Overview

For a deathly creepy ghost tour, you need a great guide. Join your terrifying conductor aboard a vintage Routemaster double-decker bus for an Edinburgh ghost tour with a difference. As you travel past eerie sights like Grassmarket, the Royal Mile, Greyfriars Kirk, and Edinburgh Castle, thrill to gory anecdotes from the city’s chilling past.

What to Expect

As night falls, board the bus in central Edinburgh and pick a seat. As you ride through the streets, let your conductor transport you to the city’s dark side. Hear tales of murder, slaughter, torture, and ghosts; shiver at the story of Burke and Hare, gravediggers who turned serial killers to feed medical schools’ desire for fresh corpses; tremble at the memories of the witch hunts in the 16th and 17th centuries.

Learn a different, darker side of this historic city as you pass haunted sites like Greyfriars Kirk, Grassmarket, Edinburgh Castle, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. You’ll finish in Edinburgh Old Town with plenty of time for a warming whisky at a local pub.

Great tour

I've been on the other Ghost bus tours and whilst this follows the same format the guide was great and really got everyone involved. Definitely worth doing if you're in Edinburgh.

So much fun

Me and my partner decided to go on the ghost bus tour and we both absolutely loved it, me especially. I had a great time laughing all the way apart from when I was getting spooked, will definitely be back again.

As entertainment it was good, as a Ghost Activity, it was dissappointing.

Look, the bus is great, the conductor is a nice guy, doing a great job, and, for entertainment its ok for the hour and a bit As a Ghost activity no, I dont expect to be whisked away by ghouls, but, I could read the...More
