Cliffs of Moher, Wild Atlantic Way and Galway tour from Dublin
US$47.08
Overview
If you're visiting Dublin, the Cliffs of Moher and Galway are must-visit attractions. Tick off both highlights with ease on a tour that includes round-trip transport and the entrance fee to the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Center. The Wild Atlantic Way is notoriously difficult to navigate, but exploring with a guide means you'll feel safe and secure regardless of Ireland's unpredictable weather.
What to Expect
Your tour starts with early morning pickup from Dublin’s city center. Once you hop aboard your climate-controlled vehicle, get ready for a day filled with adventure.

Your first stop is a quick one in Athlone to snag some breakfast or coffee (own expense).

Up next is Galway. You can either spend about an hour exploring the town on your own, or you can follow your guide around the main street as you learn about the most popular shops and eateries.

Afterward, it’s on to the Wild Atlantic Way. As you ride down the way, catch sight of Dunguaire Castle, as well as the villages of Kinvara, Ballyvaughan, and Kilfenora. Stop for a short break at The Burren in County Claire.

After The Burren is a stop at the main attraction—the Cliffs of Moher. Get a little less than two hours to wander around the cliffs, and pop into the visitor center.

Your last stop is at Kilmacduagh Monastery before your tour ends. Get dropped back off in Dublin.

Entertaining, Informative, and Breathtaking

Our guide was Tara and driver was Patrus. The tour was fantastic. A very long day, but Tara kept it fun and interesting and of course all of the stops were incredible!

Just completed the tour. Unfortunately, the Cliffs were covered with fog and it was drizzling.... can't help. Otherwise, the tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Irieal was very knowledgeable and kept us both informed and entertained. He made sure we got the best out of...More

Fantactic

Great tour and guide. Highly informative. Lots of free time to explore the sights. The Cliffs have to be seen to truly understand the beauty.

Great destination, pity about the transport and host.

Booked two trips in two days. Wild Rover tour excellent. Finns terrible. The destination was great the sights excellent. The bus was old, uncomfortable and the inexperience of the guide apparent. Played crappy music for twelve hours at the request of very few. Kept losing...More

Fantastic but ...

I loved the tour. The driver Peter was confident and in time. Our guide Derreck was knowledgable, entertaining and funny. Why did I write "but" in the title? There were 4 stops during the tour - Kilmacduag monastery, cliffs of Moher, Baby cliffs and Barren...More

If you are taking a tour bus, you will want to let the Bus Operator know. Just remember, Galway is a very small town. You may not be able to get the same accommodations as you would back in Dublin.

Don't hope for a group, especially if you are early, there may not be one. The buses are also known to leave quite promptly. Once you find Parnell Square, across from the Garden of Remembrance, locate the Writer's Museum... More
