Initially, I booked it because I thought it would be a hoot to video our husbands trying to do the dance steps, but OMG it was so much fun! Siobhan was a fantastic instructor, she made it so much fun and her step-by-step instructions made it so much easier to learn. And it is definitely a workout! I have a whole new level of respect for Irish step dancers and the stamina and skill required! If you're in Galway, definitely book a session. You will be so glad you did! I had so much fun learning these dances. The group was open and willing,and Siobhan is kind and extremely talented. She had us dancing in no time! The space in the old Claddagh Hall contributed to the authenticity of the experience.

I am so grateful that I found the Irish Dance Experience while visiting Galway. We participated in 2023 and now I am bringing a group back this year in 2024 for a class. Siobhán is not only an amazing, talented dancer, she is kind and patient teacher and makes this very unique experience so much fun. Recommended for all ages and you leave feeling in great spirits. She runs an excellent program!

I recently booked the Irish Dance Experience for a hen weekend. All 18 of us from ages 21 to 72 had an the most amazing time. The bride to be said it was the highlight of her hen weekend. Siobhan was brilliant and taught us 3 dances. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Galway. It's a fun activity that all ages can enjoy.

This is a great activity for a group while in Galway. As part of our hen party in Galway we went to the Irish dance experience. This was something very different for us all. We laughed and learnt some steps. Siobhan made the experience very enjoyable with her relaxed fun approach. I will be definitely be recommending to friends and family.

I got this as a treat for my Wifes birthday, now im 59 and a bit overweight with a dodgy knee.
Siobhan made my Wife and everyone else special. Reacting the final part of riverdance was amazing. So on my Wifes behalf, thank you thank you THANK YOU. So if you get the chance this is something not to be missed

My husband and I (not dancers!) really enjoyed learning a few Irish dances from a 15 year veteran of Riverdance. She was very friendly and was a good teacher. A wonderful way to take a bit of Ireland home!

Amazing! Siobhan was very kind and went out of her way to make sure I could make it to the course after last-minute difficulties. I had so much fun learning the dances: a highlight of the trip!

This is so much fun! I've taken three groups of young adults to Siobhan over the last year and there has been so much laughter and fun and everyone has always loved it. Siobhan is a great teacher and they all leave with new dancing skills to show off to their friends. I couldn't recommend this enough!

We were four couples from France, and our session with Siobhán was in fact a surprise gift for one of the group. I have to say we all absolutely loved it, to such an extent that we are still talking (and laughing) about it.
Full marks to Siobhán, who was so enthusiastic and made us feel as if this was her first ever class. She is incredibly kind and cheerful and soon has everyone feeling at ease and following her every step. Also, just watching her grace across that dance floor is a joy in itself.
Galway is a great place for many things, but make sure you don’t leave without enjoying this beautiful, exhilirating experience. You won’t regret it.
