The drivers were all kind and informative too. It was also so helpful as it took you to do many attractions through the city and could cut out some walking time. What we got was brilliant we started early (driver Paul) was really good, knowledgeable, funny and a good driver around the busy streets. We completed the full trip to learn what-stops we wanted to get off later to investigate and visit. We had two other drivers on our later trips. Really a good way to see the sites of Dublin. Good whistle stop tour of the main sites of interest around the city of Dublin with plenty of stops to hop on and off. Open topped bus meant plenty of opportunities for taking photos. The tour was ideal for my husband who can’t walk very far. The bus driver was very friendly and courteous … he had lots of good advice and answered our questions effectively. Would recommend this tour to anyone … especially if you can book on it with a discount code (given to me at the Tourist Information Centre).

Can’t recommend DoDublin enough. Bus is very efficient and clean. Plenty of stops on the route for all the attractions around the city and bonus that we got 2 tours for the price of 1. Big shout out to Richard our bus driver who was very friendly, funny and made the journey so much more than a bus tour 🤩🤩

A great experience! We hopped on and off twice, each time we had a different driver, both were friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We didn't get the first drivers name but the second was a lady called Carla/Carly She was great, a possible comedienne or singer. Treated us to a full rendition of 'Molly Malone' Highly entertaining. Both drivers had an incredible knowledge about the beautiful city of Dublin, we were very pleased. Could not recommend highly enough and discovered so many interesting facts about Dublin, better than the usual trip where you plug in earphones and listen to actors. We'll definitely use this service the next time we're in Dublin. Well done Carla/Carly

Even though we did the Hop on Hop off Dublin tour on a rainy windy day, we still had a brilliant time. Carla our driver was informative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! From her funny one liners to a “Molly Malone” rendition, Carla kept us entertained throughout the tour. It’s a great way to learn about the city of Dublin and places of interest. Loved the recommendations for good places to eat and drink, went to Kennedy’s pub which we’d never have gone to off our own back, it was a brilliant bar, a complimentary sample of their ale, which led to a few more drinks I’d highly recommend the DoDublin Hop on Hop off tour.

I purchased the 48-hour pass since we had 2 days to explore Dublin, and it was well worth it. There are plenty of buses, so it's easy to get off, explore various landmarks, and get back on without waiting very long. During the trip, we had multiple guides/drivers, and all of them were very friendly, funny, and informative. This is a great way to see the city and get to the bigger attractions/sights without doing tons of walking. My mobility-impaired mom was with me, so it was a great way to explore the city with her.

We were perfectly informed and entertained during our journey around Dublin. Gareth kept our spirits high on a cold morning with several sing-alongs, whilst balancing serious historical facts with funny stories and cheeky banter. A brilliant guide and driver.

Irish humor from the drivers made this fun. Some stops had too many waiting people for the drivers to accommodate them. I took a bad fall while looking for the bus stop by the train station. Street trams appeared about 10 minutes later and could have prevented me from falling while wandering around in search of the bus stop. Tip: if you are over 6' do not sit in the front of the bus on top- there is no leg room in the front row.

I've been on a lot of HOHO tours in many cities--but this one was by far the best! There was no canned or recorded voice-over here. The tour was given by a real-live human--and he was HILARIOUS! I wish I could remember his name, but anyone who sings and quotes from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory gets an A+ in my book. He was not only funny, but he was also very informative. Highly recommend!
The only thing I think the company can do better is that I found it very difficult to find their stops if you are not starting your tour at stop 1 on O'Connell Street. Their signage could be much better and clearer.

We love a Hop on Hop off bus to get us oriented to any new city This one was awesome - the live commentary was excellent so pick that bus if you can. Great personal anecdotes that made it super authentic. The first few rows of the upper deck are covered making it comfortable even in mid winter.

This tour was the best I have ever travelled on. From start to finish the driver gives a humorous, knowledgeable and entertaining ramble about the history and stories of Dublin. The drivers are passionate about their city and provide lots of little tips along the way.

Hallo. Wir kommen mit dem Flugzeug um 22:00 Uhr am Flughafen in Dublin an und würden gerne die DoDublin Card nutzen um mit dem Airlink Bus in die Stadt zu fahren. Jetzt hab ich gesehen, dass man den Voucher nur bis 21:30 am Flughafen in die richtige DoDublin Card umtauschen kann. Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit den Voucher zu tauschen ? Wäre ja ärgerlich wenn man den Voucher so spät am Abend nicht nutzen kann, obwohl man gezahlt hat.

The pass is valid for 72 hours, if you start at the airport on the bus it will expire 72 hours from then or from when you use the hop on hop off bus... also if your are staying in Dublin more that 72 hours can you still use the airport bus 5 days later??
