What a wonderful trip. It's thanks to the tour drivers that you get to appreciate vivid details of Irish culture. The soul enriching stories that these heartwarming men tell you will certainly colour your day.

You'll be taken to some of the most beautiful and lush places in Ireland. It's certainly worth the time and effort. I've personally done the Conemara and the Cliffs of Moher tour, and I am glad that I did. Conemara's (Connemara) Beauty is unparalleled, enwrapped in the passion that is found within the proud Irish culture, I am glad to see such a place surviving on traditions that have been passed down through generations.
The dramatic Lovestory of the Kylemore Abbey is something you'll be drawn in by. And you can taste it as you walk through their gardens and through the old estate.
The cliffs of Mother are a trip in and of itself. The harsh beauty that you'll find accompanied by many a great story. Honestly my heart was stirred. I did not think I could enjoy the beauty of Ireland as much as I did.

Gary, you spin a great story. Honestly I'm impressed by your storytelling ability. I hope you get to connect and entertain people for many years to come. Your high energy got people excited and got them to interact with each other. Which really was a delight to experience.

Mike, I really enjoyed your paced and interactive tour. It made it easy to translate to those that didn't speak the language and you were incredibly patient and caring.

Had an absolutely brilliant tour with Gary last Wednesday to the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. Gary was an absolute legend keeping the bus on the windy roads while constantly giving everyone a brilliant guided tour. He was so accommodating to all the tourists on board & even managed to get us a cruise around the bottom of the Cliffs due to the calm waters on a beautiful sunny day which isn't common in Ireland! Would 100% recommend!

Eamonn was our guide and driver for the day. He gave us 8,000 years of history in an afternoon and had us laughing much of the time as well. All the stops were terrific and the Cliffs of Moher alone would’ve made this tour worth it. Nice to be guided along the drive, taking scenic routes and learning about the sights and then have the opportunity to explore them at your own pace during the stops.

We bought our tickets for this day tour online directly from the Galway Tour Company's website. The day tour was a great value (€35)! Our tour group left around 10am and we returned from our day tour just before 6pm. The coach departed from the Galway Coach Station. Make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour departs. You must go into the station to check in before boarding the coach for your tour. There was a table set with the company's sign with 2 friendly employees who checked us in. The coach was clean and comfortable. Our driver was soft-spoken but he was kind and very knowledgeable about all of the sights on the tour. Luckily, we had a beautiful day for our tour! We first stopped at Dunguaire castle. After, we drove through the Burren and eventually made our way to the Poulnabrone dolmen portal tomb. The drive to some of the sights was long, but there was always a beautiful sight to see. This tour showed the true beauty of the west coast of Ireland. After our stop at Poulnabrone dolmen, we made a quick stop at Kilfenora Cathedral. Then, we headed to Doolin for lunch. We ate at Gus O'connor's Pub which offered good food and fast service. Keep in mind, lunch is not provided so you will need to be prepared to pay for your meal but the prices were very fair. After lunch, we made our way to the Cliffs of Moher. We spent roughly two and a half hours exploring the cliffs as well as the gift shop and visitor's center. The ticket from the tour company does not provide access into O'Brien's Tower but if you wish to do this, you would just need to pay a small fee at the cliffs for access. After exploring the cliffs, we boarded the coach to return back to the Galway Coach Station. Overall, we were very pleased with this day tour. We saw everything we wanted and more! For everything you get to see, the price is very fair. We think this tour would be great no matter who you are traveling with, whether it is with friends or family. The tour was set up so nicely and having a guide who is knowledgeable about every stop was great as well! If you are in Galway and want to see some popular sights on the west side of the country, you cannot go wrong with booking a tour through the Galway Tour Company!

The stops on the tour were decent; we got to spend quite a bit of time at the Cliffs and enjoyed them, although there's only so much to do there, especially on a cold and rainy day. The other stops (castle, grave-type sites on the drive there) were less interesting and interactive, as the castle wasn't even open. We would have enjoyed at least one more interactive stop instead of photo ops. We enjoyed the lunch stop; the restaurant provided excellent and quick service with decent food. Compared to other tour guides, our guide's commentary was not our favorite but still interesting. He was a nice guy! Overall, a good way to see some of the countryside and the Cliffs - we really enjoyed the scenic drive - and at a mostly fair price.

A must while in Galway. I had one day to "do" County Clare from Galway, so I did this. Left on time at 10am (even with some last minute confusion), through The Burren, then Poulnabrone Dolmen, then lunch in Doolin, then Cliffs of Moher, then back via Galway Bay into the city at 6pm. It didn't feel like 8 hours at all because Gary's commentary made it entertaining and informative and the stops were really well timed.

This was our favorite part of the trip!! Our tour guide took us in the reverse route so we would beat the line for lunch and cliff's. Although it was rainy and cold, he kept making jokes to make the weather better. The stop for lunch was SO good, if you like fish and chips get them here!!

We did the "Cliffs of Moher and the Burren" with the Galway Tour Company from Galway. in Oct 2021. This was a well organized tour and our bus had almost 40 tourist, we were picked up from their office in downtown Galway. Our Guide, Gary, was very informative, fun, pleasant, and energetic; that made the entire tour much more fun. The tour stops were as follows: Dunguire castel, Poulnabrone tombs, lunch at McGann's Pub near Doolin, Cliffs of Moher, and the Burren. The drive back from Burren to Galway was partially through the beautiful and very scenic Wild Atlantic Way. Through out the trip Gary constantly provided lot of useful information about the history, culture, and the upcoming landmarks. We highly recommend this tour 👍

My mom came to visit and this was the perfect thing to do. The driver, JP, was very witty and thanks to him being from the area, he knew very much about everything and gave us very interesting facts and his driving was impeccable, especially with those narrow roads! He was extremely friendly and helpful and had great time management and we even did an extra surprise stop. I was great 12/10 would do again! (:

I am not one to do tours when I can help it as I prefer to go on my own and stay a little more off the beaten path, but I thoroughly enjoyed this. The driver/guide, Gary, was excellent and the stops were all great.

There was one hiccup at the beginning of the day. We were at our designated meeting point a few minutes before we were supposed to be picked up and we never saw a bus stop in the area. Buses drove by a few times, but nobody ever stopped. After waiting for 10 or 15 minutes, I called the tour office and they said that the drive should have already stopped there. They ended up sending a van out to pick us up so we could go catch up to the bus, which we appreciated, but it was a stressful start to the day. After that, everything else was great.
