Worth every penny!
Sep 2020 • Friends
I visited Dublin with friends, out of all the hop on and hop off tours I have done travelling, I have to say this was the best by far. The driver was happy to help with any questions. It was reasonable prices and hygiene stations are provided when entering the tour bus. Keeping you safe from covid 19. You could pay on a credit or debit card and have the option to see the whole city. If you're intrested in history this tour would be ideal for you, the depth of information was utterly fantastic. I learnt alot about the city's history. A big shout out to Bryan who was the older gentleman driving the bus, who made our trip unforgettable. If I ever return to Dublin I would definitely invest my money in to going on this trip again.
Thankyou.

Loved The Live Tour!
Jul 2020
The bus made exploring Dublin easy! And while the recorded commentary is informative, nothing beats the live commentary! I got excited every time I got on a live bus! The guide made the stories funny and interesting!

Aug 2020 • Friends
On Monday the 17th of August 2020; we decided to do a hop on hop off BIG BUS tour in Dublin. We had an issue with our ticket that we bought online; customer service assisted us well and promptly. We were greeted by two members of staff who where very friendly and welcoming, as we proceeded with the tour; the tour guide GER (Mary) was very informative and explained all the different attractions in details. The driver/ tour guide assisted us well and advised us on the purchase of the Guinness Storehouse, he told us when to book it for so that the it was in correlation with the tour bus which meant we had a way there and back without any hassle. On returning from the storehouse; despite the bus being empty Ger waited for us; which was found really considerate; customer service was impeccable.

Overall, really well put together and organised despite the current situation; we found that everything went really smoothly we thoroughly enjoyed very part of it.

10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Awful customer service. There are far better bus tours than this. You’d be better off walking around the city.
