I went with a friend and we had such a wonderful time. I really can't fault the experience. It starts the moment you enter the building with the customer service from their fantastic staff who I am sure don't receive enough credit. Unfortunately in these times it lacks the q's

Hi siobhanm225 Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're delighted you enjoyed your visit so much. To facilitate social distancing we are operating at a reduced capacity so the museum is quieter but we still strive to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. Our horror section can give quite the scare but we're glad you liked it. If you took any photos of your visit we'd love for you to share them with us online. Kind Regards The Management National Wax Museum Plus

The lovely warm greeting by Imelda at the entrance was lovely. Great display, and loved the 1916 history piece too. Haunted hotel, too scary for me, I couldn't get past first door! My son is ASD and I just knew the staff got him, in such a positive way. Really great

Hi Terri F Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. Imelda has a wealth of experience and always makes sure to give a warm welcome. We'll be sure to pass on your compliments to her and the staff. The entire team here is dedicated to making sure the whole family has a great time at the museum. and are always on hand to give a little extra help where it's needed. We're delighted your son particularly enjoyed his experience. We do pride ourselves on the creative freedom we have as an independently owned museum which allows us to include exhibitions such as our 1916 section and give a strong showing of Irish history and culture. If you took any photos of your visit we'd love for you to share them with us online. Kind Regards The Management National Wax Museum Plus

The quality of the wax models is not the best and for non-Irish customers there are a lot of people that you wouldn’t necessarily recognise unless you know a lot about Irish politics. We did have a good time though, found ourselves laughing the whole time. Well worth a visit if

Hi 582ellisa Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're happy to hear your visit was better than you expected. Our museum does have a strong Irish focus as we take pride in the creative choices we are afforded as an independent wax works museum. However, we also feature a number of international characters as well as some highly famous Irish personalities and characters such as those in our writers room or Liam Cunningham as Ser Davos from game of Thrones who is our most recent addition. If you took any photos of your visit we'd love for you to share them with us online. Kind Regards The Management Irish Rock N Roll Museum Experience

9Absolutely amazing! But my little sister (4) got quite scared by the big Frankenstein in the entrance .tour was so good you get to make your own wax hand and it feels really good. Recommend this for the family holiday.

Hi vtb83 Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad you and your sister enjoyed your visit to the museum. We do have some wax works that are a little scary for younger visitors and as well our horror section carries an over 16 age advisory however up in Kids World you will find many creatures and characters the youngest visitors will enjoy. Wax hands are definitely a great keepsake to take home from your visit. If you took any photos we'd love for you to share them with us online. Kind Regards The Management National Wax Museum Plus
