Not sure it was worth the 3 hours’ bus trip.
A very long journey to see Cork which didn’t have any specific features. The queue to see the stone is close to one hour so there wasn’t time for other sights. The outer pane of the bus shattered and it delayed the start time and also two passengers were significantly late so another cause of late finish.

      Great
I really enjoyed this trip. I am glad we did the two day tour and got to stay overnight in Cork. We especially loved the Cliffs of Moher. The bus drive home was too long. We went out of our way to switch buses.

Great location, not a great tour guide
This was just a bus ride to the location. The "tour guide" did not really want to provide a tour, just a bus ride. He pointed out a couple of buildings in Dublin, including a pub. He mentioned nothing about the historical significance of the monastery ruins at Glendalough. He said that refreshments could be purchased in the visitor's center, but that was not true and there was an admission fee for the visitor center. The mountains were beautiful and the monastery grounds powerful. A great area for a walk/hike.

      Wonderful Titanic Museum
We had a full day trip from Dublin to Belfast and the Titanic Museum. Our Paddy Wagon bus was very comfortable and our driver Aaron was great! He gave us so much information and history about Northern Ireland. We learned so much. We decided to add on the “Black Taxi” option, but not sure we would recommend that portion. It was more of a “walking tour” than expected, although we did get lots of information from it. We would definitely recommend this tour.

The driver/tour guide did not add to the experience
Started at least 20 min. late and were overbooked. Returned an hour late in a different (further away) location. The driver/tour guide Ian rambled on like an endless version of Edith Bunker in the old tv show All in the Family. Nonsense and tasteless jokes and loudly breaking into out-of-tune song. Tried to block it out by using my earbuds to listen to music but he was so loud. It was torture to be stuck on this bus. We weren't the only people on the bus to feel this way. He did get us there and back without an accident. We enjoyed the walk at Glendalough

      Perfect day
Great experience. We had enough time every where we went and the bus was comfortable. When you go to blarney castle, go to the gardens to explore- absolutely stunning. Only thing to watch out for at least on our day was where to get the bus the morning of - it was a few blocks over and not at the bus stop which wasn’t communicated until we got to the station.

      Nice tour
The daytour to the Ring of Kerry from Cork was nice and the views with good weather spectacular. Try to sit right side on the bus. Great photo stops. More information about the two optional adventures would be great in the tour description and the time management could be better esp. for the first stop.

We had just finished an Excellent Vagabond Tour before we took this terrible PaddyWagon tour. I am not affiliated with Vagabond Tours. The PaddyWagon bus arrived quite late and we had to carry our luggage over a block away and then we had to load it on the bus ourselves. The tour guide quickly learned they overbooked the bus and asked for volunteers to get off. Not only were there fellow 3 day tour members but they also had one and two day tour members on our bus. The bus driver never suggested wearing masks although several people did including me and my boyfriend. One member was constantly coughing, did not wear a mask and did not cover his mouth. He passed his cough on to the bus driver who also didn't wear a mask or cover his mouth and then we caught it, unfortunately it ended up being Covid. The bus driver never asked this person to get checked for Covid or to wear a mask. To go back to the original boarding of the bus, the driver started out by saying it was going to be a "sh*t show" the first day but it should get better. The one day tour people were told to take public transportation (a city bus) to get back to Dublin, PaddyWagon didn't even bring these people back to Dublin!!

The tour guide was pleasant and the trip did improve on the third day but the tour guide did not describe sites as we drove past them or stopped at some of them. He roughly mentioned "there is a private castle you can look at from the outside, a cemetery and an Abbey you can look at or you can stop and get something to eat."

The best part of the trip was his driving the bus up the mountains and through the Ring of Kerry.

One day he stopped at a grocery store so he could get groceries for himself and he said we could pick up some snacks. I had texted one of the people from the Vagabond Tour we became friends with because she had mentioned being on a PaddyWagon Tour previously and she said her guide also started the trip out with the same line that it was going to be a "sh*t show." She wondered if each driver says that.

My recommendation is to stay away from this company. We were fortunate that we didn't test positive for Covid until we got home from Ireland otherwise we would have had to isolate in Ireland at our own expense. I just wonder how many other people on our tour needlessly got Covid because there was no sanitization of the bus, not even a suggestion to wear masks and the person who was coughing wasn't asked to be tested for Covid or wear a mask since he was coughing.

