        Best of Dublin
The best way to see the highlights of Dublin. Highly recommend riding the bus the full time around and then deciding on where you want to get on and off. We had an amazing driver - Mark O'Connor. He was very entertaining, even singing a wee bit. :)

Great Way to see Dublin in a Day!
The HOHO bus was a great experience! Most stops were a few minutes to 15 minutes walk to the tourist attractions. Due to this we used it as our transport for the two days we were there so the money was well worth it as we didn't spend an extra dime on transport. DoDublin also offer the HOHO tickets with a return airport transfer which made the trip seamless from airport to accommodation, and then transport to explore Dublin. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the commentary was dependent on who was driving. Some drivers used the pre-recorded commentary, whilst other drivers (notably Gareth!) did live commentary with jokes, folk songs and facts about the different stops along the tour. I highly recommend this experience, especially for those who are visiting Dublin on a weekend trip.

        Synopsis
A wonderful way to introduce yourself to Dublin. If only visiting for a short time, then this will allow you to view the highlights. If visiting for a little longer, the information gained from the excellent commentary (and humour) provided as part of the tour allows you to plan where to return for a more leisurely time spent.

        Hop On and Hop Off
This was a great way to get our bearings and stop at several Dublin highlights on our first day there. Price is reasonable. Different drivers on each hop on of course - we loved Sean. He was filled with great information and a lot of fun.

        Don't miss it!
Excellent value, both for the price and the experience. I recommend riding the entire route the first time to get the lay of the land and then decide where you want to get off the next time. Also recommend doing it for 2 days (only a few euros more than a 1 day pass) use it as your transportation around town - much less expensive than a taxi or uber.

I have never had so much fun on a bus! The drivers were hilarious, we didn't want to get off, knowledgeable drivers telling us about various landmarks with a comedy show thrown in, worth every euro

The best way to go around Dublin
Dublin is a charming city with so much history. Lots to see, lots to walk. Distances are not very far but it’s tiring doing all walking. The DoDublin Hop in Hop Off tour is the best way to do it. Very polite tour drivers. Does a great route and you can cover all the different historical buildings creating your own route.

        Chortled while he worked!!
Our driver and live commentary guide, Johnny Mac, made our trip around Dublin one of the most enjoyable hop on hop off experiences we have ever done. Apart from the great knowledge of the History of the city, the tour was conducted in excellent humour. To have the driver of the bus explain everything and then burst into song with local Irish ditties was a great treat. We would certainly recommend “doDublin hop on hop off” tours to anyone coming to Dublin. Fantastic!

Great way of getting to know the highlights of Dublin
Great way of scoping what are some of the highlights in Dublin. You can get on and off any number of times for your ticket. Ours was a 24 hour one. Richie, the driver, did a fantastic commentary on the history to the sites we passed. Very entertaining too. Definitely recommend this bus tour around the city to get a really good feel to the place

Fun Tour to Finish the Day
I give the Ghost Bus Tour a solid five. Purchasing the tour for my 12-year-old son and myself, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was it going to be some haunted house attraction with people trying to scare you or a tour of scary places? The tour was primarily educational, with only a bit of startling. My son and I appreciated our guide, Edgar, and the knowledge he imparted about scary and spooky places and people in Irish history. Franklin, our driver, also made the tour very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to those who would like to learn about some of the darker things in Dublin’s past. I’d recommend taking the later tour, as it will be dark outside, making the experience a bit spookier. Unfortunately, we went at 7 p.m., and there was still light out when we finished at 9 p.m. I should also note that the tour says 14 and up, but younger children can go depending on their maturity and willingness to listen to history.

        Brilliant experience
The tour was excellent so convenient with the hop on hop off and the driver we had today was beyond great, Ross was funny, knowledgeable and made the tour a complete success. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We have a 48 hour pass so will be back tomorrow. Thank you

An excellent tour staff were all waiting at the cruise ship terminal with our tickets and were eager to explain everything. Once on the bus, Gareth Lawless, our driver, was excellent what a character,he made the whole journey fantastic with his commentary and banter. I think he deserves an award for services to tourism from the Dublin tourist board.
It is an excellent way to get the best of Dublin especially if Gareth is your driver.

Excellent from start to finish. Collected at dock in Dun Laoghaire as trains start later on Sundays. This saved time and we had the same bus to begin the drive round. Excellent driver, Richie, who gave a live commentary which was really good, including advice on last timings for comfortable train return to Dun Laoghaire. Train journey easy.

We had a fantastic shore excursion with DoDublin! With 15 people ages 5 to 77, we reached out to John Greene at DoDublin about private hiring a bus. John was helpful in suggesting sights, was responsive, and arranged a top notch driver/guide for us - Martin was outstanding... friendly, knowledgeable and fun! We had purchased tickets to the things we wanted to see ahead of time (to minimize queues), and DoDublin got us there in style! Martin made our day in Dublin very special!

I was on a cruise and was in Dublin for just a few hours and bought a combined ticket for the Dart and hop on hop off bus for my husband and myself. Due to weather conditions, we didn't get to the office till after the ticket office should have been closed , bless the staff the ticket booths were closed but the staff were stood outside issuing the tickets (we had pre paid for them) also the lovely lady gave us information regarding route to train and stops etc on the bus, so we took the train then hopped on a bus, did our trip to the Guinness store house then hopped on another bus to get back and I must comment on this particular driver I know not his name but he sang and was informative about the stops and the city absolute credit to the service.

We had already decided on the combined train + hop-on hop-off bus ticket before our cruise. Buying the ticket directly at the port exit was quick and easy. We were in Dublin by train shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, the problems started at Pears Station. We had been told that the bus stop was opposite the exit from Pears Station. Unfortunately, no one said which of the 4 or 5 exits they meant. So we had to look... A friendly Dubliner then told us where we had to go. Unfortunately, when we got there, the bus had just started driving. So we had to wait. When the next bus finally arrived after more than half an hour and we were sitting on it, the earphones didn't work. Instead, there was only live commentary in mumbled Irish English that was almost incomprehensible to non-Irish people. The driver just said that if you wanted a multilingual tour, you should get off at the next station and take the next bus. Sure, we had to wait another half hour... So we stayed on the bus and tried to understand some of the explanations without much success... Conclusion: today we unfortunately experienced the worst HopOnHopOff tour of many we have done so far. What a shame about the 30 euros per person.

Hi Frank, We're disappointed you didnt get to enjoy our tour the way we would have liked. We have multilingual and entertaining live English tours which run one after another to satisfy all our customers so its unfortunate you missed the multilingual tour. We thank you for your feedback so we can inform our drivers to be more vigilant about our customers so we can try and better our service.
