A perfect Wild rover tour experience.
5/5 A perfect organization of the tour. Actually, the tour was very informative, we got plenty of information about places, sights and history. We also get some useful info about the places to eat and shop. The stops were long enough to see and experience everything we wanted. Our guide Barbara was a perfect 'host'and Marko a careful and experienced driver. We travelled as a family with teens and no complaints whatsoever. Loved the experience.

    Amazing day trip from Dublin
Awesome trip. Marco (driver) and Barbara (guide) were fabulous. The motor coach was first rate with free WiFi. Barbara gently encouraged everyone to be back on time from each stop. With a full bus and multiple stops we only had one couple that arrived 1 minute late. The optional 20 minute walking tour was great! Just enough time to get a sense of the town center and still left plenty of time to explore on my own.

Fantastic experience. The guide and the driver were incredible. This is the third time I’ve tried to post a review and wasn’t able to get it on the site The Tour was wonderful. But what really made it worthwhile was our guide, Dave and the driver Sergiu

    Had Great fun
The trip was very informative. Our guide Mike was a very helpful and knowledgeable person. Equally friendly and funny as well. He gave us some interesting insights about the places we visited the routes we took. Our bus driver Saleh is a very skilful and experienced driver. Took us through the trip very swiftly.

A very good tour, and the great team!
Kevin. Is a fantastic guide and Steve is a great driver! The tour was really good, just one thing could be better - to visit at least some of the Belfast’s sightseeing. Kevin was doing very good job and always kept the group in very nice and fun mood, special thanks for him for it! הטיול היה מאוד מעניין ומהנה. גם המדריכים סטיב וקווין היו מעניינים. מאוד מרוצה מהטיול

Lovely day at the Cliffs and Galway
Dave and Sergiu were fantastic! I was nervous about a long bus ride with winding roads but Dave checked on me throughout the drive and even gave me a band to help with motion sickness!

    Amazing trip!
The tour was amazing. It was guided by Sergio and David who made the trip very fun. The Cliffs had impeccable views topped off with shops and good food. Galway was a nice change of pace with a lot of shops and live music.

    Fun but busy
Views were amazing! We had two tour buses from wild rover so it was packed. This was the only downfall to the trip. Salea( bus driver) was awesome, very thankful he allowed us to stop for a picture at the entrance to Wicklow. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure you eat and take some snacks you’ll get hungry by the end of the hike.

The trip was very insightful- I recommend the Black Cab Taxi because it was very insightful. Our driver James was very kind and Kim was genuine and bubbly. I would choose this tour again. I feel bad I couldn't tip at the end because I didn't have any cash so I think they should both get a raise because they deserve it for their hard work and amazing qualities.

My friend and I were visiting Belfast and the Titanic Experience was recommended.
We used the Belfast City Tour bus to get here, which is a great affordable way to get around the City sightseeing spots.
We had pre booked our tickets and time slot so no queuing. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who got our headsets and audio equipment and gave directions to the tour entrance.
The building is amazing from the moment you arrive and incredibly clean.
It was easy to navigate each section, but by using the headsets it ensured you went at a pace to appreciate everything plus get all the historic landmarks of not only The Titanic but Belfast industrial heritage.
We elected to go on the interactive ride which was brilliant, it only lasted about 6 minutes but brought to life the hard work which went into the building of the Titanic.
Overall it took us about 2.5hrs to walk around, however you could spend longer if you wanted.

We did have lunch there and again the staff were incredibly helpful.

A fantastic experience which I would highly recommend.

If you are in the City I would also recommend visiting The Titanic memorial wall.

This was an amazing tour experience, a long day, but well worth every penny. The guide Connor was fantastic, knowledgeable and a friendly guy. The driver of our coach Paolo was also great, they made the tour comfortable for everyone. We started in Dublin driving through great landscapes to Belfast then stopped off at the Titanic Museum which was a fantastic, we then made our way to the Giant Causeway stopping off for some lunch at a lovely cafe where they served fresh hot food for everyone. The weather was a tad unpredictable quite windy due to the storms hitting the UK, and we had sunshine, rain, a bit of snow all in one day. The Giant Causeway was a breathtaking experience of natural beauty and I would highly recommend everyone experiencing this and using this tour company. I was with my husband and two children and they thoroughly enjoyed the day. Will definitely be booking with them again for another tour when we return to Ireland. Thank you Wild Rover Tours.

The trip was a great way to explore different areas of Ireland whilst gaining an understanding for the history of Ireland through my tour guide Tara who was able to deliver a broad amount of information in a fun and understandable way. Also the bus driver James went above and beyond to make sure we all got good views of the scenery and didn’t leave without me even thought I got lost and was late. Overall the tour was fabulous and covered a range of thing, excellent tour especially if you only have limited time in Ireland

A splendid trip to Belfast. The offer was for either the Titanic Expedition or a Black Taxi tour of Belfast. Travelling with my husband, we each took up one of the offers and we were not disappointed. The Black Taxi tour was an informative and an authentic look at Northern Ireland and its history. The Titanic Museum gave such great information of the building of the great ship and its maiden voyage. The sheer size of the building was spell binding, and that each shard on the building represents a life lost was a very sobering experience.
The Giant's Causeway was an amazing experience, a beautiful natural formation and that we could see all the way across to the Mull of Kintyre was a truly wonderful experience.
The tour guide Dave was exceptional and our Driver Paulo so helpful.

