Myself, my wife and our daughter age 7 took this tour. We pre booked online and when we arrived the boat was there ready and waiting for us to go on the tour. The tour itself was breathtaking. The views were phenomenal and the captain was brilliant in informing us of every detail and story of each focal point. The weather was stunning so everything was clear. The captains son was also very helpful in taking pictures from the back of the boat for us. It was a really good tour and highly recommended.

A lovely hour’s cruise around Lough Leane. Lovely views and hugely informative commentary. The geology, the history, the flora, the fauna - all touched on with warmth and expertise. We were lucky enough to spot a white-tailed eagle which was a real treat. It’s a very relaxing way to take in the sights that surround the lough and you learn as you do it. Highly recommended!

What an excellent experience! Very professional and social distancing in full practice. Such a funny and interesting tour guide. Well worth the money. Most bookings were made online so I would suggest booking it that way.

Took the one hour boat trip today with friends and family... kids and adults all enjoyed... excellent tour guide and very comfortable boat ...wonderful way to see the lake and learn some local history.

Overall enjoyed this and the guides were great. The only negatives were the other people on the tour. About 5 kids under 2 on the boat that took turns crying. Eventually the parents took them outside. One group had a kid around 10 that thought it was funny to do cartwheels during the talking. Him and his mom thought it was hilarious, very distracting. It was a shame. You are definitely at the mercy of your fellow passengers on this boat.

Excellent and informative!! Kevin was a great guide. Well worth it! If you get to the boat by jaunty Cart, make sure you bring money to pay your way back to town..... it’s a one way trip.

We went in the late fall, it was lovely day, but only 4 of us on board. The tour went ahead and the driver was so enthused to be there with us, tell us about the area, the birds, the history, it was such a relaxing time. Would highly recommend to take the time.

The captain was a lovely chap, plenty of talking and interacting with the customers but the boat was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the good weather but for the price it wasn't unexpected.

Of the two boats/operations docked for lake cruises this one appeared to be the superior of the two! The guide was extremely informative and personable. The day we went out was windy and rainy; however, the cruise was still well worth it.
