John from Connemara Chauffeurs was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to accommodate our sightseeing requests, his company was very enjoyable.

Having private drivers makes all the difference, it was expensive but worth it, we like to visit distilleries and breweries. Trying to drive on the wrong side is bad enough without having a dram. Our drivers took us places we would have never thought of. The itinerary was flexible so we made changes on the fly. Would do it again!

Connamera Chauffers were top notch! We did the private tour (two couples) and had a wonderful guide. Picked up right at our Hotel. Highlight for us was the working sheepdog farm and the fjord inside Connamera. Rex the dog and his owner were something to behold as we got to see them both in action herding sheep! 👍🍀👍🍀

Sean and his team of drivers made it possible for a group of 11 family members coming from multiple places in the USA as well as the UK to rendezvous successfully in Connemara, Galway, and Dublin over Christmas week. They dealt patiently with massive flight interruptions and changes and got travelers from and to both Dublin and Shannon airports over the course of the week. Including having to wait for literally hours on the evening of Christmas Eve at Dublin airport for a weather-disrupted flight from the USA, so that the five-year-old in the family could get to the rest of the family in time for Santa. They were unfailingly prompt, courteous, patient, and helpful. We will gladly use Connemara Coaches in future.

Highly recommend - Superb Integrity I made a tentative booking for a with Connemara Chauffers through an external booking service. I followed the online instructions provided by the external booking service for making a cancellation with advance notice before my credit card was charged. I later learned the external booking service did not transmit my cancellation to Connemara Chauffeurs when Sean Mellett contacted me to clarify details about my pickup and drop off times. At this time the external booking service refused to acknowledge the cancellation and issue a refund of the charge that had already been processed. Mr. Mellett with Connemara Chauffeurs went above and beyond to investigate this and successfully facilitate a refund of the charges. He was very professional and kind. He demonstrated the highest level of integrity in handling this situation, especially given that he gained no financial compensation. When I return to Ireland I will absolutely contact Connemara Chauffeurs directly to schedule what I need for a chauffeur and tours. Highly recommended!

John treated us to a fabulous tour of Connemara. He was a delight, the sights were beautiful and the day is a beautiful memories ry. Don’t hesitate to book this tour. Only wish we had booked the full day option because there is so much to see!

Sean was an amazing guide for me and my family as well as very patient with us as we explored all around various towns in the County Galway countryside. Great value for up to 8 hours of touring in a van that can fit even larger families. The van was brand new with great working WiFi and plenty of A/C in the hot Irish summer. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to get away from the tours and crowded towns and see some of Ireland that you definitely cannot see on your own or on a tour bus. We will definitely be back and when we do, we will be giving them a call!

Such a relief to not have to drive ourselves on the ”wrong” side and such narrow roads with lots of traffic and tractors, cows etc. coming towards us. Sorin was knowledgeable of the Burren area and showed us a lot 😊

Our guides name was Sharon. We had our two children ages 9 and 2 and she went out of her way to make sure we had an infant seat for our two year old. The booking says not provided and I honestly almost didn't book with them because of that. It made our whole experience more manageable and enjoyable. The vehicle was really clean with our own air adjustments for the back. She made a quick extra stop for us for snacks for our kids. She recommend the cutest place for lunch and the food was amazing. She's a local so she knew everything and we learned some really interesting facts about the area. I would do this again and again! Day to remember.

Sean was a phenomenal tour guide and extremely safe driver; his vehicle was new and meticulous. We only had a few short hours, yet Sean offered suggestions of additional sites to visit that not only enhanced our tour, but really made our trip with Sean the highlight of our Ireland adventure.
