I really enjoyed my Rabbie's day tour with Jeff from Glasgow today. Jeff was a lovely man and a great host. He kept everyone entertained, telling different historical stories / facts as we went along and also played some nice Scottish music. There were many different scenic stops for photos and also two bigger stops for breakfast and lunch with plenty of time to explore around. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone! 😄👍

This tour was the highlight of our 10-day holiday in Scotland. Our guide, Fraser, was not only knowledgeable and engaging, but also a lot of fun, and he fully made the tour the enjoyable experience it was.

We spent time admiring Loch Lomond, Rest and Be Thankful pass, pootling around Inveraray, visiting castles old and new(er), having a wonderful lunch in Oban (would highly recommend trying Eeusk restaurant) while enjoying sea views, and finally being blown away by the beauty of Glencoe. Fraser shared with us the history of all places we visited, together with a plethora of amusing anecdotes.

Could not recommend this tour, and our guide Fraser, enough. No worries about parking, GPS, where to go... A perfect, relaxing way to see the best of the West Highlands!

Let me start by saying...WOW. We left the Buchanan bus Station at about 8:30a headed out of the city centre towards Loch Lomond where we made our first stop for pics and to walk around. Our entire trip, we experienced rain, wind and cold and honestly it did not affect our trip at all with regards to the overall experience. If anything it made it more special as you could relate to some of the challenges that the clans dealt with while fighting for their land, homes and lifestyle. Our storyteller/driver (Bobby) was chock full of stories, history and humor that made the journey that much more special. I was there with my mom for her 75 th birthday and I thought this would be a great way to Scotland and i was not wrong. She loved it! I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the Scottish Highlands. Thank you Bobby and James for an amazing day!

Though I lived in Beautiful Scotland for years now, I decided to do this tour because I wanted to put some informational context to the places I see, and Fraser been our Tour guide , I wasn't disappointed in the least!
It was a wonderful journey, meticulously crafted with attention to details from start to end, full of historical information, facts, stories, music and humour.I was particularly impressed by Fraser's ability to present all the information in a very engaging manner, without loosing his attention on the road but above all he never missed a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature.
Plenty of photo stops with some wonderful views.
I would strongly recommend this day trip with Rabbies to anyone whether you are living here or visiting, it's a different feel when you don't have to drive or plan an itinerary but just sit back, listen and enjoy the views.

A well planned and stunningly beautiful drive, with plentiful stops for food, drink and bathrooms. Our guide feasted us with stories and song filling us in on historical context, telling some sad and even tragic stories, alternating with jokes and lightheartedness. In his playlist he shared new and old versions of the traditional culture. The song Loch Lomond has a new poignancy for me, now understanding its origins and meaning. Highly recommend.

We had a great time on this trip and would thoroughly recommend it for anybody looking for a 1 day tour of the Highlands and Loch's. There were only 8 people on our trip and the mini bus was comfortable with large windows to take in the stunning scenery. We were fortunate in that the sun came out after a grey start which added to the views of Glencoe and the Moors in the afternoon. Despite being nearly 11 hours long the day wasn't tiring at all with always something to look at or visit.
We must given a special mention to our tour guide Ben who kept us informed and entertained throughout the day with his knowledge and humour.

What an incredible experience. I’d definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to know and see more of this beautiful country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

George was very friendly, kind and knowledgable.

Each stop was absolutely breathtaking! My main reason for booking the tour was visiting Oban and I’m so pleased I had plenty of time to wonder around, eat and visit the tower.

Technical details you might want to know:

We came back to the bus station at 6:40 pm ( I got in on time to get my bus back to Aberdeen yeii) butwe had perfect weather and minimal traffic

Plenty of stops.

Public toilets in Oban charge 50p so make sure you have coins. Thank you for helping me with that George . You are a star (in Netflix and real life)

PS: I absolutely LOVE the Scottish playlist 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Thank you for showing us around 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I did this tour in February when I was up in Glasgow for a few days. I arrived straight from the airport to the pick up point, with no booking, about 15mins prior to departure. Rabbies was very accommodating in getting me booked in over the phone just as the tour was about to set off.
It was a fantastic day out. The guide, Alan, was a fantastic story teller who really brought the different locations to life through his local and historical knowledge.
I especially recommend that anyone visiting Scotland who loves awe-inspiring scenery coupled with history should visit Glencoe!
