Witty tour guide and amazing sights!
Jul 2021
Went with friends to the Giant's Causeway & Belfast tour and had an amazing time. Our guide, Aidan, was brilliant, very informative and told us a lot about Irish history and all the sights we saw on the way. His wit and sense of humor never failed to make us laugh.

Worth the time and the experience!
Jul 2021
Aiden, our guide, was awesome! If you get him as a guide, you won't be disappointed. The tour started off with a bit of rain and gloom but the weather broke enough to make the tour enjoyable with spectacular sites.

Stopped off for a bite to eat at a small cafe and the food and staff were exceptional as well!

We would recommend this trip, especially when COVID breaks and the weather is a bit more cooperative so you can actually go down to the Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge.

What an amazing day! One I will never forget. The natural beauty was astounding, literally breath taking. Barry is an excellent guide and driver. I really appreciated his professionalism when it came to driving. He is a wonderful tour guide. Knows so much, but know just how much to share. He was interesting and seemed genuinely interested in the guests. He really was good at knowing when to give information and stories. Just the right amount. He is very familiar with the area and took very good care of us in terms of suggestions and meal breaks etc. I would absolutely love to go on another tour with Barry and the Dublin Day Tours.

The guide named Bud - the best for Irish day tour, the best in Ireland
Mar 2020
More than 2 months has passed by but I my remebrance of that tour is still vivid. Amazing places of Ireland, stunning landscapes and a fantastic guide whose name was Bud.

We visited Rope's Bridge, Giant's Causway and Belfast with Bud. All the places are must see about Ireland. I would also recommend Cliffs of Moher with its sheer beauty. But what I'd like to say that it really doesn't matter very much what tour you'd choose in Ireland (when all that madness with COVID has gone). When in Ireland, wishing to see some places of inrerest during one day, just choose the guide named Bud. He's a really extraordinary person. Very professional in every way, very accommodating. Listening to him was a pure delight. His speech was perfect, very understandable even for me having an intermediate level of English. He was just a storehouse of information about Ireland and everything.

On top of that, I was completely enchanted by his sense of humor. He was putting in his jokes and funny stories all the way through our trip. And he did it in a very subtle way. Bud was amazing! It's not easy to make me laugh but all day long, the 7-th of March, 2020, I smiled and laughed out countless times.

Just a wonderful personality. It was like when you meet a person who turns to be your good friend from the very beginning of a trip.

It was my first trip with Irish Day Tour. Since then I took 3 other tours of that company - to Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Wiklow&Glendaloch .. hoping that one of them would be with Bud. Well, all of other 3 guides were very good, but Bud was unapproachable.

I hope I will come to Ireland once again. Then one of the first things I'll do there will be booking a day tour, no matter what, with that fantastic person. Thank you, Bud! From Russia with love!

We went on a tour to Giants causeway, Belfast, with the choice of a black cab political guide, with tour group Wild Rover. Our driver was Damien (Damo) and our guide was Richard.
This tour is a must! We chose the black cB ride over the titanic visit, and have no regrets. The cab ride was informative, and eye opening. As an outsuder, it was gteat to be able to get another side of the troubles of those times.
The Giants Causeway visit was windy, raining, and I could not recommend highly enough to see! A truly magical place!!!
Our tour gyide Richard was very knowledgeable and polite. Our driver Damien, did a fantastic job driving us through storm Ciara to see the sites. He was polite, had a wicked sense of humour, and did an alright Aussie accent.
This trip is a must!!!

This tour not only included a comfortable bus ride to Giants Causeway, but also included a stop in Belfast along with a stop at Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. Those with limited mobility may not enjoy this tour as to get to the main attraction at two of the stops (rope bridge and Giants Causeway) generally includes a fair amount of walking with inclines and steps (some steep) involved. Giants Causeway doesn’t necessarily include steps in the traditional sense, but the area of interest has lots of naturally formed steps. Giants Causeway does provide a shuttle to transport to and from the welcome center to the primary place of interest.
If given the opportunity I’d recommend the black cab tour in Belfast, which is an fee and not included in the initial fee you’ll pay for this trip. The black cab tour takes you to and explains the division that still exists in Belfast today between the Catholic and Protestant communities. We found it very informative.
The trip lasted about 13 hours. Our guide, Jim, was informative, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor.

One of the Best Tours I've Been On
Nov 2019
Being an expat in Ireland, I've done almost every guided tour there is, and I can promise you there is no better guide than Bobo. I did this tour with my language students on November 23rd and we had an absolute blast. Bobo made the bus ride bearable, and even got us singing on the dark ride home...karaoke bus was absolutely hilarious. Of course the unique scenery in the North and atmosphere of the Christmas market in Belfast were absolutely stunning, and I felt we had plenty of time at each location. 10/10 for sure.
