The Complete Loch Ness Experience Small-Group Day Tour from Inverness

    What to Expect
Join a guide and small group at a central location in Inverness, then board a top of the range, 16-seat Mercedes mini-coach for the short trip to Loch Ness. Upon arrival at the storied loch, opt to see the area on a sightseeing cruise (boat trip own expense). As you explore Loch Ness, enjoy great views of the dramatic Urquhart Castle, historic ruins at the edge of the water.

And of course, keep your eyes and cameras on the water—there have been reports of a monster in Loch Ness for hundreds of years, and the guide shares some of the most fascinating tales and sightings.

Return to shore and head to a nearby restaurant for lunch (own expense). After your meal, continue to the Highland village of Invermoriston, where you can stretch your legs on a walk past pretty rivers, a ruined stone bridge, and a historic summer home.

Keep driving to the Caledonian Canal, then turn back towards Inverness. This full-day Highland tour concludes with drop-off in Inverness.

This is a tour worth booking to see all of the Loch Ness area, not just the Loch itself. Helen was an excellent guide for the partial day tour. The small buses allow you to go through the winding roads along Loch Ness in ways...More

The minibus allowed us to get down narrow roads which meant that in the afternoon we didn't se any other tour buses as we enjoyed the wonderful unspoilt scenery. In the morning the welcome on the bus was very friendly and efficient as the different...More

Loch Ness was pretty and one feels compelled to do it, but it is a bit over-hyped. If you have seen other castles, Urquhart Castle was not worth the extra money. You can see it from the boat, and it’s ruins we’re in the worst...More

We throughly enjoyed our trip with Rabbie’s tours. The driver, Colin, was a mine of information, telling us interesting pieces of history as well as local myths and tales. Both my husband and myself would highly recommend using Rabbie’s.
