    Excellent Ring of Kerry trip
Great trip. The drivers were knowledgeable and funny. Did the horse drawn carriage thru Killarney National Park. Saw Dingle Bay, Waterville, Sneem, Lady's View and Inch Beach. Finished out with a rather large waterfall.

    Simply the best!
We went on your tour yesterday with Jamie. The weather was beautiful and the drive was informative as we boarded from Killarney. Absolutely breathtaking views. So lucky to have the best weather. Jamie you are a star! All the way from Fiji.

Excellent tour of the Dingle Peninsula
Excellent tour. Pick up in Arthur’s Quay in Limerick, stop in Killarney to pick up passengers, then off to Dingle Peninsula in an air-conditioned bus with USB ports for charging phones. Time at Inch Beach, Killarney, and Dingle, as well as many stops for taking photos along the way. Absolutely gorgeous vistas. Must see in Ireland!

    Great Day Trip to Dingle
Paudie was an excellent guide on our trip to Dingle! This was a marvelous day with a stop in Killarney to shop (the Woolen Mills, jewelry shops, and a music shop were our favs). Dingle was delightful! We didn't make lunch reservations, and even though it was later than usual for lunch, Dingle was a hopping place. We ended up at The Boatyard (no wait) and our food was upscale and very tasty. Dingle was gorgeous and Paudie made sure we stopped for great "photo ops" along the way. We even stopped at Inch Beach to enjoy the ocean and refreshments. Every place we went Paudie had great advice to maximize our time. This was a great trip!

    Poor service
Very poor service. Paddywagon rescheduled my 21 June tour to 22 June. And never notified me the new date was also canceled. I waited for the tour bus for over an hour, trying to contact paddywagon tours via phone, email and Facebook with no response. Only when another tour bus arrived was I rudely told my ring of Kerry tour was canceled and to contact viator. No apology for the lack of contact, just she couldn’t help me because I booked through a third party. I went into the office and Kerrie at least offered to reschedule again and apologized that my tour was canceled because we were the only 2 scheduled. She did have my email and was about to respond. This was after 9 am my tour was scheduled for 8 am. Paddywagon should have a representative at the tour location when the tour is scheduled. 2 days prior we had the 9 am tour and it was 1 1/2 hours late and no representative was around. Multiple people were calling and emailing. TripAdvisor wasn’t much better. They still sent texts and emails with the original date. No way to to contact them or send a complaint. I will get a refund but I lost the entire day I had been looking forward to.

    Nice trip! Well coordinated.
The sunny weather made for great photos along the way. The stops made were enjoyable, and frequent enough to keep us energised.

Great trip! Made the best of the weather.
Paudie was an excellent bus driver/tour guide, and made the trip a lot of fun! Although some of the views were hampered by some afternoon fog, we did get to experience the more typical Irish view of the peninsula.

This Company Is Unsafe; Left Us Stranded
Ireland is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen with some of the best people you’ll ever meet. There are responsible companies out there. Don’t let this company ruin your experience. Especially if you are a foreigner. They were not equipped at all to plan and execute this trip. At no point in the trip did anyone ask for our names, do a roll-call, or show any sign about caring for who they were transporting. Less than 24 hours before the trip even started from Limerick, we got a message that PW had a shortage of drivers and that our return bus would be switched to Dublin Coach and that Paddywagon (PW) would provide us tickets for the trip (see attached picture). Our driver from Limerick to Killarney was late and rude and immediately set a stressful tone. We learned in Killarney that PW they contracted a second company (Deros) to actually take us to Dingle for the day and back to Killarney. The tour was fine, but when we got back to Killarney at 4:30pm we were told to wait for the return bus at 5:30pm in the Killarney Outlet Center. At 5:30 there was no bus to be seen. We called PW who didn’t know where we supposedly getting tickets for the Dublin Coach, and they told us we had to wait at the Killarney Mission Road Bus Stop. So we Google where in is and walk 10 minutes to a new location. After 6pm, we get another call from PW saying the driver is not in Dublin Coach but in a Paddywagon bus, and hasn’t found us at Mission Road Bus Stop and will be leaving without us soon. Panicked, we looked around but saw no bus. Come to find out, PW doesn’t know they’re not at Mission Road two but the Outlet Center 10 minutes away. They did not know the difference. We sprinted to try and catch the bus but THEY LEFT US. We begged them to wait and they left. When we tried to catch public transit out of the city we were unable because the last bus to Limerick left at 6:30 (from Mission Road where we just ran from). We had to take a FREENOW for 250 euro because we had to leave from Limerick early the next day. This was supposed to be our honeymoon. They ruined it. This wasn’t just a mistake, what they are doing is downright dangerous.

