This would have to be one of the best tours we have been on. We attended the Giants Causeway and Belfast . Aidan our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional, hilariously funny and charming!
We reached all of our destinations on time and the coach was nice and cold on a hot day! We had ample time to explore each destinations with a friendly and energetic vibe on the bus.
Would recommend this tour to anyone!
Thanks Aidan for a memorable day!

Great experience. The tour was well planned, Dunluce Castle and the Giant's Causeway were beautiful, the black cab tour of Belfast was extremely interesting. Wild Rover Tours guide David was excellent - well prepared, very professional and friendly at the same time. He showed knowledge and insight, as well as wit and the highlight was his singing. Driver Gerry was great too.

The driver did not seem to understand how air con worked. 12 people in the back 2 pairs of seats and the long seat at the very back had made complaints re being cold. 19C with fan on high makes for a very uncomfortable journey. If people have to PUT ON coats to travel something is wrong.
Also, the driver needs to realise that when the A/C fan is on his mike picks it up and drowns out whatever he is saying.
Would have appreciated more time in Belfast and done without looking at trees featured in a movie. I am sure the driver did his best, and I am sure his commentary was interesting, but I will never know.

This was the worst "tour" that I have ever been on! The issues were as follows:

1) Originally canceled due to technical difficulties and then rescheduled.
2) Bus was over 40 minutes late to pick up.
3) No communication during the waiting period except "we don't know what's going on".
4) When the bus finally arrived, we were checked in and then told "Good news. You still get to go. Bad news. No guide."
5) Bus driver drove in silence the entire time. No information was provided until stops. The only information provided at that time was how long we were there. No radio was even played.
6) During the ride, the first two hours on the bus were freezing. When I finally told the driver, he was surprised and said he'd see what he could do. 45 minutes later, we were still freezing (wearing zipped-up coats and gloves on the bus and still cold), he said he was hot and didn't know what he could do. Finally, he got instructed on how to use the bus by another driver at the first stop. His heater had been on and the bus was on full AC. Other passengers literally cheered when I went up to speak to him the first time.
7) Although the tour was scheduled to start at 6:30 am, we didn't stop until the Dark Hedges and no bathroom break/ coffee/ food stop was given.
8) For a 14-hour tour, there were no bathrooms on the bus.
9) We did not get the tour we signed up for. We specifically chose the tour with the Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge as it's been on my to-see list for 20 years. We did not even get close enough to see it, let alone cross it, and it was never communicated to us.
10) The 2-hour stop in Belfast was less than 90 minutes.
11) At the Giant's Causeway, no tickets to the visitor's center were provided.

Overall, neither my husband, children, or I have ever been on a more miserable tour. It ended our trip (for my husband's 50th birthday) on a bad note and was more upsetting than anything.

I did contact the local office in charge and, while I understand the challenges that the pandemic has presented, their offer of 50% off of a future tour was not enough by far, especially as it was our last day and we were already at the airport when they responded. Although I requested a complete refund (for all of the reasons listed above, they refused to provide more than a half credit).

Nice drive along the coast up to giants causeway than to Belfast. Bobby was great gave us a good education on the history and folklore of Ireland. Definitely take the trip to Ireland, the people are amazing. The only thing about the tour I didn't like is the short time we spent in Belfast, flying back there from UK next week so I can catch more of the history and culture.

Loved this trip, however, I would've loved more time at the Giant's Causeway and in Belfast. The Dark Hedges were cool, but seems like we spent more time there than in Belfast. The driver was late arriving at beginning of day due to traffic, but missed some turns along the way which threw off our timetable. The Giant's Causeway is a must! The tour guide was knowledgeable, but didn't seem comfortable talking to large groups.

The destinations were just beautiful and the experience was enriched by Carl’s insightful comments. Fully recommend for a day trip.