The 3 day ireland tour was a total disappointment. There were multi day tours offered and most of them who paid for the tour weren’t sure which day tour they should group themselves into as there were hardly any knowledgeable organizers around to manage these different groups, resulting in a chaotic situation. The tour eventuality took off late but with not cheerful, keen and happy looking tourists aboard the bus. The driver of the tour bus wasn’t fulfilling his job duty either in providing information on the places that we visited. Just kept quiet most of the time. To worsen the situation, the microphone in the bus wasn’t working at all, thus the rear passngers couldn’t hear or make out what the tour bus driver was talking about. We passed certain places where we should have stopped but the tour bus driver just kept on driving. I have paid premium money, time and travelling half the world for this tour and is totally flabbergasted by the way this tour has been managed. If i have the opportunity to turn back time, I certainly would go for the Ireland tour but not with Paddywagon Tours. Total waste of my time and money not well spent is how i would summarize this tour.

Disappointed in itinerary, it wasn’t what was published and expected to stay in Dingle not “Dingle peninsula” - descriptions in the online description are vague and mention areas that you will visit but not specifics. There was another review about “Ring of Kerry” and we only drove a portion. Our guide had never been to the area of the 3rd day itinerary places and couldn’t tell us much.

We did the 599 option, but even still accommodations were sparse. 1stnight was a decent location in Galway, clean, basic breakfast. Night 2 was clean, but it was a hotel owned by Paddy wagon and nothing around . They opened restaurant for one hour for dinner. Inspiration Lodge/paddy’s palace.

For a large tour group it was odd to start at 9/9:30 am, cutting short time to see more during the day on a limited trip. Our driver took charge group out day 1, drove those on the day trip back to Dublin that night, then came back to get us in the am of day 2 to continue our 3 day trip. We then switched buses because more were joining us at lunch - we had to wait at the Frantic Chef (owned by Paddywagon) for over an hour - an hour that we could have used to get to our destination and have more free time to explore.

Our guide was great, accommodating, and overall really nice guy that took great care in his job. We overheard the drivers commiserating about their jobs, unrealistic expectations and burden of picking up/dropping off/transferring passengers and shuttles and wait times. As a customer I shouldn’t have been exposed to the woes of the job.

Pros: nice guide, we covered a lot of ground, saw the highlights.
    Cons: accommodations, food, disorganization

This 3 day trip really made our vacation to ireland so wonderful. Our driver/guide Cash really enhanced the trip even more by being an excellent driver, keep us entertained throughout the trip, having great taste in music and most importantly keeping us safe and sound. There were so many beautiful things to see along the way and we had ample time at locations that we stopped at to enjoy. I highly recommend this trip and would do it all again!

We just returned home from a wonderful trip to Ireland. We included a trip to Galway/Kerry and used Paddywagon. Comfortable travel, accommodations were clean and adequate, and breakfast provided was good. Alex was our tour guide and what a wonderful and fun experience he facilitated all while getting us safely to our destination. His engagement of fellow passengers, his advice on the sites, his storytelling, and his wit just made a tour of this nature a real pleasure.

Ireland is a beautiful country with windy roads, great views, rich history and lovely people. Yet, like all the best places to visit, there are local rules, local pubs, local do nots, and tourist traps to be wary of. Save yourself all the hassle of navigating these and have the lovely driver-guide of Paddywagon bring you around the best spots in a comfy bus with recliner seats and plenty of leg space.

My guide was Cash, a safe and entertaining driver that's most informed about the ins and outs of Ireland. Never a dull moment with him. Has a great taste in music, so there's always a good tune to accompany the journey and its views. Thank you for the memorable trip.

I would never recommend this tour company to anyone , they left in the parking lot for over 4 hours with no communication and nothing around , we were to be picked up at 8 in the morning and the driver never showed up until after 11 closer to 12 , we were to go to dingle never went because was out of hours to drive , couldn’t eat until driver stopped for gas and was able to grab end of days food at the gas bar since everything else was closed . Terrible. The first day of tour they changed pick up and people had to quest and hope they made it , the next day the driver didn’t have room for everyone so one person in group got left behind , accommodated the seniors by putting the couples that had a hard time with stairs on the top floor of the bnb and lots of stairs to climb with luggage . Tried reaching out to company they won’t return emails , phone calls nothing . Terrible customer service , terrible planning , they run overnight tours with day tours .

This tour easily under promised and over delivered!
We saw more sites than expected, a surprise dinner, a bus-on-ferry crossing of the Shannon River, and good accommodations.
Our driver/guide, Cash, kept us well-informed, in good spirits, with great recommendations for food, drink, and shopping. Optional additions included a boat trip to view the Cliffs of Moher and a horse & carriage ride in Killarney.
When the chef didn't turn up to cook breakfast the morning after Daylight Saving Time kicked in, our B&B host and Cash jumped in to cook all of us a full Irish, and it was delicious...and they kept us on schedule, bravo!
    I would do another tour!

This tour was a fun way to see plenty of Ireland's beautiful scenery. The people I met on the bus were great and the whole journey went smoothly. I'm amazed at how our driver Danny navigated such a huge vehicle over some small country roads. He was cheerful and helpful the whole way. The experience makes me want to come back to Ireland and to spend loads more time here next time!