Wild Rover Tours made this the best day trip! We had a great time seeing Nothern Ireland, but what made it so wonderful was our thoughtful and dedicated tour guide. Throughout the whole tour, our tour guide Sean made every individual on the bus feel welcomed and seen. He was kind and explained the game plan for the day. Our driver JP handled the difficult roads with grace and was an exceptional chauffeur. The accommodations were also exceptional: clean and comfortable. While driving from destination to destination Sean ensured we understood the history and significance of the areas we were visiting and/or driving through. Without his expertise and passion for teaching, I would have missed out on some amazing Irish history. I am so thankful I attended this tour and was lucky enough to be paired with Wild Rover Tour employees JP and Sean. Thank you! I cannot recommend this tour enough; if you choose to work with Wild Rover Tours it will be money well spent and I promise you won't regret your choice.

What a fantastic trip! Our driver James and guides Noel and Kim shepherded us to the rope bridge (which my boys 10,12,& 14 loved - I watched :) and then onto the astounding Giants Causeway. Our Belfast black cab tour will stay with me forever. I was on the fence between the cab and the museum but a family vote chose the cab and I'm so grateful. Paddy, our guide, shared his experiences during "the Troubles" in such a wonderfully personal way that my children are still talking about it. It was truly living history. This tour should not be missed!

On our recent trip to Ireland we took three Wild Rover Day tours and I can't say enough nice things about them. The fabulous guides, comfortable coaches (with free wifi!), the pace and the amazing opportunity to see as many highlights as possible was incomparable. I wish every destination had a tour company this fantastic. The days were long, but they kept us all entertained and educated through each tour.

My wife and I are in Ireland for the first time. We decided to take the tour, it was amazing in so many ways. Every stop was more than we expected, but what really made it special was the driver Sean(great driver) and the Guide Dave. Dave's knowledge of his country and hospitality to all that board the bus was amazing. I highly recommend the tour and if we make it back plan on scheduling another tour with Sean and Dave.

We have taken six all day tours thus far during our sixteen days in Ireland and this was my least favorite because: 1) the bus itself was extremely uncomfortable; it was obviously designed to squeeze in as many people as possible. The space between rows was very tight. There were several very tall and big people who were very uncomfortable during this extremely long tour. 2) Patrick did a good job providing history and other anecdotal information but his delivery as to the sequence of stops was very confusing. He talks in a roundabout fashion. I also did not need to hear that he “has no use for religion.” It seems that many people in Ireland today are saying that to appear cool but that is something they should keep to themselves IMO. 3) I did not enjoy the Black Taxi Tour. Our driver was a sweet guy who was trying hard but I could not hear him as he was looking down and his accent was very hard to understand. I already knew much of the history of The Troubles but it is new to my husband and daughter. It was largely a waste for us. (We wish we had chosen The Titanic Experience instead.) However, I did enjoy the murals and the beautiful church. 4) The fact that we would need pounds for the shuttle at The Giant’s Causeway should be mentioned in the tour description. Virtually everyone was unprepared for that. If possible, charge a little more for the tour and provide the coins to the tour participants. It would save time and trouble at the first stop where people had to scramble to get pounds.
Pluses: The Giant’s Causeway, Dunluce, and the beautiful countryside were wonderful. The Nook was very good too. Christian (or “Christoph”; he was called both by Patrick) the driver, was excellent, both with his driving, and his helpfulness with seating, getting on and off the bus, etc. Great job. I also liked how Wild Rover people were stationed throughout the shopping center to guide people to restrooms, food, etc.

Hello Reviewer, A detailed review filled with commonly referred to in America as "falsehoods" 1 - Our fleet of coaches is by far the newest and most comfortable of all the opertors in Ireland. In fact we are the only opertor that invested in 4 new coaches in 2022 and continue to do so with new vehicles arriving this month. If you did take other tours in Ireland during your visit this fact would be self evident. Other companies operate with coaches that carry 89 passengers packing 79 into the top floor in whats called a split floor double deck coach. Plucking a referrence of "several tall people" out of thin air does not help to validate your claim. Its absolute nonsence. 2 - Patrick and his personal religious beliefs, agreed. I'll tell him to shut it. 3 - Why crticise the Black Taxi Tour on the basis that you already knew of the history? Thats pathetic and condesending of you. You should have taken the Titanic Experience as an option and your family take the taxi tour as they wanted to. Did they enjoy the experience as it was new to them? You make no mention of their opinions. 4 - Inform you in advance to take sterling? You clearly made the point that you are well educated on the history and the politics of Northern Ireland. Yes? Well why act so surprised to find that sterling/british pounds is the currency of use there. Regards John

The trip itself was excellent. Also, you were asked on the coach which you would like to visit, Titanic or the taxi tour of Belfast. It was possible for members of a group to choose a different option and split for those 2 hours.
The only negative about the trip was the lunch stop, where for over 20 minutes of the half hour people were queuing up to get near any food. The place was far too small for so many coaches!
The guide and driver were excellent. David was very knowledgeable and entertaining, playing his guitar and singing on several occasions. He was obviously passionate about his job and the Irish culture and traditions.