Our bus failed to pick us up at the agreed upon place and we missed the tour. We are disappointed in the way the oversight was handled.

    Good value for money
I did the Ring of Kerry with them. It was great because we have seen so many beautiful places although the weather wasn't very suitable, to put it mildly. We had lunch in Waterville, the place which Charlie Chaplin chose for his holidays over 10 years. The sea was rough but you don't expect hot sunny days in Ireland in November. You can just walk along the beach, gazing how waves roll over and remember Dylan Thomas's poem which is so true ... 'Especially when the October wind with frosty fingers punishes my hair... ' the only exception is that it was November. Afterwards, there were some breath-taking scenery, but it's impossible to describe nature. You should go and see. One more thing, the guide is very helpful. Told us a lot about the life in Ireland and the places which we visited. Ireland! I'm missing you so much!

This was an awesome day trip, our Paddy Wagon tour guide Charles was great gave such good info and a little Irish humor. If you have to choose between Ring of Kerry or Dingle do yourself a favor and don't miss the Dingle you won't be disappointed.

    A Fun Trip
Jamie our driver was great...a fun day riding along the Ring of Kerry, but a bit uneventful. I can't blame the tour or diver...it's a nice trip with very cool views, but as I said...uneventful. I really enjoyed the stop in Killarney and would have liked that to be a bit longer (only an hour) as it is a beautiful, quaint town. Jimmy the transport from Limerick to Killarney was very pleasant and really came through when my son left his coat on the bus at the end of the day. Jimmy came to where we were eating and dropped off the coat...as we were heading home to the US the next day it was clutch! Paddywagon tours in general were very helpful and tracked Jimmy down for us! He easily resolved an upsetting issue.

We had lunch in Waterville, the place which Charlie Chaplin liked to visit for more than 10 years. The lunch and local beer were tasty. We had some time and I went to the beach. With such weather - gloomy and windy - the beach looked empty, deserted, almost wild, which I really enjoyed. Then we had a couple of stops in the places with breathtaking scenery, such as Lady`s View, Killarney National Park where we saw Tork Waterfall. We finished the trip in Killarney where we had to change a bus which brought us back to Limerick. The driver was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this tour because Ireland is miraculous in any weather.

SUCH a fun tour! DJ (I’m pretty sure) was excellent and so kind. I want to address some of the issues brought up that had me slightly anxious before we left so that future travelers are out at ease. Sure, it was late at first, but you can’t force traffic to comply. The tour was to the Cliffs of Moher with additional stops and history of Ireland. To clarify, this is NOT a tour about Ireland. Head over to Google if you want find a tour that is about Ireland in its entirety 🤷🏻‍♀️. Otherwise, book your tickets now and be grateful you did once you see these cliffs and learn about some specifically curated Irish history related to the tour itself.

The bus was a smaller one, but it was very full. We stopped in helpful increments of time to make sure we could stay comfortable, there was plenty of time to get on and off the bus at each stop, and the driver was clear and repetitive about how to avoid being left behind and make good use of each stop.

The driving was not scarier than literally any other driving in Ireland. My philosophy is that a typical Irish bus driver is not going to harm themselves, harm 40-60 other people, an damage an expensive bus. Sit back and let them do their jobs. Ireland is not America. The roads are small, and the drivers make it work. Relax and enjoy your tour.

Lunch in Doolin was AWESOME!! Plenty of time - again - to eat, walk around for a few minutes, use the restroom, and even get ice cream. Tip: your time can be best used by remembering that pubs take most often take orders from the bar. Find a table, remember your number, head straight to the bar to order. Couldn’t be more simple.

The Cliffs of Moher center has some cool history there, and there are options for those who need some assistance up the steep climbs. Seriously, go on this tour. I doubt there is anything actually holding you back from it. I had my worries, and I didn’t need to waste any time on them at all. Also…bring a tip. The driver works incredibly hard to get you where you can’t honestly get yourself.

