with drink service.

Great dinner, lovely singer and beautiful views. Will do it again. Love it and will recommend to my friends. Price is modest.

A lovely place to visit but masses of visitors allowed into the gardens at the same time marred ones appreciation and enjoyment of the surroundings. This a place which lends itself for contemplative reflection of the Monet, the artist, and his works.

August 15th 2024- Nati was very nice, soft spoken and knowledgable. She guided us through the museum and gave us good points to tour the gardens and see the most after her tour. Very convenient to go from Paris in a bus.

Booked this tour from Paris after the Olympics, it’s a must do. Solo traveler from NY. You hit all the main spots, there are many so they are relatively short, but all are important. Lunch spot is a beautiful town on the beach with plenty of shops. There aren’t any irrelevant stops at wineries or any of the other places that the other companies go to. I wanted to see history, not taste wine. Nice bus, tour guide spoke good English and had a good knowledge of events, everything went well, recommend.

The site was lovely and I am glad I got to see Monet's house and gardens. The tour seemed a little pricey. But it is a 90 min drive out to the Normandy region. Our price included the ticket I to the Monet estate. I do get irritated at being charged extra for an audio guide that I have to download on my phone to listen to. Most of the time the audio takes forever to download and eats up my battery on the phone. I would rather they provide a device that I can listen to.

A lovely cruise. Excellent meal and wine and professional waiters. Altogether worth paying a little more for. Slightly hard to find the departure point as we went during the Olympics and most of the streets surrounding the Seine had been closed for the cycling and tri-athlon.

This group provides different tour types, some with an audio guide, some with a guide and others with a do it yourself kind of experience. We chose the do it yourself and provided was transport to the location, entrance to the site with a generous amount of time to walk around the site and take in the sights. We managed to do the whole gardens and house at a leisurely pace. We were then dropped of just outside of the Eiffel Tower in the evening which meant we could see the lights. Would recommend though that you book this for a day with good weather to best enjoy the colours and garden, as most of the site is outside. Overall a great experience!
