      The Cliffs of Moher
I had always heard of the Cliffs Of Moher and had it on my bucket list. I was very grateful to be able to go and Paddywagon Tours was an excellent choice. I liked the narration of history and excellent driving. I loved the scenery along the way. It was thrilling to finally see the Cliffs of Moher, so majestic, a sight to behold. I love the gift shop in the visitors center where I started my Christmas shopping. The stop.off in the town of Buttrunny was another excellent choice to view the outside of the Bittrany Castle. A really great day and the reason we came.

Great guide and driver. Good price.
The driver is amazing in those tight roads. The guide was very informative. The price from Limerick is reasonable. I’d have enjoyed this more if we had been able to spend a couple hours at Bunratty Castle. I didn’t have a rental car, so I’d have loved to get to see the folk park part of Bunratty Castle. It’s a long day of mostly sitting in a bus.

Cliffs of Moher a must see
Long day with alot of people. Our bus was completely full. Pick up location for start of our tour in Limerick was easy to find. Bathroom in mall across the street. Our driver was very skilled and professional. Provided helpful educational information along the way. He was very good with his timing. Bus clean. No washrooms on bus so take advantage of esch stop. Lunch restaurant was pre set up and well prepared for our two buses. Nice lunch menu selection, fresh and fair prices. Liked the irish music on board during driving times between destinations.

      WORST tour yet.
One of the worst tours we have been on. The day started out not knowing what bus we are supposed to get on. The guide that we had gave us very little information. We sat on the bus most of the time in silence did not learn about the areas did not learn about music from Ireland end I would never use PaddyWagon again. The only reason I gave it was because I Could not give a lower star. Disappointing.

      Cliffs but no Burren
The tour to the Cliffs of Moher yesterday originated in Cork and picked up a few more passengers, including me, in Limerick. We were given a safe ride to the Cliffs and back. We didn't visit The Burren. No reason was given. As a result, we arrived back in Limerick an hour early.

      Bad experience
We arrived 45 minutes early in Limerick and checked in the Paddywagon office. We were told to wait across the street for tour bus marked Paddywagin tours at the city bus area. Different buses came and went. When no paddy wagon bus had come after 10 minutes past pick up time we went back to office to inquire. We were told the bus had already come and gone. It had been an unmarked plain white bus . Not the color ful paddy wagon bus with logo in all the pictures that we were told to look for. We then remembered seeing this bus . The driver did not hold up a a sigh, announce his tour or even approach us or call out names. He just had stood for a moment and drove off. We couldn’t believe how unprofessional and that no effort was made on his part to contact his 4 passengers . He wouldn’t come back for us so we were out the cost and out of a tour.

      Only Half of a Tour🤬
The pick up was at Arthur’s Quay in Limerick. The tour bus was late. The tour guide randomly shuffled through the crowd of people waiting for various other tour groups and people boarding and un-boarding local city transportation to round up Paddy wagon customers. There is not enough information on the website to let you know what to look for as the bus does not indicate that it’s a Paddy-wagon tour bus. I had absolutely no idea what was going on. I tried calling the company phone number but got a, “this number is not in service” message. The tour bus left the cliffs just as I approached it (2 minutes late due to a long restroom line). I waved at the driver with both arms and he just passed me by. I ended up finding my way back on the TFI bus service that the locals use. It was a beautiful ride back to limerick and the buses had phone chargers unlike the Paddy wagon bus, which actually advertised it as amenity of the tour. Plus, I wasn’t duped into eating lunch at The Frantic Chef which the tour company owns. By the way, the tour guide wasn’t that great either, he seemed more concerned with selling boat rides and talking up the restaurant. All in all, I had a good experience on the TFI bus with a phone charger so I could learn about the landmarks using my iPhone; plus hop off and catch the next bus if I wanted a closer look.

Bad experience on a day tour
We booked this trip following what Trip Advisor posted- that we would be stopping in Doolin. We did not. Plus the bus was cramped as it appeared we shared it with another tour. Did see the Cliffs and they are amazing. We actually got an Uber from the Bunratty to our hotel. We won’t do this again.

      Warning - truncated itinerary
This tour omitted the very segments that especially interested us — in particular, the Burren and the coastal drive. Instead, we drove straight to the Cliffs of Moher, retraced our route to Liscannor for lunch, then continued retracing our route to Bunratty and then back to Limerick, arriving about 3:45 instead of the advertised 4:30 return. I feel cheated. This tour seemed to be the only practical opportunity for us, as seniors on holiday in Limerick without a car, to experience some of the Burren. I would not have booked this tour had I known that the only significant attraction would be the Cliffs of Moher. (The pause at Bunratty hardly counts. I know a shopping stop when I see one.) I asked Paddywagon for at least a partial refund and was refused, even after pointing out that their website continues to include the Burren in the tour description. Our driver said that tour bus licenses for the Burren were pulled several weeks ago, so the company is knowingly engaging in false advertising. Would have given just one star, but the driver and bus were great and deserve credit for the day not being a complete writeoff. The walk at the Cliffs of Moher was very nice, but the visitor center was a dark, chaotic, claustrophobic mess. Somehow everyone made it work and got what they needed, but I was glad to escape back into the open air.