My family and I took this tour recently. I forget our driver/tour guides name but he was very funny and personable. I like that he started telling us about our surroundings right from the get go. For example, When we approached the Limerick rugby stadium he gave us a great lesson in rugby and GAA football and hurling. We had such a wonderful time and I recommend patty wagon tours. I only have one criticism – while they are good about replying to emails I think they can do a better job with their responses. For example, I emailed them more than once about the actual exact location for pick up because I’ve never been to the city before and wanted to be sure. They emailed back confirming the pick up time but not the exact location. But nothing went wrong with the tour and we were able to find where the buses pick up passengers

The Cliffs were majestic and we lucked out, as it didn’t rain. However, we booked this specifically because The itinerary stated we would be stopping in Doolin for one hour, where we could have lunch. To my surprise, we stopped in Liscannor and there was only 1 lunch choice. It was good but 3 tour buses stopped here, so it was crowded and busy. However, the service was speedy and lunch was very good. Paddy Wagon needs to update the website itinerary! Driving along the Wild Atlantic Way, it would have been nice to stop at the beach in Lahinch. Also, 1/2 hour at Bunratty is way too short. Need at least an hour. We had enough time to use the restroom and grab a coffee. Didn’t have time to explore the village, shops or gardens.

Driver arrived over an hour late and only then were we informed the bus started with a pickup in Cork. Driver was nice but there was little commentary throughout the trip (about 75% of the time we rode in silence minus the occasional singing). All stops were cut down in time and there was no compensation for something that was entirely their fault. No stop at Doolin, instead late lunch at Liscanor. Would not use this tour company nor recommend. It added insult to injury that we paid full price for a tour that was cut by about 1/4 for a once in a lifetime experience.

I would consider this purely as transportation to the Cliffs, rather than a tour. The driver was pleasant and made a little commentary here and there, but the bus did not stop at Bunratty Castle or Doolin, as advertised on the website. The Burren was a 5 minute stretch of the legs. I believe they should update the website to indicate the lunch stop in Liscanoor and that Bunratty is only time allowing dependent on traffic. My bus was only 8 minutes late in Limerick and seats were whatever remained since the bus originated in Cork, where the majority boarded. The lunch stop is at a friendly cafeteria style cafe with minimal communal seating called John P. Holland Centre that was very crowded (2 tour buses) but apparently efficient. Instead, to avoid the crowd, I walked 3 minutes to a nearby pub that was able to get me in and out quickly with a delicious soup and chips. The port to charge your cell phone only worked on one side of the bus. Overall, if you need easy transportation to the cliffs, this is it, but if you have another less expensive or more personalized option, then skip the tour.

The driver-guide was friendly but more like a driver who just talked to the passengers. It's hard to call him a guide. He gave some factual information and tried to make us laugh, but he was not a guide in the complete sense. An hour and a half on the cliffs of Moher was not enough. Instead, we stopped to see Bunratty Castle, which had a paid entrance, and we only had 20 minutes, so no one went there. So we didn't see it. It's not clear why we had to go there.
We were taken to a restaurant with a good atmosphere but nothing special in terms of food.
All in all, a pleasant experience, but not enough time on the cliffs of Moher.

We did a few tours during our time in Ireland with different operators and they were all great expect this one. The bus arrived almost 30 minutes late and that made each stop after pretty tense. The driver was very strict on everyone arriving back to the bus not even a minute late otherwise he would leave people stranded. In one of the stops we made it back to the bus at the exact minute he asked and he still made a snide remark. The bus was also quite old and gritty. I wouldn't recommend this operator if you have alternate ones available.

We had planned a two day stay in Limerick, just so my wife could see the cliffs of Moher. We booked with Paddy wagon days ahead and met at the stop early. The bus showed up late, and was already full of people who had gotten on in Cork. They had overbooked the trip by 6 people, and two couples, along with us, were left on the sidewalk. We spent the rest of the day on multiple public buses to get out to the cliffs on our own. This is no way to run a tour company. Stick with Finn McCool, we had a much better time with them.

The bus was an hour late (in Limerick) and nobody told us/informed us until we started to hysterically call the other offices as the local PWagon office wasn't open. Tour was supposed to start at 9 and finish at 5pm, instead it started at 10 and finished at 4pm. The driver and the guide was OK though, I would've appreciated a bit more info generally about the sites we were visiting and about Ireland itself.

The bus tour was well organised, we had chance to see the beauty of cliffs of moher and also visit a tiny place in Doolin, where we had lunch. Overall Im very satisfied with the tour. The only minus was that we spent 30 minutes waiting in Limerick for someone who in the end didn't show up. This part could be organised better. And maybe less speedy turning on the bus in the curvy Irish roads, motion sickness got me few times there..
