Excellent tour! Our guide Niall was very knowledgeable and also made the tasting whiskey accessible to novices. Great selection of whiskeys, interesting bars, and fab food combinations. Felt like the way to learn about Irish whiskey properly whilst being very entertaining. Even bought one of the whiskeys home with me! Highly recommended.

We also explored the combinations of whiskeys with particular food that we enjoyed very much as well. I highly recommend this experience and there's no doubt that Andrew is absolutely knowledgeable and a great guide!!

We had a great time learning about Irish Whiskey tradition and the drink itself from our guide Andrew. A man with much knowledge. This was a great way to learn about the different brands of whiskey and added an ekstra level to the the tasting experience. The pairing with the different cheeses was an eyeopener for me. Enjoyable and great fun.

There were five of us on the tour which made it very special! The large tours you may get lost in the shuffle but not on this one! The whiskey was great and so were the cheese and chocolate!
Try it when you are in Dublin!

So much fun (and interesting!). Learning about the history of Whiskey's in Ireland (rather than just how it's made) was fascinating. Pairing the different whiskeys with foods was fun and eye-opening. Andrew is like having a friend impart their knowledge. Highly recommended!

My son and I decided to try this tour. I already love whiskey but was unfamiliar with Irish whiskeys. My son is just beginning to appreciate whiskey so I wasn’t sure how a whiskey tasting would be for him. This was the highlight of our brief stay in Dublin. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable about whiskey. We learned about different styles of Irish whiskey, the history of Irish whiskey, the process for making whiskey and about different Irish whisky distillers. But The BEST thing we learned was that you could pair whiskey with cheese and chocolate! We tasted Irish whiskey with cheeses. This was such a delightful and delicious surprise. Afterward, we paired whiskey with chocolate. Outstanding! Seriously. Andrew gave us ideas for chocolate and Irish whiskey pairings back at home with friends. Can’t wait to surprise my friends with this deliciousness! Skip the Jameson tours! Learn about a variety of Irish whiskeys with Dublin Whiskey Tours. Cheers!