Only got part of the tour - provider doesn't see what the issue is
I booked the Cliffs of Moher and Wild Atlantic Way trip from Limerick through a third party. They didn't operate the itinerary advertised on the third party website, skipping out what should have been the most interesting part. The driver claimed this was because authorities had issued new restrictions on where coaches could turn around. The driver extended the stop in Bunratty, but even with an extended stop it was too short to visit the castle. Arrived back in Limerick 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled due to the omitted parts of the tour. I contacted Paddywagon with feedback and they refused to accept any responsibility for failing to operate the tour as advertised. The person who responded to my feedback has very poor customer service skills. He replied like he wanted to start an argument with me and even called me the wrong name.

The Cliffs were fantastic!! Loved this experience!
The Cliffs were fantastic and the views breathtaking. I’ve wanted to see the Cliffs for years and finally was able to do so on a clear day. The lunch stop was great and so was the Burren. Bunratty was ok. The tour was advertised for 8 hrs. We left at 0930 from Limerick and were back by 1600, so it was a bit short. There was also no stop in Doolin. The driver held a very tight timeline and was actually going to leave with 3 people missing from the bus. He pulled away and passengers saw them running so he stopped. He was not happy about it. Do NOT be late getting back to the bus!

So much worth it!!! We enjoyed it so much. I guess we were lucky with the weather. Our driver was funny and knowledgable. It was interesting to listen to history and Irish old mythology.

Beautiful views. Excellent driving by bus driver. Very disappointed in tour guide as very little information was shared about Ireland, sights we were passing and history. Nice person but a bit difficult to understand. He did not say one word the entire trip back from Killarney to Limerick. Can not reccomend.

Ireland is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen with some of the best people you’ll ever meet. There are responsible companies out there. Don’t let this company ruin your experience. Especially if you are a foreigner. They were not equipped at all to plan and execute this trip. At no point in the trip did anyone ask for our names, do a roll-call, or show any sign about caring for who they were transporting.

Less than 24 hours before the trip even started from Limerick, we got a message that PW had a shortage of drivers and that our return bus would be switched to Dublin Coach and that Paddywagon (PW) would provide us tickets for the trip (see attached picture). Our driver from Limerick to Killarney was late and rude and immediately set a stressful tone. We learned in Killarney that PW they contracted a second company (Deros) to actually take us to Dingle for the day and back to Killarney. The tour was fine, but when we got back to Killarney at 4:30pm we were told to wait for the return bus at 5:30pm in the Killarney Outlet Center. At 5:30 there was no bus to be seen. We called PW who didn’t know where we supposedly getting tickets for the Dublin Coach, and they told us we had to wait at the Killarney Mission Road Bus Stop. So we Google where in is and walk 10 minutes to a new location. After 6pm, we get another call from PW saying the driver is not in Dublin Coach but in a Paddywagon bus, and hasn’t found us at Mission Road Bus Stop and will be leaving without us soon. Panicked, we looked around but saw no bus. Come to find out, PW doesn’t know they’re not at Mission Road two but the Outlet Center 10 minutes away. They did not know the difference. We sprinted to try and catch the bus but THEY LEFT US. We begged them to wait and they left. When we tried to catch public transit out of the city we were unable because the last bus to Limerick left at 6:30 (from Mission Road where we just ran from). We had to take a FREENOW for 250 euro because we had to leave from Limerick early the next day. This was supposed to be our honeymoon. They ruined it. This wasn’t just a mistake, what they are doing is downright dangerous.

We got on the tour bus before Limerick with driver Paudie. When we first got on the bus we were not greeted by driver. He remained silent for about 30-40 minutes of drive so we thought perhaps he is just a driver to take us to Limerick to get on another bus to start our tour. To our surprise Paudie was our driver and he ended being a great tour guide. He was friendly and fun! Dingle Peninsula is beautiful! It's a lot of driving in one day so I admire the energy Paudie had.

Starting from Limerick, was kind of a long trip (more than 11 hours), but well worth the time spend on the road. The driver gave us a lot of information and the scenery was breathtaking. Too bad we didn't spend more time in Dingle (just around an hour and a half)! That small fishing town for sure deserves a lot more time to spend in.

This tour was fantastic! We got picked up promptly in Limerick, then dropped into Killarney (I would've loved more time there though!!) and then switched buses to the Dingle tour. Our guide, Julie, and driver (I don't remember his name!! :() were fantastic! So friendly, navigated dangerous roads with ease, and told as a lot about this beautiful area. There was just enough time in each area, and after a long day, we all were very happy. This tour was a pleasant end to my trip to Ireland. The Dingle Peninsula is one of the most beautiful parts of the country and I'm so glad I got to see it.

Paudie was an excellent bus driver/tour guide, and made the trip a lot of fun! Although some of the views were hampered by some afternoon fog, we did get to experience the more typical Irish view of the peninsula.
