Have a look around the town before proceeding to Killorglin, home to the ancient Puck Fair, a Celtic festival dating to 1613. Proceed along the Ring of Kerry to the Dingle Peninsula, where you stop at Inch Beach, Dingle Bay, and other spots to get views of the Skellig Islands. Next up is Waterville, perched on Ballinskelligs Bay and home to one of Ireland's most famous golf clubs. Drive through the colorful village of Sneem, where the Sneem River meets Kenmare Bay, and then on to Killarney National Park, one of the first in Ireland. Make a stop at the tumbling Torc Waterfall and maybe see some of the local red deer before heading back to Cork. With all the driving on narrow roads, you'll be glad you booked a tour including transportation instead of going it on your own.

DJs humor added a lot to an already great tour. Just a heads up, since we went on Sunday morning, the McDonald's a very short walk from the tour office seems to have been the only place for coffee before departing cork. The cliffs of moher tour was so busy on the same day that paddywagon tours had to hire in another bus for the ring of kerry, unfortunately the toilet on board hadn't been serviced and smelled something awful, but our guide's warnings were heeded and no one made the mistake of opening it. Just the risk of peak season with record high temperatures I suppose. The jaunting carts at the first stop in Killarney are absolutely worth it, our driver John was a wealth of knowledge and the hour ride was over in what felt like minutes. The national park is absolutely on our list to return and explore further. Several great stops along the trip with plenty of opportunities for food, coffee, and shopping. We had the fish and chips and the beef and Guinness stew at the lobster bar in Waterville. The food was great by any standard, but especially for a "cafeteria" style of serving that had food out very quickly. The beauty of this area cannot be overstated, the high point overlooking the ocean was a gorgeous stop. We stayed a short while in Sneem where many folks grabbed ice cream and souvenirs. We took the time to watch some of the all Ireland hurling finals with a shopkeeper. I would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone interested in the beauty and history of Ireland. It also convinced us to return to the area for a much more focused trip in the future.

There was an option for a additional horse and cart tour which brought you around Killarney national park. This was brillant(the guide was witty, funny, informative and showed a genuine interest in the people taking the tour).
This tour albeit long is also very good and very busy with 64 people on the coach that day, the coach driver John showed us all his local knowledge about the area. He informed us about the environment, the history, the sociological determinants of population on the area. I was tempted to rent a car and drive around the ring of Kerry- however I’m glad I got this tour instead.

Was visiting Cork with a friend and we decided to go on the Ring of Kerry tour. The whole experience was fantastic!! When we booked the tour Goshe in the office in Cork was so helpful and friendly.
The tour itself was brilliant, and that was mainly due to our driver Martin who told us lots of information about Kerry and Ireland, along with entertaining stories, as well as some great Irish music. On the day there were a few challenging passengers who got back to the bus late each time, but Martin dealt with this so well.
The bus itself was not the usual Paddywagon bus, but there was a great reason for this. Several of the buses had gone to Ukraine with supplies and then brought Ukrainians back to Ireland - well done to all involved!
If you’re looking for a fun and interesting day trip from Cork, I would highly recommend this tour.

The radio was extremely loud and noisy - may you should take some headphones with you.
The bus stop in Killarney was unnecessary for us because either you pay the horse ride through the national park or you hang around for 1 hour bored in the city.
The landscapes are amazing and the driver gave some interesting information about the Irish history and connected these with the places we drove by.

I’m giving this a 5 even though a small child was somehow allowed on the tour as the web site clearly states 18 years and older.
She chatted, at times quite noisily, throughout the entire day on the bus tour. Scoured looks from the white haired gentleman sitting directly in front of her did nothing to deter her behavior or cause the mother or grandmother to attempt anything to quiet the child down. Neither did the driver asking for quiet among passengers so that all could hear his commentaries have any effect.
DJ, our driver, was indeed hard to hear at times and I was sitting only about 5 rows back. Other than the noise machine on board, he was an excellent tour guide, very good driver and had some brilliant stories and comments.
Anyway, the scenery was luscious green, views of the Atlantic beautiful with white caps and sprays from waves smashing the rocks. Even with occasional bouts of rain, hard at times, it was a beautiful sometimes blustery day. The stops do not provide enough time to see the sights or shop at a few of the really nice gift shops along the way. One was Waterville, the other I can’t remember at the moment.
It would take several days to do this area justice and I would not want to be the one driving!

Oof. Where to begin...
This was, in short, one of the worst travel experiences I have had. The Ring of Kerry itself is gorgeous, but find another provider or means of visiting.
The bus was as advertised as having as inclusive “ Air -conditioned vehicle /
WiFi on board/ USB Ports at every Seat.”
The bus had none of those things. This was more than an inconvenience and resulted in a number of us losing our phone batteries, unable to use them for pictures or communication.
The temperature in the bus for those in the back was also excessively uncomfortable throughout as the AC appeared not to be working.
The bus had clearly also not been cleaned prior to departure. The seat in front me of had old chewed gum and liquid stains, and most were in similar condition. In the time of Covid, this is more than an oversight.
Even worse, one passenger became nauseous and vomited at the back of the bus. The driver/ guide had no cleaning supplies and put the responsibility for cleaning the accident on the passenger. The passenger did not clean or disinfect the mess adequately (using napkins from a restaurant), and the driver/guide made no attempt to address this for the remaining half of the trip.
The guide, further, was repeatedly rude and abrasive throughout.
This was all hugely disappointing and falsely advertised. The Irish landscape redeemed it somewhat, which is more than I can say for the company. They were (unsurprisingly) unapologetic and non-responsive after my first inquiry for a refund.

No idea what tour others took. This is basically a drive through the countryside. One of the typical stops was for a fellow in one of the pull offs, who would like money to take a picture of his little dog standing on his donkey. The first thing they tell you AFTER getting on the bus in Cork at 8:30 that you drive to Killarney, stop at an abandoned bus station for one full hour to pick up more tourists and then the tour actually begins at 11am. Generally a grand waste of time.

Paddywaggon’s John was knowledgeable and personable. We were quite lucky with the weather on a January day and felt like we saw many of the area’s highlights in a well planned tour which made the most of a limited number of daylight hours. We really enjoyed the anecdotes and history sprinkled throughout the journey and finally some nice Irish music to take us home. The Red Fox Inn offered rapid food service for lunch, which allowed for the tour to stay on track. Thanks for a great day out in such a gorgeous part of the world.

This experience felt like secret handshakes were made behind the scenes and businesses were recommended at each stop despite them not being the best business in the area. The pictures on the advertisement showed areas not offered on the tour, so that was disappointing- the driver recommended coming back in a personal car to see all of the things the tour didn’t offer, which seemed a little counterintuitive. The bus was clean, the driver was polite. 3/4 through the trip the drivers switched out and the second driver drove very aggressively. The tour was adequate if you want to look out of the bus at the countryside from the main road.

Firstly I find the name so amusing. However, we had a great trip doing the ring of Kerry with our driver and guide John.
The weather wasn’t perfect but he gave us a great tour, which was enlightening and humorous at times. He made sure everything went smoothly

The Paddywagons Bridge office is situated on a very busy street corner, and certainly no day parking in the adjoining streets. Suggest you download a city centre map and find where the nearest official car parks are situated. Not far to walk from the main street across the river. Office is right opposite the main bridge.

We booked off a Cruise ship so they had space reserved for this tour and others. It would be better to book in advance but you likely would still be able to get on a tour just prior to your arrival.
